I am pretty sure my mom's review on this place got taken down and I know it is because of how insane the review was to the point it was unbelievable. And it is pretty insane what she witnessed at this place but it is true and I hope my review does not get taken down either. On Monday (11/06/2023), my parents and my younger sister who is 15 went to go play pool around 3 but our time was cut short when my mom watched a blonde waitress go up to this older man and showed him her nude breasts and watches the man then shove his face into this waitress's breasts. We are pretty sure this older man is the manager of the place. At first we all thought she was insane until we watched another waitress with brown hair walk up to the man and shake her breasts in front of him. This is the most ridiculous thing that we have ever saw. We will never go here again and I hope that if you bring your children to this place to keep in mind to what is going on around you because apparently indecent exposure is tolerated.

Friday mid-day thinking maybe busy.but pool league was about done. Didn't have to wait for a table. Got to playing. I feel there was only one waitress on the back wall. But that's ok. She got us when she can.

This is the pool bar I prefer to go to, even though there’s a closer one about 15 minutes away from me. The atmosphere here is unmatched, and you can tell the owner takes great pride in running his business because you often see him running food and working to help the staff when they’re in the weeds.

Played pool with my friends here I enjoyed it. The atmosphere was laid back and comfortable. Was perfect to be able to reconnect with my friends. I hope to be able to go again on my next adventure in the area

Went for a dart tournament, and the food and service were great. The place was packed with a pool tournament going on, and the service and food quality was not affected.

Plenty of Billiards tables and very nice staff. All around good experience. Went with my woman and her daughter and her cousin. No complaints!

The hustler Burger is literally what my dreams are made of. The three rail margarita was delicious and our server was super chill and attentive. After eating, we decided to play some games and get some more drinks. It was getting pretty busy by this point but the bartenders were awesome and funny. The drinks were cheap and so were the pool tables! Even when it's a full house, everyone is just having fun, minding their own business. Great food, great servers, great atmosphere. 10/10 will be going again.

Our server was polite and , had a smooth flow about her when taking care of custmers. Great job. Not impressed with taco salad. It needed more meat and not to be dried out. No cheese. Good atmosphere

One of my favorite "Bars".....great pool tables just dont like the placement of "pay by the hour" tables. Had to look for my server when I wanted another drink.

I play league elsewhere I remember when started STILLLLLL clean anf good shape I played like ALWAYS to the band songs dirty Harries and stopped by pn the way home and met new friends and asked u smd the rm questions my father owned one of the top hundred in world down in Arizona I could keep typing but I have pne worry I felt last week around I'm Pirate wear d eye patches ever since my death and eell known round but uno Glitches I have to mention the single tall Gin and tonics I drink only I put extra nice Limes on and same as last yimr buy I know Bout this subject my two drinks were likely a half a tablespoon of Gin if that I taste nothing but wonderful water either the real life Limes juice k no just new phone and I haven't blocked advertising and compliments I apologize but ..... half a simple shot more might b exceptionally advertisin for.... The food is decent, it’s definitely not super consistent with quality. the service is the main thing i’m writing this about. don’t get me wrong it isn’t like, horribly bad. but it was very slow and i felt like we weren’t really prioritized. she was a little snappy at times not super friendly

The waitresses are pretty rude, hardly make rounds to make sure you're doing alright. On other waiter got very mad that we asked for water and kicked us out on another occasion. Anyone I know personally doesn't have great things to say about this place.

The drinks were terrible, they don't seem to know how to make frozen margaritas. They basically just threw a clump of frozen ice in a glass an poured the mix and a little tequila on top. My friend's drink wasn't good either, it tasted more like soda. My drink tasted more like water, but one of the waitress' was super nice and friendly.

Not as good as Lee's Summit or North (Edgewood) locations. Portions are smaller, the lunch deal is for one hour of opened table free pool, but it's one for the whole group, not one hour per lunch bought - even with limited hours, such as all tables being locked back up at 2, as with the other locations. It just feels pretty miserly and the guy working said, "gotta make money somehow." So, if you're trapped by location, it's a fine, decent place. However, I won't be returning any time soon. Update - went again and the food was better, in fact, the sandwich was quite good

Food is always good. I've enjoyed burgers, salads, nachos and open-face roast beef sandwiches with gravy and never been disappointed.

Good was good and service was incredible. LJ was attentive and proactive. As our group increased through the evening, she kept up with all being taken care of almost immediately. Atmosphere was relaxed, and patrons were friendly. Comeback win at darts for the night. Lol!

Food is good. Service is god awful, cami kami kammy or what ever her name was. Was terrible, pretty sure it’s cause we weren’t drinking alcohol there for 8 hours and got checked on about 5 times. Terrible service. She needs to be fired 🤦🏻‍♂️

There were pool tables and dart boards available when we got there, even though they were quite busy. The chicken tender dinner was actually really good, like surprisingly good. It wasn't heavily breaded and the fries were cooked perfectly.

Wasn't overcrowded. Drinks could have been stronger. Would be better if they had a small dance area and music. Bathrooms need some help, though. It's not bad, but it could be better

This is my favorite sports bar to go to. They have everything from arcade games, pool tables and dart boards, to some of the best food and drink menu items in the area. Great waiting staff, bartenders are amazing, and the atmosphere is phenomenal every time I'm in there. I definitely recommend this place.

I would only go to play pool and drink beer if not you're gonna be sadly disappointed. Our waitress had no personality and our mixed drinks was just as bad. The 5 ball appetizer no good

I love just handing out and shooting pool. I'm not very good, but nobody there cares. The food is always great, and the people friendly.

Yall ever get a chance to try their patty melts im telling you, you are not missing out. Great service and always very respectful except one of the bartenders ( guy who wears his hat backwards all the time) ,but other than that i enjoy watching UFC fights there.

It was a nice place, but service was majorly lacking. The server came by our table once when we first got there. We had to go to the bar to get drinks and even the bartenders seemed put out to make our drinks. Don't think we'll be back.

Almost every time I go here I have to go up to the bartender to get drinks. I dont know if they profile how I look and or discriminate, but their waitresses/waiters always walk by me and my people for the most part and never even ask if we need anything for up to an hour or more yet serve others nearby, so I usually always have to goto the bar to get service. Their service feels judgmental and I debate to continue to go here anymore. I have money like the rest but doesn't seem good enough for this place. Keep degrading others by appearance and you will lose business every time. They do this even when not busy btw.

Food was GREAT!! but got cheated out of our money for the nacho supremes size boxes. A bartender gave us small boxes. Next day called in and told the Manager and he solved the situation with the right sizes boxes. Fresh Food!

I placed a to go order (because I wanted to use the Upside App, I had used the app for the 1st time 2 days ago for fuel and it was so easy and I'm from around here and wanted to try someplace new) at about 11:30pm for the "Double Kiss Club" sandwich 🥪 and fries🍟... it was SO GOOD... totally hit the spot (I've been craving a simple Club Sandwich lately and was having a hard time finding a place that still serves it)... it had ketchup and mayo on the side but no napkins. And I normally take a photo 📸 but the food was all gone before I got home 🤷‍♀️

Bill, The establishment as a whole is right up my alley. I did however have issues in the parking lot after closing on a number of occasions. I was also consistently ignored by staff when asking about drinks and pool and channel selections and etc. Could be me and my personality, but it was consistent and caused me to stop coming in/recommending it to my friends and co-workers.

The most horrible service we’ve ever had. My husband walked to the bar to order. The guy (who I watched playing on his phone with the other guy at the bar) said Stephanie will be your waitress. 30 minutes later nothing so we found a menu and went to order.
