    Food was old, shrimp and fries both, so I took it back waited, about 10 mins, go to the counter and the food is just put on the counter, I check my food and no biscuit, so I ask for my biscuit and some shrimp sauce, it is placed on the counter, with a bag and 1 sauce, no I'm sorry, not even bagged up! I went through the drive through, I asked for my ticket so I could do the survey she says no, I take a picture of her and they way she left my food on the counter! She said she was calling the cops! Ridiculous behavior from a manager! Save your money and eat somewhere else!

    It wasn’t what I was expecting from Popeyes 😢. The chicken had to been sitting for hours not hot all. And the rice was spoiled to the point it had a stench to it. Like spoiled rotten. The biscuit was so dry that I didn’t even bother. I lost out with this lunch choice. 👎🏻 the 2 stars are for the sweet cashier. Thank you for your honesty… sorry I won’t be back

    Poorly managed! The place was basically a sauna and the workers had a fan on the counter trying to blow cool air to the back line because that air conditioner or two were not working at all and the others were unable to keep up or all had cooling issues. We were also shorted food from our order and the entire place needed a good cleaning. Employees seemed to almost go out of their way to not acknowledge customers. I'd be ashamed from a management and ownership standpoint.

    My only experience with this place is when I've been there to pick up orders for other people. That being said, I would avoid this place like the plague when it's during the busiest hours of the day, lunch and dinner. The times I've been in there have been very hectic and it seems that the employees are being tested to their limits because so many people are there.

    Your location in Blue Springs MO and Independence MO have both gone down alot in quality and level of service. I will no longer go to either location due to never knowing the quality of food or presentation of food using the drive through. Also, in each location the staff are always bickering amongst themselves which probably contributes to the poor quality of the product you offer.

    I went to Popeyes this evening and have the opportunity to visit with Ismael who was super awesome as a manager love the atmosphere of the people. Wow their chicken beats my local Popeyes. We turned down another competitor and came to This location. It was well worth !

    Today I went to Popeyes to get my usual, classic tenders with blackened ranch sauce. The guy that took my order was really nice and helpful and the manager that packed my food was very friendly. My tenders were hot and fresh and so were the Cajun fries! 10/10 😁

    Oct 31, 2021 -11:45pm - Drive Thru Ordered a #9 & #10 combo's. #10 had a bread clip in it. Noticed when I got home and was about t to eat. Decided to return to Popeyes and show them, lobby was closed so I had to wait in the drive thru again. Asked replace the sandwich which now was a 15min wait... I tried explaining why no one really listened and just wanted to tell me it was a 15min wait for a new one. They refunded me just for the sandwich, waited in the parking lot for another Spice sandwich. They gave me the wrong sandwich Wasn't about to go thru drive thru again and waste an hour of my day.

    If you go through the drive through, check your order before leaving and GRAB THE RECEIPT. 8/10 times the only thing they get right is the fries. I remember one time I got shrimp when I ordered chicken, I have a shellfish allergy and couldn't take it back cause the people there just throw away the receipt without asking you if you want it. Also FIX THE MONSTER POT HOLES IN THERE. Almost broke my tire last time I was there which was there before(been there almost 6 years before and still there today) 10/5 don't go to this popeyes.(also should mention I stopped going to this one for these reasons and had the thought "ya know I haven't had popeyes in a long time". At least my disappointment stays consistent here. :) )

    Shorted me a sandwich, were rude at the window when I came back for it, and gave me an ice cold sandwich as a replacement (probably the exact one they didn’t give me the first time). Seems like poor management. Pay your workers a decent wage and you’ll get decent labor.

    Oof, management team, what are you doing to your poor employees? The last couple times I’ve gone, I’ve been shorted an item. Not a big deal in of itself, it happens. But when I went back to retrieve the item, they were incredibly rude about it as if it was a huge inconvenience. I’m not expecting free food or anything when I ask for the missing item, but I’d prefer to not get looks of disgust. Seems like a really toxic work environment that’s bleeding into the employees’ customer service skills. I know working fast food sucks, but at least save your eye rolls and groans for after the customer leaves.

    Got a meal that came with 4 biscuits and they didn’t give me biscuits so I call them to see if I can swing by tomorrow to pick them up and they said that they come in the box with the chicken (which they didn’t) and then I said they were not in the box and they left me on the line for 5 minutes after being unresponsive. Like how is 4 biscuits going to fit in that box?

    We get take out fried chicken MAYBE once a year, if that. I was craving it the other day and it was late (or I would have attempted to make it at home). We decided to just go to Popeyes. First of all, I couldn’t believe the prices! For a 12 piece meal with two large sides an extra gravy, and biscuits, plus one extra large side it was $55!! 😳 Who can afford these prices for chicken? Had I known it would be that much, I would have gone somewhere else, but we had already ordered and were in line, so whatever. We get home and the “large” mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese were only 2/3 full and the chicken wings had fried feathers. Yes, you read that correctly. There were fried feathers on our chicken. 🤨🤢😵‍💫 At this point, both my husband and I have lost our appetites and our kids haven’t even seen the food yet, but all heck would break loose if they saw feathers in their food! We just want our money back. We call the number on the receipt and it is out of order. We Google the number and it actually works. Husband relays our issues and states that our chicken has feathers and the lady says, “I packed your order and i know it was fresh!” Hubby is like, ummm that’s not my complaint ma’am…. He drove the food back and got our money back with zero apology. It was ridic. Eat here at your own risk.

    Place was way better better a year ago. Don't know if management changed or what. Everyone was lost. Guy tried to take order couldn't figure out to sign on. Shift manager took over on our order. He couldnt stop giving orders long enough to take ours. Asked me 3 times spicy or mild. I said spicy got mild. To many issue to list plus dirty. No condiments out for public of any kind no ice tea. Horrible visit. Better get on top of it or it wont be. For some reason it won't let me post the pictures. Think this is a place where management hired all friends now everybody sucks because management doesn't want to enforce anything.

    I used to really like Popeyes. Their red beans and rice, and biscuits were my favorite. Lack luster service with over priced and reduced sizes make it an easy choice to find other options. Not to mention the cleanliness and organization of the is questionable at best.

    Food was awful. No butter or honey for their dry biscuits. I asked that they divide the spicy from regular and they didn't. My youngest ended up with a spicy chicken leg. Won't be back!

    I ordered the nuggets for the first time, and they were the most bland, flavorless thing I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. No flavor whatsoever. My wife and kid's food seemed old as it was barely hot and tasted terrible. The fries were soggy and barely warm, the biscuit had to have been old. All in all, the entire meal wasn't worth the bag it was put in. The cashier was also very slow and I needed to make a second order because he forgot half the stuff I ordered. Meanwhile the drive thru guy was eating a sandwich and kept cussing loudly right beside the manager. Overall, it was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. Will never return to this location. Will be reaching out for a refund.

    Went there tonight ordered three pieces of fried chicken and fries, get home to find the most shriveled chicken fingers that are all breading, no meat. So not only did I get the wrong thing but it wasn’t even edible unless you like straight fried breading. Service was good and they were very polite but I’m very frustrated because they didn’t even give me a receipt so I can’t get a refund🙃

    Drive through line moved quickly, when I got to the window, my order was put in incorrectly and I was charged $5 more than I was supposed to. They didn’t want to do anything about it but eventually just refunded me. That was a poor experience I wasn’t expecting. The biscuit, Mac and cheese, and lemonade were great. The popcorn shrimp tasted stale.

    I have tried 3 different times to get decent food from this location, the most recent (drive thru) being Jan. 2, 2023 and it was still horrible. It was fried to the point of their being no meat on the chicken and the outside was burnt. Horrible Horrible Food. I can say with 100% certainty I will never go here again.

    Hadn’t had Popeyes in a while used to love the place. First it looked like I was eating a baby chicken. Never seen chicken legs so small. Secondly it was clearly cooked yesterday or maybe this morning but it was old and inedible. Too bad this used to be great chicken.

    We love Popeyes of course! We have always gotten great customer service at this location even when they are packed with business, the food is always fresh, hot and the order thankfully accurately packed not missing any food ordered once home which is a definite plus. We will be back for some more chicken!!

    I went through the drive through, start to finish was less than 15min. With at least 3 cars in front of me. I ordered spice and regular chicken with sides. It was the best chicken I have had in a long time. The family loved it. The sides were good, the fries were on the edge of fresh but because of how they are made, very tasty! The place looked great, very clean from the outside. The only negative thing is that I did not get a receipt. With chicken that good, I will be visiting more often.

    I ordered the 6 piece special in spicy and got 6 piece regular not spicy. I would have gone to Kentucky Fried if I wanted regular chicken.

    Frustrated to wait at the front counter for 10 minutes; noting there are 9 employees on the floor laughing and staring at one person at the counter waiting to be helped…impressions matter. They could care less who is standing at the counter waiting for someone to take their order but teasing me as I’m waiting at the counter. It’s a Saturday I get it; they have 2 cars in line at the drivethru , they are over worked, paid little, no breaks,..Thank you for a “one of a kind -very bad and inconvenient experience at Popeyes.” Hopefully they will improve their service soon.

    The food never seems fresh, the service is incredibly slow along with incompetent staff. I don’t eat here anymore, but I do deliveries and I rarely accept the order unless the payout is tempting enough.. I always instantly regret it when I get to the store. This Popeyes(even if there isn’t other customers) has wait times 10,20, and sometimes over 30 minutes waiting on an order that is sent to them to prepare Before I even arrive. It is upsetting, as time is money for drivers and the constant bad service and slow service ruin it. 0/5 stars

    I like Popeyes, but this is the third time in a row my order was messed up. This time, however, I got some bad attitude looks from that young freckle-faced boy when I told him my order was wrong. I ordered coleslaw, not fries. That simple. He argued with me and finally gave me slaw...with an attitude. Mistakes happen, but shouldn't happen very often. I go there for chicken sandwiches and Louisiana hot sauce, but he didn't give me the sauce, either. I'm going to start making my own fried chicken.
