this
hotel
for
8
nights.
It
was
not
a
pleasant
stay.<br/>Rooms
are
outdated.
I
stayed
in
two
rooms.
Both
smelled
so
I
had
to
use
the
airconditioning
to
get
rid
of
the
smell.
Opening
a
window
did
not
help
as
I
was
on
the
first
floor
above
a
dirty
car
park.
The
airco
sounds
like
a
jet
engine,
works
well,
but
it
makes
sleeping
with
it
harder
then
in
an
airplane.<br/>Furniture
of
the
room
needs
an
update.
The
safe
of
my
first
room
did
not
work,
my
second
room
didn't
have
one.<br/>I
moved
room
because
the
flusher
of
the
toilet
broke.
No
technical
services
available
so
I
had
to
switch
rooms.<br/>One
day,
my
room
was
not
cleaned
at
all,
had
to
call
the
reception
for
towels.<br/>Room
keys
fall
apart
and
failure
often,
my
process
became
to
check
when
coming
back
from
work.
<br/>Breakfast
is
fine.
limited
selection
of
granola/cereal
or
bread.
Rolls
where
not
fresh
and
hard.
Fruits
were
fresh
and
nice.<br/>Staff
is
friendly.
Some
pretend
to
understand
English
but
in
reality
don't
understand
what
you're
saying.
Some
actually
speak
English.

I've
downgraded
my
review
with
an
additional
star.
The
hotel
charged
my
credit
card
twice
without
any
explanations.
I
had
to
sent
an
email
and
received
a
response
in
Portuguese
which
did
not
answer
my
question.
