I'm changing my rating to 2 stars because I never received my invoice. They said I would receive it the next day on my email but it never arrived. I made the reservation in Booking so I contacted the hotel by Booking and did not get any answers then I contacted the hotel directly on their web page but no body answered.

What we got is what we expected (small room with basic equipment, but very functional). There was no view at all, what is a little deception. Valet parking.

.<br/>I stayed in this hotel for 8 nights. It was not a pleasant stay.<br/>Rooms are outdated. I stayed in two rooms. Both smelled so I had to use the airconditioning to get rid of the smell. Opening a window did not help as I was on the first floor above a dirty car park. The airco sounds like a jet engine, works well, but it makes sleeping with it harder then in an airplane.<br/>Furniture of the room needs an update. The safe of my first room did not work, my second room didn't have one.<br/>I moved room because the flusher of the toilet broke. No technical services available so I had to switch rooms.<br/>One day, my room was not cleaned at all, had to call the reception for towels.<br/>Room keys fall apart and failure often, my process became to check when coming back from work. <br/>Breakfast is fine. limited selection of granola/cereal or bread. Rolls where not fresh and hard. Fruits were fresh and nice.<br/>Staff is friendly. Some pretend to understand English but in reality don't understand what you're saying. Some actually speak English. 20-5 I've downgraded my review with an additional star. The hotel charged my credit card twice without any explanations. I had to sent an email and received a response in Portuguese which did not answer my question.

Clean, comfortable and practical rooms. Good for business and winter trips as it doesn't have pools/game room and has a good price. All rooms have independent AC(hot/cold). The wifi is decent though i wouldn't recommend video. The food bar is poor and expensive, but there's good options nearby. Good location. Obs: the bathroom door has no lock for some reason, which is mildly annoying.

Great hotel in Blumenau, friendly employees, clean rooms and a great breakfast buffet. Plus the location is fantastic. Everything you want from a hotel.

My staying in this hotel was really nice. The staffs are really interested in helping about any requests and doubts. They are also so friendly. And the room is very nice, so confortable.

Fantastic location in Blumenau, right in the heart of Centro. Breakfast is fantastic, with a huge selection of delicious things. Staff are very friendly and helpful (even without our speaking Portuguese, with Google everything is smooth)

It's good and all

Room's comfortable. A good shower and bed. Breakfast is OK. Walls are thin, so you can hear everything in the other side.
