It's alright. Very slow system. Takes a while till you can get a ticket then you have to wait on a long line to get in. Oh and once you're inside you gotta wait another half hour of advertisements till the movie starts. But to be honest there are some good selections of movies to choose from. Also very nice setup. Cool movie character statues around the place. But anyways a Ben Torah shouldn't be going to movies (I didn't go, my friend did).

Exuberant beautiful but not very good service. There are some strange booths on the first floor with bible motifs, very interesting.

Visited during sport expo a day before 2022 Jerusalem Marathon. The prices for sport equipment were surprisingly low - more or less the prices of Eilat (VAT free). Sport watches , shoes, sport clothes all here, in the same time some big brands like Nike were missing

The screen was high but the chairs were comfy. Surround system was good too. The worst thing about the cinema itself is the Artwork they have on the sides of the movie screen, they reflect the light which is disturbing alot. Also the employees keep entering the cinema with a flashlight to sign something on a door. The sweets and drinks there are maybe better than the competitors. There are also great restaurants in the same building which is great. The toilets are clean and the cinema staff are friendly. Another issue is that the movies time displayed by Google search doesn't match their website. So we had to wait another 45 minutes. There is 1 hour difference between them so you have to always double check from the official website.

It's a small and unimpressive place, looking relatively old and not air conditioned. For a place, which should be dedicated to cinema I. Jerusalem, it's a little bit disappointing.

Good Vibes, a lot of restaurants, a bar restaurant that open until late. Kosher restaurants too. Good movies! The bathroom was very dirty.

Decent cinema, the halls are quite big and comfortable and the snacks menus are really rich and not that overpriced at all. There is one noticeable problem I hope the lace management will fix soon: last time I was there two men started shouting at each other in the middle of the hall and ruined the atmosphere in it and my overall experience. Sadly the place's security didn't arrive till the movie was almost over and even then they did nothing about it. Sadly that kind of incident happened to me a couple of times there. Hope they'll get better at that

Cinema City in Jerusalem, Israel is a great place for family fun. There is a large movie theatre, one of the only cinemas in Jerusalem, where families can unite to view the latest movies out in Israel. We were there on Hanukkah which was an extra special time. The mall erected an indoor play area especially for kids to join in the Hanukkah festivities. They even had live music at a DJ to add to the wonderful spirit! It was truly amazing!

Good location and nice place. Has good restaurants and VIP zone. There are some hours for free parking.

The staff is extremely rude and barbaric. They don't work. Four will talk and not help customers while four slowly help customers. They don't care there is a line. When I asked if they could open another register, they were rude. The management at the Jerusalem location should be replaced immediately.

An extremely practical and intuitive layout, clearly inspired by the earlier highly successful Clal Building.

It's a great Theater with comfortable seating. I'm very pleased that there are not a lot of ads before the movie starts. Although, I wasn't pleased with the pricing on everything. The food, drinks and tickets were rather expensive and I didn't enjoy spending so much on it all. If the prices lower, I'd give a 5 star rating.

Really nice cinema with lots of cool statues and setup. Staff told off some noisy kids which was great. Issue was when the movie ended the building was locked and all the English speakers couldn't work out how to get out of the building.

Went there for the free wifi so I could figure where I was going on Google maps. Nice place, a few shops and places to get a snack and of course the movie theater.

Cinema City Complex is a great place to go for a movie in Jerusalem. It has a wide variety of movies to choose from, and the theaters are all very clean and comfortable. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. In addition to movies, Cinema City Complex also has a variety of other attractions, such as a food court, a bowling alley, and a game room. This makes it a great place to go for a fun night out with friends or family. Here are some of the pros and cons of Cinema City Complex: Pros: Wide variety of movies to choose from Clean and comfortable theaters Friendly and helpful staff Variety of other attractions, such as a food court, a bowling alley, and a game room Huge parking Cons: Can be crowded, especially on weekends Tickets can be expensive Food and drinks can be overpriced Overall, I would highly recommend Cinema City Complex to anyone looking for a great place to go for a movie in Jerusalem. It has something to offer everyone, and you're sure to have a great time.

The seats are comfortable, the tickets are well priced, and the statues are lots of fun! The only problem is that the snacks are wildly expensive, more so than other theaters I've been to.

Ha, I see I rated it before. Still that bad! This time, the wide-screen movie was cropped to fit the narrow theater screen, cutting some text short on the sides so we couldn't read it all! When we complained, the staff tried to deny the truth and said that's just how the movie is. After arguing, they said they'll call a manager to see, we sat down, and that's it. We never heard a word from them again. They didn't fix it. The only good thing is the sound volume was not ear-piercing like most cinemas.

went to see a movie last night and the experience was just horrible kids were noisy and i went to the staff a few times and they were not helpful the manager ended up telling us we should leave because she obviously didn’t want to deal with the noisy group of kids. she also did not care that i have a hearing aid and couldn’t hear the movie because of all the kids talking and flashing their flashlights on their phone. she was very rude and unhelpful we ended up leaving 25 minutes into the movie

Cinema city is a rather enjoyable movie house. Nestled in an attractive, lively mall, it houses multiple cozy theaters. The seats are quite roomy and comfortable, with drink holders. I love the cinematic atmosphere, hundreds of realistic statues and photos of actors old and new. Polite and helpful employees, ultra clean convenient bathrooms. A cinema museum with old projectors etc. A fun cinematic atmosphere for moviegoers.

This movie theater truly elevates the movie-watching experience. With its cutting-edge technology, plush and spacious seating, and a helpful and accommodating staff, it's the ideal destination for both casual viewers and dedicated cinephiles. An outstanding venue to enjoy the latest films! 🎬🍿👏

I got stuck trying to get out of the building and I was trapped. I had to call the police who couldn’t find me. Such a safety hazard!

This is a great place to see a movie. They have comfortable seats and a great atmosphere. Some places have the sound cranked way too loud, but this was just right.

Good place. The cinema has a few screens. There are shops in the mall including McDonalds, a supermarket and in ice-cream parlour.

It's a small time, a bit expensive, motion picture museum. I saw my last experience through my 6years old daughter, and it was a compelling one. Lots of lights cameras, and action.. great pictures, actors, directors, coltural icons. Larger than life. All with the smell of (not so) fresh popcorn. Can't wait to go again!

Definitely one of the better movie theaters in Israel. I love how easy it is to order tickets online and pick them up at the kiosk at Cinema City. There are also a bunch of different eateries in the complex. The fountain soda is perfect. The seats are comfy. All in all, I always have a good time at Cinema City... Oh, and they pay for your parking in the lot.

Very modern movie theater, with restaurants and shops. The VIP Room costs ₪ 142.9 which is expensive if you ask me. Since no children are allowed in the VIP and we all paid that much $, you'd expect respectful and quiet people in the theater, but this is Israel, so... You do get some nice perks in return for your money though: huge and very comfortable recliners, all you can eat Ben & Jerry's, pizza, quiches, popcorn, nachos, soup, soft drinks, beer and coffee and desserts. You can take the popcorn, drinks and ice cream to the theater. I wanted ice cream 15 minutes before the end of the movie but I was told I couldn't get anything anymore. I assumed paying what I paid I would be able to get my money's worth back till the end of the movie (3 hours long The Batman), but apparently that's not the case. The staff was nice and helpful.

Very nice cinema to visit. Went for a VIP movie. They serve decent food (kosher) and allow you to take some into the movie. The seats are comfortable with recliners. The experience was pleasant. Will definitely come again. It's probably the only kosher VIP cinema around.

Four hours free parking. Lots of cafes & restaurants to choose from. Lots of statues of film characters to have your photo taken with. Comfortable cinemas

Pretty good and well kept good food. Make sure to reserve online or come at least a half hour before the movie to get seats. There’s a few restaurants and bars there as well. It costs 40 shekel per movie. Great price. Popcorn cost more than the movie though 🤔. But still recommend getting it. 🎥🎞📽🎦🔥👍

Cinema City has extensive array lf restaurants and shops. It is essentially a mall based around a movie theatre. Besides being a movie theatre complex it has a bank, pharmacy, and other interesting activities. I highly recommend it.
