Hit
and
miss
would
best
describe
our
stay
at
the
resort.
Sometimes
the
service
was
excellent
and
the
staff
went
above
and
beyond.
Particularly
the
staff
that
hosted
in
the
buffet
hall.
They
were
amazing
and
extremely
helpful
and
friendly.
Other
times
it
definitely
could
used
some
improvements.
Waiting
1+hr
for
lunch
when
others
that
just
sat
down
got
served
and
got
food
wasn't
great
at
the
a
la
carte
restaurant.
We
ended
up
not
getting
our
food
and
left
for
the
buffet.
We
did
give
the
a
la
carte
another
chance
and
it
was
great.
The
pizzas
were
amazing
and
the
7
jewels
salad
was
awesome.
The
dinner
reservation
system
for
the
restaurants
was
not
good.
Only
got
one
night
out
of
our
trip
and
it
potentially
made
one
of
us
sick.
Ended
up
just
sticking
to
basics
at
the
buffet
for
the
rest
of
trip.
We
were
told
to
avoid
the
elevators
because
they
broke
down
regularly
by
other
guests.
Ironically
avoiding
them
worked
out
as
we
experienced
a
power
loss
one
night
at
the
resort
and
the
lack
of
emergency
lighting
in
the
hallways
made
it
very
challenging
getting
back
to
our
rooms.
Luckily
once
we
got
to
our
stairwell
there
was
proper
emergency
lighting
for
the
stairs.
Was
a
bit
concerning
hearing
people
yelling
for
help
out
of
the
elevators.
The
emergency
generators
seemed
to
take
a
long
time
to
kick
in
and
not
everything
that
should
have
been
considered
a
vital
load
got
power
or
emergency
lighting.
This
also
may
or
may
not
have
lead
to
a
resort
wide
sickness
the
next
day
with
over
half
the
resort
getting
sick.
I
didn't
get
sick
but
unfortunately
my
mother
did.
Ended
up
having
to
buy
some
meds
and
fluids
at
the
gift
shop.
Found
out
later
that
the
front
desk
was
handing
it
out
for
free
due
to
all
the
complaints.
Bit
disappointing
this
wasn't
communicated.
The
day
we
left
the
local
health
department
inspection
team
showed
up.
Seemed
to
be
plumbing
issues
while
we
were
there
as
main
floor
bathrooms
flooded
regularly
into
neighboring
shops
and
hallways.
The
nightly
shows
were
entertaining.
The
Michael
Jackson
one
in
particular
was
awesome.
On
that
note
though
I
watched,
who
I
am
assuming
is
the
entertainment
manager
(the
guy
that
comes
out
at
the
end
off
the
nightly
shows),
on
the
pool
deck
belittle
and
lose
it
on
a
female
worker.
Pointing
his
finger
at
her,
repeatitly
poking
her
and
getting
in
her
face.
Definitely
felt
lack
of
discretion
and
professionalism
showed.
Definitely
seemed
anger
got
the
best
of
this
employee.
Might
explain
why
some
workers
looked
stressed.
The
grounds
were
very
nice
and
well
maintained.
Was
very
enjoyable
watching
the
local
wildlife
roaming
around
and
putting
on
a
show.
There
were
lots
of
nice
plants
and
flowers.
The
pools
were
very
nice
and
the
waterfalls
were
very
nice.
I
felt
the
location
was
very
nice
being
a
bit
outside
of
the
rest
of
the
resorts
so
it
left
me
with
a
relaxed
feeling.
The
adult
only
pool
lacked
a
bar
but
the
pool
service
made
up
for
that.
Pools
definitely
needed
more
umbrellas
though.
Our
room
was
very
spacious
though
a
bit
dated
and
dark.
Housekeeper
we
had
was
Tomasa
Flores.
She
was
amazing
and
the
highlight
of
our
stay.
She
kept
our
room
very
clean.
She
even
bleached
our
room
down
for
a
few
days
following
my
mother
getting
sick
including
the
entire
bathroom.
Was
nice
to
return
to
a
very
clean
room
that
had
a
nice
bleach
and
pine-sol
smell.
Overall
I'd
give
the
place
a
3
out
of
five.
I
probably
wouldn't
go
back
though
and
would
stay
closer
to
the
downtown
area
again.
