The best Padang Resto in Bogor. The taste is very authentic.

I noticed this restaurant stands among the most popular restaurants in the social media review. I ordered fish head curry, fried beef lung, beef rendang, spicy jengkol (jengkol balado) for my dinner today. I like beef rendang and fried beef lung better than others. Fish head curry is a bit plain and jengkol is hard to chew. Their service is excellent.

Friendly staff, great food but easily run out of staple sides like sayur and daun singkong after 6pm. Jengkol is a (seasonal) favourite. A friend ate 25 pcs of ayam pop once in one sitting.

Even if you are rich, you shouldn't go; it's not even that nice. We walked into the store due to its location, and the food was okay. When the bill was presented, my brain couldn't comprehend it. At first I thought that they are scamming me as I looked like a tourist. Then I thought it would be a calculation mistake and recalculated the entire bill – but came to same total. It was a whopping 9.5$ per person for a simple padang meal – 1 meat, 2 veggie, 1 rice per person!! I could have eaten at Haidilao at this price. We left the store still in disbelief. We have eaten much nicer padang at one-fourth the price.
