Food is delicious, but very few choices of set meals and 3 drinks from the menu to choose from. Food came quite fast, however there were many flies while I was having my meal.

Chicken is tasty.. really love the combination with cheese.. something i never thought will work, but somehow it does... Try their potato pom pom also, which really nice also... Need to wait for a while though since the place is quite full at the time.. All in all 4 out of 5

great fast food restaurant for your family and friends, it has great and original menu such as fire chicken (fried chicken with really spicy sauce on top) and fried chicken with cheese sauce.the place is clean and has big parking space.it also has gadget lovers table with electricity source and free WiFi. Although you have to wait more than 5 minutes to enjoy your food but I think it is worth it.

The place to small, very crowded and you need to wait for time when you didn’t get place. But the food quality so good, the parking area was enough, there are out and indoor place to eat. Happy eating!

I went here with my friend. We studied there, not to crowded so we can enjoy the place. The food was delicious just like others richeese factory. A lit place for millennial kids. The parking area is tidy and nice. It was crowded on weekend. We can say that the place is clean, fresh, good looking, nice, and affordable. If i go to dermaga i will never miss the opportunity to go there

Failed as a restaurant, This is my worst restaurant experience let me tell you why Im going to write a detailed review about your deficiency. First.. Long waiting time, when we come to this type of restaurant we expected a fast order but this one takes 30 mins even for the fries I had to wait for 5 mins you should've prepared beforehand so this kind of thing wont happen again. Second.. the Food Taste, According to the first point I complained about the waiting time That said but I dont and wont mind waiting IF the food was worth waiting and you wont get 1 star rating either, The Chickens especially the fire flying one, you didn't marinade the chicken all you do is toss up some flour and done.. the chicken meat is tasteless I even barely taste any spice in it, Its horrible you had to pay 100k rupiah for the fire flying chicken and had a high expectations after taking a bite all that expectations were burn to dust, compared to Jakarta's Richeese restaurant the fire flying chicken and the other one have an exquisite taste since they marinated the meat, But you didn't but I paid the same price.. who the hell is your franchise holder, not marinating the chicks since its time and hassle saving and also more profit three birds one stone eh.. you should close your restaurant if you had this in mind Third, order accuracy.. I ordered upper leg (paha atas) but you gave me breast (dada) this alone could reduce the star since its really important Fourth, The Toilet.. Its a squat toilet not a seated one.. please at least give a seated toilet for the female toilet.. since its improper, my grandma wants to take a piss but she cant since its not a seated toilet Fifth, No Mosque.. since in Indonesia the majority of the population is moslems how come that you've made the mosque into a storage room??even in jakarta most of the restaurant have them. Since its strategic spot many travellers come and stop by to fill their stomachs and release their stress from traffic, I was dealing traffic stress with an empty stomach and came here to fill up and release some of my stress and you gave me this kind of service, No wonder I gave you 1 star rating

Flying Chiken is the best

The place is cozy, the layout is enjoyavle however they don't have a generator to back up when the electricity is lost... just like when I ate there a few days ago

Lovely meal Specially the combo fire chicken Lvl 5 that was my favorite delicious and spicy. but need to put more sauce cozy place with good interior to make us comfortable also have a wifi connection and many plug for charging the cellphone or laptop. the location of this recheese was very good its located in dramaga,very easy to find and access. and the parking lot is big.
