    As of 6 March 2019 /// to day I would like to review, a supposed exclusive pavilion of PMI hospital named AFIAT, unfortunately I was as a patient here right now I got a fever. Well as you can see from the pics I attached there are so many new things more more than previous ones. I might change my review later after I run through all. Meanwhile you can take a look the parking lot situation, list of doctors in charge,etc.....////...... Additional notes n photos. I noticed that Mushola is very nice ,clean n tidy...it's placed at second floor. Also there is Alfamidi market at main floor

    Poor coordination between pendaftaran section and the other clinic. Need to be improved. My third times here and its been worst. Lack of communication between the staff. Worst of all this is the most hospital to be referenced from others and they have this kind of service. Come on PMI you can do better!

Lalu saya dan suami saya akhirnya berangkat ke RS pmi menurut RS pmi saya akan segera dilakukan tindakan SC jadi diharuskan pcr dan antigen alhamdulillah hasilnya negatif lalu saya diterima untuk rawat inap akan tetapi saat saya di ruang vk dokter kandungan menyarankan untuk di USG dlu untuk memeriksa ketuban nya saat di cek hasilnya ketuban masih banyak dan dokter menyarankan untuk membatalkan proses SC saat dicek perut saya ada kontraksi perut kencang jadi saya ditahan tidak diperbolehkan pulang, akan tetapi makin kesini kontraksi nya tidak kunjung hilang malah makin drop saya jadi pusing, mual, tenggorokan sakit, demam, mimisan, batuk dan filek disitu saya mulai curiga takut covid saya memaksa untuk pulang karna sudah 6hari saya di RS tidak kunjung membaik rasa mulas dan kenceng perut semakin sakit tapi bidan dan dokter malah menyarankan nunggu 1 hari lagi baru dokter akan ambil tindakan lalu saya menunggu sampe 1 hari lagi tapi malem harinya saya udh ngelungeluh mules bangettt dan pusing mual sampe nangis karna sudah tidak kuat nahannya ..dengan enaknya bidan blg "ko aneh seharusnya dua hari dikasih obat mules kenceng nya ilang ini malah tidak berkurang ibu ingin segera di SC kali jd perutnya kenceng karna pemikiran ibu ngaruh" Lucu ya mana ada yg mau anknya lahir prematur tapi saat esoknya dokter malah menyarankan saya untuk pulang dokter pun dari awal saya masuk sampe plg tdk pernah visit ketemu saat USG saja... Akhirnya saya pulang dengan keadaan perut masih mules dan kenceng karna suami saya khawatir hari itu juga saya langsung dibawa ke RS juliana dan dari juliana langsung disaran kan untuk sc karna sudah kontraksi berlebih akan tetapi saat di antigen hasil nya positif lalu saya tidak bisa SC di juliana dan harus dirujuk, udah 2 RS suru SC karna bahaya apalagi ada riwayat infertil tp saya ditahan sampe akhirnya saya kena corona di RS pmi dan gabisa kmna2 sedangkan saya sudah mules2πŸ˜„lucu ya udh ngabisin duit banyakk mlh kena virus lg kepastian aja ngga ada ...     This week my wife went in to get a blood transfusion. This is done every 6 to 8 months. At any rate, I have to say that the service and staff were great. Understanding that my wife booked using her BPJS but we upgraded the room to Platinum may have been different than using just the BPJS but bottom line is that the staff were just great. When being released from PMI, the staff took care and got her meds that she needed to bring home and also made sure that the billing was done. What impressed me the most is that we only needed to pay for the room upgrade and that was it. 5 Stars to the medical staff at PMI Bogor

    Semoga orang-orang yang minim empati dan mempersulit urusan orang lain secara sadar juga dipersulit hidupnya. Manajemen rumah sakit harus berbenah. Antrian panjang. Petugas minim empati. Tidak semua. Tapi yg saya temui di sini seperti ini. Saran saya: perpanjangan surat rujukan bpjs bisa melalui jalur yang berbeda, tidak perlu bertemu dokter dan menunggu sampai siang. (jika kasusnya gigi bungsu seperti saya, jika kasus lain silakan dikaji lagi). Buat apa periksa lagi sementara keluhannya masih sama? Ada yg namanya riwayat pasien kan? Hanya perpanjang surat rujukan ribet betul alurnya dan harus menahan emosi. Jika harus periksa paling tidak ada loket lain yg khusus sehingga tidak menganggu antrian pasien lain. Saya datang 2x. Hari pertama memang datang siang, petugas nomor antrian bilang udah tutup untuk poli bedah mulut. Saya mencoba lobi, dia bilang coba aja tanya perawatnya kalo bisa nanti dikasih nomor antrian. Perawatnya tanpa rasa peduli minta saya datang di hari berikutnya. Paling tidak pasien ditanya mengenai hal yg berkaitan dengan surat rujukan saya. Hari kedua saya datang jam 7 pagi dan petugas antrian bilang sudah tutup lagi untuk poli bedah mulut dan minta saya lagi untuk tanya perawat. Kali ini perawat acc. Tapi setelah ini saya dibuat emosi oleh petugas antrian, dia bilang harusnya dateng pagi. Pertanyaan saya, sepagi apa kalau jam 7 sudah habis? Saya bilang juga kalau saya baru bisa datang jam segitu. Dia tanpa rasa peduli terus bicara harusnya dateng pagi, ada sedikit perdebatan di sana. Saya paham dia hanya pekerja, dan aturan tetap dari rumah sakit. Tapi paling tidak yg namanya petugas kesehatan atau siapapun itu, empati dipake. Sekarang jalan tengahnya apa? Toh saya daftar lewat aplikasi mobile jkn juga tidak terpakai antriannya. Aneh. Kalau saya ada yg wakilin tuh gapapa, kalau saya dan mungkin orang lain cuma bisa datang sendiri gimana?     I didn't see discusting Hospital like this they didn't have a good behavior with there patients and the doctors didn't come on there time they tell the patience that tomorrow come on time but when the patience come the doctor is not commin on time i am 3 hours waiting for the Doctor 😑

    I have meet a lot of rude doctors but this is the rudest doctor I have ever encounter. This ENT doctor don't mind his own business and insulting other people. He began to talk about how people who graduate late from university is stupid, wasting money and he doesn't understand how can someone do that after I told him I have anxiety disorder that causes me to have gastritis. The nurse also not stopping him from talking rudely like that. I never want to meet someone as toxic as him again. Every people have their own problem in life, there is always people who graduate late like me, just because he graduate in time, he doesn't have the right to call other people stupid. How can he doesn't understand a basic manner? Luckily, the younger doctor is really nice, never ask anything private and explaining my illness really good so when I have problem with my ears, I usually consult with him. Other than that, the hospital is good, I don't need to wait for a long time if I make schedule in apps.
