Good location good price

Situated in a central area, close to a shopping centre and many wonderful restaurants. The staff are very kind, friendly and went out of their way to ensure I enjoyed my stay. When it was too late to order anything vegan nearby the chefs made something off menu for me, it was simple but so much thought went into making sure it was something I was able to eat. The rooms are a little outdated but comfortable. It gets cold in the rooms at night but there are plenty or extra blankets. Breakfast was included and was freshly made, good selection of fruit, tea, coffee and condiments. I would stay again.

Nice hotel, if you want to attend an event at Movistar Arena this is a great place to stay, is very near other places like T or Pink zones, 30 mins away from Monserrate, there are about 3 malls nearby.

The costumer service is not good.

The receptionist Nicolás, is very rude. Make a reservation online is a price and when you get to the hotel is much more than what was done. One goes through the corridors to get to the room, and the other rooms are open and one see the guests in underwear.

This hotel , charge 15 dollars for parking just in the night after 9 am they charge 5 dollars more , when you do check out they start charging money if you use a towel and get dirty you have to pay 10 dollars plus if the blankets get dirty , no stains , they charge you anyway , 10 dollars more , just bring your own towels , blankets and try to keep everything clean , when you check out they charge everything that they can , the breakfast you have just 2 options and if you try to talk with the administrator, he don’t show up , so the poor receptionist have to handle all . Crazy , never back to that hotel el campin bogota

Daniela made our stay at the Hotel very pleasant. Great location. Excellent service. Reading all the complains you get 3nough comfort for what you pay. We will be back soon I highly recommend it. Every person we came in contact went the extra mile, Maria from room services, Daniela from desk made us us feel very special.
