We had an excellent dining experience at Olive Garden! We wanted to try and save a lil money so we both ordered the all u can eat soup and salad and unlimited breadsticks. Everything tasted fresh and I even tried soups I've never had before. For $3.99, u can add unlimited dips for your breadsticks which was an excellent choice... marinara, Alfredo, etc. Tascha was a great server... thank you!

Recent stop here for lunch (February 2024)... First visit to an Olive Garden in nearly 20 years. Wasn't disappointed. This establishment has it dialed in. Plenty of parking, lots of staff on hand and extremely friendly. Service was quick, food was great. We had the all you can eat soup and salad. Couldn't have asked for a better lunch experience. Would recommend and would return.

Olive Garden is a go to place for my family and I, and unfortunately tonight was terrible. I did a quick to go order for my daughter because she has been really sick and I wanted to cheer her up with her favorite restaurant food. I ordered a kids fettuccine meal and a six dollar add on. I always request crouton packs because she loves to crush it up and eat on her pasta. When Megan L. brought my food out, I asked if my requests were in the To go bag, she says “what requests” I said the ones that I requested online, there is a comment box for requests. Megan says there was nothing, well that’s untrue. I have the email that shows a receipt with my requests. I asked for crouton packs because my daughter loves them with her pasta, The server says that Olive Garden has cracked down on giving out any condiments, and can no longer give out extra parm packs or croutons. By the way I get home and she gave us one pack 😞😞. How petty is that? We are regular customers and you want to say No when I tell you it’s for my sick daughter and this is her favorite pasta with croutons??? It’s just the same as Parmesan on the pasta. Some people are different. We got one melted mint with chocolate all over our to go containers, and one pack of Parmesan. I don’t understand why she couldn’t just give customer satisfaction and represent the Olive Garden name and go grab me some crouton and parm packs. It’s not my fault that she didn’t even bother to read the order properly. Megan L. was very rude and I couldn’t believe how I was being treated tonight. I was seven minutes early, I checked in online and live 3 minutes away and My daughters pasta was cold, old looking, and hardly any sauce. It was such a disappointment. This is not ok to treat paying customers this way. I told her I would be contacting the manger and she should receive some more training on how to treat people in the service industry, or just period. I’m blown away at the Terrible interaction. The most simple request with the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. I have worked in the restaurant business for over 20 years and this is not how you represent this industry. Being rude and petty over parm and crouton packs and serving cold misrepresented food will get you NOwhere. This was in Boise, Idaho February 8th, 2024 at 9pm. Boise Town Square Location. Apparently this order was Proudly served by Megan L. Tonight. I have the emails and receipts. I will be attaching my photos as well. Thank you!

Today I choose to get the shrimp Alfredo, it had small and medium sized shrimp and little pieces of scallops. The sauce it was prepared in was very delicious and it had the perfect flavor and aroma. My wife got the chicken Alfredo and the chicken was cooked well and had a nice crisp to it and the sauce again was delicious. We choose the spinach dip for appetizer and it arrived hot and delicious. Our service at the table was very respectful and nice, and she did very well. We where happy to provide a nice tip because she deserves it. Overall we had a great dinner and the price surprised us both it was very fair for the quality of food we received. Thanks for the great food and quality work.

Service was amazing. But food has gone down hill. Chicken parmesan looks and tasted and looked like a frozen meal. The spaghetti noodles were very mushy and over cooked.

I went to Olive Garden today for lunch. I had the Ravioli Carbonara. It was pretty tasty but definitely on the rich side. I had a peach tea to drink. It was quite good. I also had the salad and breadsticks. Both were good. The server was excellent.

A friend and I stopped by to grab lunch, I used to love everything about the Olive Garden, it has really changed, not for the better. The salad had huge chunks of lettuce with the gross end on it, soup was extremely watered down, not much flavor at all. The shrimp and chicken carbonara.....I subtracted the chicken for more shrimp, yuck! I love shrimp, the bacon in this was all fat and raw! The picture shows the fat of the bacon in big chunks! The shrimp were not cleaned properly, see picture. Very greasy, I ended up throwing it away! The meal was $20.00. I will not be back. The service was subpar..... The young man didn't know the menu, and couldn't really answer any questions we asked, very seldom checked on us, we had to chase down the check. This Olive Garden has definitely gone downhill.

The way the chef's prepared the beef was more tender than what texas roadhouses 21 Oz T-bone was prepared! The broccoli was served with such delectable stocks that [they were softer than family prep, 3 other restaurants] in the valley. Their service staff mimicked the cheesecake factory restaurant! I, myself had been "in this valley for 50 straight years".

The server was nice but to start off with we had ordered fried mozzerella and never received it, thankfully we weren’t charged for that. Then I asked for my meal without chicken and she basically guilted me into keeping it and just giving it to my husband and picking it all out of meal. Then she did come to check on us and I asked for a refill to which she ignored and asked how many boxes we wanted. We told her how many and she came back without the refill. Myself and my daughter literally were not done eating, but we felt very rushed. I wanted a refill and to finish my food. For almost $100 can I just get what I ordered and maybe a refill when I ask for one? It was horrible I’m really irritated. We don’t go out to eat often but when I decide to spoil my family and drop a good chunk of money on a meal I expect better service.

It was the second time when I came to this place with my family. I was very impressed by the experience. A friendly host greets you at the entrance, the wait wasn't long as we came earlier, but expect to wait if you come right as dinner time as this place gets very busy. The interior is beautiful, and nice Italian music in the background accompanied the style of the restaurant. Our server Tom from New Zealand was very pleasant, he genuinely recommended us great choices. A parmesan eggplant and lasagna were outstanding. And I should mention that a house salad at Olive Garden was super fresh and delicious. Bread sticks with sauce were a great addition to our dinner. The only room for improvement I could see in a desert section. Everything else including service with excellent timing for food preparation and bringing to our table was spot on. I could see a phenomenal job done by a management of this restaurant as it could give a great example to many places out here what the excellent service should really look like. I wish there would be more places like this. Definitely coming back and will recommend this restaurant to my friends to visit. Thank you Olive Garden team!

Our waiter bar tender excellent. Food way overcooked sucked. Never go to eat during shift change. Salad was way old and soggy gross. Had not eaten their since last bad experience. Desert took to go has doubled in price and shrunk but extremely good. Not return not even for the new way overpriced layer brownie.

I was traveling with two college soccer teams totaling 50 people. We called ahead and talked with Nick the manager. He is the best! Garret and Brook were our servers. They killed it! Awesome job staff. They are the best. We will be back again real soon.

So we had issues from the time we got there untill I went and asked for the manager. Well once the manager came to talk to us she went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and made sure our time was well worth it. So props to the female manager and they way she handled her store l! Give this lady a raise!

Terrific experience. Food and service was fantastic. Fresh crisp flavors with an eye towards perfection in presentation. Heather, our server removed dishes as needed to make us more comfortable. Service is not dead at the Olive Garden. It was a wonderful lunch

We missed their lunch specials hours. We decided on soup(zuppa toscana), salad and breadsticks. Our wait person was efficient, courteous, and personable. Support staff were collaborative in making sure service was as good as possible. It's a favorite stop.

We ordered the big family meal, Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, soup, and bread sticks. When we got home there was soup all over the bag. The soup comes in a plastic bucket then placed inside a cardboard box. We opened the cardboard box and because the soup was so hot, it melted the lid. The soup was just spilling out the whole time on the drive home and we had no idea. Please find a better container to put your scolding hot soup in, preferably one that can withstand the temperature of the soup.

Came here for my birthday lunch! I got the new chicken tortelloni alfredo. It was delicious. The waitress gave me a free dessert for my birthday, so I got tiramisu. Everything was amazing! I will definitely come back.

We found ourselves there at a busy time for our anniversary but our server Heidi did a wonderful job balancing all her responsibilities. The food was well seasoned like you'd expect from other Olive garden locations. The only criticism I have is the medium stake I ordered was more of a medium well.

Little bit of an odd experience yesterday. The staff congregated near our table and had a 10 min conversation about their shifts, annoying coworkers, etc. It was a conversation I’d think shouldn’t really happen loudly while customers are trying to eat. It was as if they were sitting in a bar or living room casually discussing their lives. Perhaps it’s a good thing the staff is so comfortable at work, so maybe I’m misreading this and it’s actually a positive? Either way, it was disruptive for me personally. This being said, our waitress was just lovely lovely and the food good, otherwise I would give a one star.

I ordered a giant salad and three chicken and gnocchi soups for my friends and I (and my kids) to all enjoy some of the yummy soup salad bread sticks at home without making servers work hard for a low tab. I figure that's nice, right? Save their table space for higher paying groups. We just were craving their soup and salad so I thought this would be a great idea for us to visit at my house. The salad was mainly lettuce and barely had any olives onions and tomatoes. Ok, fine... Kind of disappointed but whatever at least we had soup! Nope. The gnocchi was raw. I'm not exaggerating, the gnocchi was absolutely uncooked (and potato gnocchi contains eggs, so that's unsafe!). One of my friends had eaten several of the gnocchi (hoping for a cooked one each time) and she is super sick today... I won't give details but yeah, not a fun way to spend the day!! And who has time to be in the bathroom all day on a work day? Nobody. I have photos and videos of the mush that was the "gnocchi" in the soup. It was awful and we had to throw away all of it. I called and was super kind to the people on the phone, just letting them know about our experience. She didn't even offer to refund! Offered a gift card. Ok, whatever. I didn't want to be rude so I didn't argue, but considering I had to throw away our dinner that was honestly rude of her to not even give me the option of a refund vs a gift card. She sent me a "gift card" for a free appetizer or a free dessert and it's not even good for purchases of soup and salad. 😂 IS THIS A JOKE?? My ticket WAS soup and salad... and $61.14 worth at thay. I had to throw away the soup which was $30 worth of our tab! And sorry but the sub-par lettuce salad (no toppings to speak of) was super disappointing. I'm highly offended by this experience and the complete disregard for my time and money by the manager I spoke with. The least she could do is refund but if she was too stingy to do that, a gift card in the amount of my meal that went into the garbage bin would have been the only reasonable solution. Just beyond rude!!! The photos is of a "gnocchi" glob that was easily mushed with the back of my spoon because it was so raw. The zoomed in photo shows the mush texture 😵‍💫

This was an amazing experience for my grandfather's birthday and aunts anniversary. The staff there was awesome, very attentive to our table. Our food was delivered with in a very reasonable time frame with 10 of us eating. I am very happy they made a important time in our family special!
