We had a great time but was super surprised when we got home and realized one of the prizes he chose had a toy ouija board! I have no idea why something like that would be in a toy meant for children and I find it completely inappropriate!

We had my daughter's name birthday there and it was amazing. My daughter had fun even though the animatronics are breaking down. And people were very nice and friendly.

For my husbands 60th birthday we tricked him into going to Chuck E Cheese. He ended up dancing with Chuck E and it was great fun. All of us had a blast!!

We had our daughters 3rd birthday here last weekend. I am an autistic mother of 4 nuerodivergant kiddos and places like this are really, really hard for me. I'll be honest, my oldest is 6, and we have never had a birthday party at a place like this. 100% due to the fact that I have meltdowns in excessively loud environments. I have been working hard to step outside my comfort zone the last couple months though and decided I wanted to do this for my kids no matter how hard it was for me. Upon entering the building, we were pleasantly greeted and ushered to our table. The sweet server began trying to ask me questions and I could tell she noticed I was struggling. When I told her I am autistic she was extremely understanding and made sure to repeat herself when I needed her to and never made me feel uncomfortable about the tears welling up in my eyes due to being over stimulated. The staff at this location made me feel comfortable enough to allow myself to stim and cry openly so that I could be a part of this memory with my children. Normally, my husband would have taken them and I would have stayed home and missed out. This experience literally meant the world to me. Thank you to all of the staff that helped make this birthday such a special experience for my family. It may have just been all in another days work for you, but you gave me something last Saturday that meant the absolute world to me. A family memory, all together for the very first time.

I wish I could, give no star. We booked my daughters party for last night which they called and said they couldn’t do cause the power was out which totally understand. But horrible service, kids never got there cups that we paid for in our birthday package. We paid to have a server come and serve us never came and asked how we were doing. The workers were playing the games instead of helping people. I had to keep going up to the front and waited 20 minutes before being served and workers we either standing and talking or playing the games. The kids never got there dip and dots until I asked 5 times. A worker said they were on our table went back and they weren’t so I had to go back to the counter and wait. They had me get everyone ready for the party show and said 5 minutes. It’s was about 20 minutes kids were getting tired of waiting. Just horrible service I’m general spent over $200 there. Never again. Save your money and go somewhere else.

We had our 2 year old’s birthday party here today. We had the best host. I believe her name was Gray or Gracie. She was very attentive. We brought our own cake and they kept it in the fridge for us until it was time to sing Happy Birthday. Everything went very smoothly. The pizza was good and everyone had a blast. The guests that played games ranged in age from 1.5 to 19. I would definitely throw a party here again. I brought my own decorations but the ones provided were pretty cute so we didn’t use ours. We did do our party on a Sunday which was awesome because it wasn’t very crowded. I would recommend having a birthday party here for sure.

We went on a Sunday and it was empty. There were only 3 other families there. The place was disgusting and dirty. As soon as we walked in to order food and game cards we stepped in gum. The bathrooms were filthy worse than a gas station restroom. The pepperoni pizza was decent but the salad bar was terrible!! Not only was the lettuce and veggies old but the ranch dressing was sour and the thousand Island dressing was clumpy and watery. We'll skip this place next time it's not worth the money we spent there.

Fun place to take kids but DO NOT look in the back while they are cooking!! The cooks DO NOT wear gloves while they are touching everthing while cooking food. Then they go to the bathroom and wonder do they wash their hands? Just don't look in the back!

I'm torn on how to rate Chuck E Cheese's. On the one hand, it's a great place to let your kids run free and do their own thing while knowing they'll be safe. The staff is great, very friendly, and we appreciate the security and cleanliness of this location. The food, however, is pretty bad. The last time we had pizza here, the cheese was disgusting and tasted like it had been melted and re-melted multiple times. So... come for the fun, but leave your appetite at home.

I recently set up a birthday party for my grandson. The staff was absolutely excellent in creating a fun experience for his 4th Birthday. Even though the interior is outdated and needs repairs cosmetically, the cleanliness overrides all of that. I was super impressed with the food as well. I haven't been to the restaurant for 20 years, but they definitely have improved!! The pizza was really tasty and the salad bar was stocked with fresh vegetables and delicious fruits. If you are looking for a place to book a young child's birthday party without breaking the bank, don't overlook this place!! A++!!

Most nostalgia is still intact! Excellent customer service from the employees, especially. They disassembled the stage, but that was a corporate decision. Chuck E. still walks around and this remains a spectacular place for family FUN!!!

Update from my last review the food was better this time the service was still kind of lacking in certain employees and paying attention to detail with the birthday parties but, they were trying to keep up with the pace it was very packed for a weekend. They should hire more people, especially on the weekends. Overall you guys went from a D- to C+.

Went in on a Wednesday evening for a birthday. The staff did a fantastic job! The woman working the front door/register/party was doing six jobs at once, doing all of them well, and with a positive attitude. Fun games, excellent place to have a birthday, and the pizza is better than when I was a kid.

Not quite like I remember as a child, but still a neat little place. Went for my nephew's birthday, him and his siblings had a blast and met Chucky.

The GM here goes above and beyond!! Riley is the perfect fit for Charles Cheese. The energy and effort he puts into everything he does is apparent throughout the restaurant and staff. Great hire here kudos

I have never done a party at Chuck E. Cheese for any of my children before and was pleasantly surprised. The pizza was better than expected, the server was good and did her job well, and the kids had a delightful time playing games and then getting prizes after. We also appreciate the security. There is room for improvement. This is not cheap and it pushed the limits of a good value. It is very easy to go over a budget with all of the potential add-ons. I would like to see a few more video games and a few less weird machines that get you more tickets. It would be nice to see all of the staff a little more joyful / happy.

The manager worked so well with our family and made the visit a fantastic experience for my boys. Planning to do their birthdays here. Love this place well worth the time spent having fun. :)

Worth the money to see the kids have fun, a great party, & I didn't have to clean up after. The staff were polite and worked hard to take care of everyone there.

Had a wonderful time for my daughter's 7th Birthday! Pizza was great, games were clean and in good working order. Entertainment was top notch for the kids and our server Emery was such a great helper! Definitely will be back and highly recommend!

Pizza is decent, just can't give it more stars because Smoky Mountain & Idaho Pizza Co are here. Service is great, love seeing all the friendly, kind and super helpful young adults really doing their best... Perfect atmosphere for the kiddos, we have a 14 y.o. teenage son who even enjoys himself here. Probably because he loves helping earn tickets to give to his 4 little sisters.

Terrible food. Generally clean looking tables and games. Most of the games work enough to keep the kids excited. Chuck E Cheese is like private equity meets children’s entertainment, and the ability to most efficiently extract dollars out of parents’ wallets. No apparent regard for quality. Mix in little dark patterns for profit maximization and it’s an unscrupulous financier’s dream. For example, they add a $2 wristband to your transaction without telling you. If asked, they’ll gladly remove the wristband. Slimy at best. Pizza took about 40 minutes to come out and was not worth the price or the wait. I wouldn’t eat that again, even if free. The “food” should be marked with air quotes. I guess they continue to exist because kids think it is a fun place? So the kids demand to go back. Can’t blame them for that, parents and their stomachs be damned. It’s like the worst parts of the modern era wrapped up in an arcade that also sells “food”.

This place has great pizza and plenty to do with kids entertainment.

Today was my son's 8th birthday and he had an amazing time at Chuck E. Cheese with all his friends! Even through their current remodel, the staff was very friendly and accommodating and the general manager Riley checked in on us several times to make sure we were having the best experience possible. It was a great time!

  • 3/5 Alyssa R. 1 year ago on Google
We didn’t eat there, just went for activities. The games were a bit outdated and a lot of them were either off or malfunctioning. It looks like they are redoing the back wall, it’s not painted. The cool dance floor is fun for the kids! The prices aren’t bad but it just was a bit lackluster.

They just re did the inside so it's a lot nicer plus chucky came out a lot and was very interactive and dancing with the kids. Super nice staff even the maintenance guy who keeps the games running. Would definitely go back here again. The only slightly bad part is that it's so tiny and not like other ones that I'm used too.
