One of the best burgers in Bolton. Ordered the triple smashdown OG, beef was just right and the skin-on fries were great too! Would highly recommend! Come back multiple times since and really been enjoying the chicken burgers and loaded fries!

Ordered this too many times than I'd like to admit 😬 Just had it again for my Birthday tea. Just gets better and better each time! Your burgers and loaded fries are out of this world and the service we have received each time has been perfect. Love the added touches like the lollipops with the kids meals and the lemon fragranced wipes. And they always follow any added comments to a tee. Best in Bolton! I have always ordered from here for collection without any complaints. Usually their food is 10/10 and this was my first time ordering online. I received a really disappointing order. The loaded fries had a small curly hair in it which was quite clearly a mans hair / beard hair & there was hardy any toppings or sauce on there (which doesn’t even matter as why would anyone want to eat anything with another persons hair in it). Called up the shop to explain my dissatisfaction and was gaslight by them telling me it’s impossible for there to be a short hair in it even though the shop is full of boys?.. & to top it off all the workers were laughing in the background making it seem like a literal joke. The fact that we waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for two items which ended up being not worth it at all is ridiculous. Handled unprofessionally and won’t be ordering from here again. Clearly need training on how to interact with customers over the phone. If you plan from ordering from here, stick to collection as my experience ordering online was appalling

Amazing burgers but will have to consider whether I eat here again. Ordered with JustEat and then cancelled the order 2 mins later, as advised by the restaurant, because I wanted to add items on. Now I'm being refused a refund on the order- even though I reordered the exact same things plus more 10 mins later. So essentially I have paid £58 for £30 worth of food. Absolutely disgusted.

I’ve been twice here in the past week as my boyfriend and I love the food! I get the Nashville chicken burger and he gets the smashed beef burger. It’s full of flavour and a perfect meal for a lazy night in. A hidden gem if you're a big fan of burgers like us. 100% recommend.

Small and compact takeaway, few options on the menu but service is fast. The smash burger was average, wasn’t crispy enough for my liking. Sloppy and full of sauce which I also didn’t like because it took over the taste of the beef. Nashville bomb burger was ok. Loaded fries and donner all tasted the same due to the sauce which is way too sweet. They accept card payments which is a plus.

Their Nashville bomb burger is my favourite ! Always delicious everytime we order. They have some really nice cookies too!

We ordered for the family few days ago and we all loved the food also the kids rally enjoyed the burgers,very nice honestly. Don’t leave reviews but I think we have found our new takeaway Well done to everyone We will be back for sure

This place doesn’t have a wide range of selection to pick from, but the food is really good and the service is great. Every time they give me a time of when the food is going to be ready, its always ready. So if you are looking for food, and you want a place that is nice, reliable and somewhat affordable, this is it. This place is also good on uber eats, with the food always reaching my door, piping hot with good timing while still being very fresh

I would give 0 stars if i could. (context) i ALWAYS order from here, love it… until tonight. Told the guy 4 times and made it very clear i do not want peppers on my burger & then it came with extra peppers on. Was eating my burger and then found a hair inside, was gaslighted by the man saying it’s impossible as he had his cap on??? basically saying i’m lying.. the hair was a curly black hair and as a straight light brown haired girl myself i can assure it was not mine. half way through my sentence the guy ended the phone on me and i was ignored for around 15 minutes until i finally got into them. they told me the only thing they can do is remake my burger which is something i did not want due to not trusting the store anymore. Got told there was nothing they can do appart from give me a discount on my next order (NEXT ORDER??? I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN). after 30 minutes of arguing i was told to send evidence in an email which i did and then was told there’s nothing they can do as the workers apparently all have short hair. WORST customer service i’ve ever received- avoid at all cost.

First time ordering of here to try something different for a treat, don't usually like trying new places as always have bad experiences, but this was lovely, price was great for the food and the portion sizes was brilliant, would recommend. We only got chicken items so can tell you they are lovely! Would definitely order again.

Best place in Bolton! The chicken tenders are amazing and look homemade so not bulk bought from a cash and carry. Burgers are spot on as well as the dirty fries. Ordered once a week for the past month.
