I have ordered from here for 20+ years, they've been decent but have progressively gotten worse. Now we are at a stage where I go to the restaurant and they cannot get my order right even after the staff repeatedly ask me how I'd like the food. Any nostalgia you may have for here is not the same as today, now we have over cooked chicken and incompetent staff.

Ordered from Uber tonight, chicken nuggets and chips are really good. Pasta not so much. They must have cooked the pasta for 20+ minutes. It’s so mushy and just not nice at all. Paid £20 for the order. Really disappointed and just a total waste of money. Literally ordering a McDonald’s after receiving this :(

I’ve ordered from here many times and never had a problem. Today they could not read a simple note on my front door asking to knock on the back door. I never heard them knock so they went away and didn’t deliver my food. I called them to find out where my order was, their attitude was terrible, they said no one was home, I was there the whole time. They did re-deliver, still ignoring the sign on the door. I opened the pizza box and it was a mangled mess, like they had dropped it and then kicked it across the floor. Never ordering from here again, horrible experience.

Rude, rude, rude and absolute waste of time. Was previously a regular customer and ordered something that we order quite often, two large calzones and fries. Waited over an hour for them to arrive and when the order turned it, it was wrong. Delivery guy was very rude and insisted the order was right so I tried to ring the shop. Phoneline was busy and the delivery guy was getting quite aggressive in his tone so I told him to take it back. I continued to ring the shop ratger than just order else where as I am a regular customer and stupidly thought that loyalty meant something. After 30 calls someone finally answered and I was promised that it would be sorted. Rang back an hour and a half later and he had decided not to bother with our reorder. Food is good, but customer service is abysmal!!

Food hygiene ratings of 3stars. Sticker on front of shop says waiting for inspection. Are they ashamed of showing their ratings. Environmental health been informed.

Not been in here for ages but I had a tray of Donner Meat last night and was very impressed. Dont know if its changed hands or new chefs since I last went in several months ago but their Donner Meat has changed for the better and is now awesome. Full of spice, yum.

I think their pizza dough is AMAZING! Not soggy or bland. I love their donner calzone 😍🤤

Really nice, tasty pizza, friendly staff. I ordered late for a Wednesday and they still made us pizza. Will definitely be ordering again 😊
