My partner brought fish online from here 10 in total. Sad to say they all arrived dead on arrival. No hope from seller until I said i was going to leave a bad review of my experience, then they offered a full refund. Wonder if any of the good reviews are actually true. Very disappointing service.

Ordered live animals on line from this place. Unfortunately item ordered arrived dead on arrival. Sent photo to sellers to basically be told its still alive (you can see clearly its dead on photo). Very poor service no refund or replacement offered. Wont think about ordering from here again. Previous review got removed on google so have put it up again!!..

Brought 2 Goldfish,delivered with care,responded to my questions very quickly very impressive

It had the crayfish my son wanted for his tank and he couldn't get one anywhere else he tried,so we'll done for that

I can't understand some of the negative reviews. I collected an order from the shop and have no complaints. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are good and stock looks happy and healthy. Maybe some negative reviews come from the competition? I will be using this business again in the near future.

Got a well cute fish other fish well happier now he's got a friend. The fish got is beyond cute and the kids love it. Thanks Edit unfortunately after a week the fish died. My other fish is perfectly fine though that came from a fair, and the water tested ok aswell. A few days ago I noticed this fish was on the bottom of the tank a lot though and never seemed to improve. Oh well RIP not the stores fault fish do die...

Very helpful knowledgeable staff not a huge range of stock but all the essentials and definately enough to kit out a good tropical or cold water aquarium of any size

Sound guy not the biggest place granted but all round great shop and value. We literally travelled 30 mins because the had the colour shrimp I wanted!

After a couple of visits to this shop, and loads of helpful advice. . I purchased over a couple of weeks my Goldfish, after being advised to add them a few at a time. My tank is now set up and im totally happy and more importantly so are my Fish. I would highly recommend a visit for all your aquatic needs . In a very friendly and easy going atmosphere . Colin the head of this company is a scammer and a fraudster he sends sick crabs out! PLEASE do not buy from this person i have reported him to action fraud he doesn't take responsibility for anything! also threatens customers not fit for trading! PLEASE BEAWRE

These guys constantly lie , they take the money firs but sending the goods take weeks !!!! ive waisted 4 days in total waiting for delivery witch never come and i was assured they have send the parcel with 24h courier - another lie... this happened twice

I ordered over the phone, the man I spoke to was very helpful and friendly and from what I understood, it is a family business, I ordered 5 blue diamond shrimp and a white wizard snail, they arrived really well packaged the very next day, one of the shrimp was dead but the other four shrimp and the snail are healthy, I phoned them back up to thank them for my order and told them about the one dead shrimp, they were apologetic and offered a replacement with my next order which I was very thankful for, not everyone has a dead on arrival policy and I know it's always a bit of a gamble posting livestock, I will definately be using these guys again, I wish I lived closer so I could visit the shop!

Brilliant little shop I have been going since I was a child still in avid fishkeeper and they have a great selection esp shrimp would recommend just ordered some shrimp myself can't wait awesome!!

Do no buy from this store he is a ebay seller the owner Colin is a liar he will just take your money with nothing turning up. i then message him saying this he asked if I wanted to sort it out I said no I just want my money back please as it already been over a week he then refused said he will leave to ebay to deal with i was not happy at this time his positive selling was 98.4 i put a review saying no item no tracking at all he somehow got it removed and next day his positive selling went up i looked same person had gave feedback to boost up positive seller this is wrong i questioned ebay about this but didn't reply so I deleted my account on ebay as they are obviously supporting a bad seller owner Colin is a fraud not jus me saying it either
