This practice is an absolute joke. The receptionist act and behave like immature street girls. There is absolutely nothing professional about them. The doctors are good for nothing. I wouldnt even give them a zero the whole practice needs to be shut down. The whole lot of them are a bunch of jokers!

Absolutely rubbish service, they cut the phones off, don't answer an when they bloody do they say they don't have any appointments!!! Yet when mentioned to the doctor, he showed me the screen to say we're empty all day. So clearly the receptionist are lying! On another occasion, I walked in an the waiting room was empty so I said "oh wow ur quiet today", to which the receptionists laughed an said "sshhh done tell anyone, we make out were busy!" Absolutely appalling! I have rang numerous times to book my baby in but always get told "we don't have any apps left" It's no wonder people are going elsewhere, u can't see the doctor! Oh wait, the one thats left that is, not suprised none of them last! If u have been lucky enough to get an app, be prepared to wait atleast an hour an 15mins after ur actual appointment time coz they're NEVER on time!!! Don't even know how the hell this surgery is still running, from the staff to service, its all rubbish!

Whenever you ring at 8am you don’t get an appointment. The staff don’t care. They never have any doctors. I rang for my newborn who was ill for over a week and they couldn’t even offer a phone appointment. Instead you get given grief

Worst DR EVER , Takes over 30 Minutes to answer a phone .. don’t have appointments for weeks !! Morning emergency calls don’t answered as well what is this a call centre or a DRs surgery The links they send through the phone don’t work either

Signs up throughout the area stating you can’t be more than 10 minutes late otherwise you won’t be seen, yet despite this expect to wait for over an hour, and when you ask reception team the only answer you get is we don’t know. I was informed over a month ago the doctor in question doesn’t hold a late surgery, yet saying that I’ve waited for over an hour and a half and that is with an appointment, god help those who arrive as an emergency case.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the receptionists. When arrived for 11am appointment. They made me wait two hours only to be told that I had no appointment. Totally incompetent staff. I had to go to A&E instead!!

If I could leave 0 stars i would. The drs at this practice have no people skills at all. Are unable to prioritise cases.

Lack of professionalism and unethical attitude. Why do receptionists need to know why you’re making an appointment? Had to say several times that it’s none of their business. I’m on the lookout for a new gp because this place is giving me anxiety and distress to be able to request anything. I don’t understand what my taxes are being for, a service this low? Argument and rude staff!!

One of the worst doctor surgeries ever, don't know how the pct haven't investigated this place yet. Practice managers to the receptionist all need re training. Always locum doctors so they personally don't care. Dr falouji himself I don't see at surgery and needs to be there and see how his staff behave and conduct them selves. Never any appts but if you walk down there's never anyone waiting go figure. And really hard to get through on phone but if you walk down they all just sitting there phone don't even ring like it's off the hook. Shambles of a place am now looking at alternative doctors

I wish there was a zero option, absaloutly unprofessional staff and doctors, I called the surgery at 8am in morning and was 23 in the queue after waiting for so long they said they have no appointments left, disgusting attitude thinking of leaving this surgery

I cannot find any words to describe how disgusting, ill-mannered, unprofessional and harsh the receptionists are here in this practice!! I do not understand their level of education because the way the speak to people on the phone is like street girls!! They have no respect no shame nothing good about them at all!! I want somebody to treat them exactly how they treat patients over the phone!! They tell you to call at 8am for an emergency appointment and it was 8:10am when my phone was answered and I got told rudely that no appointments are available!!!! How the heck all appointments are taken in just 10 minz???? Despite trying for 3 days. The higher NHS relevant management team should investigate this practice and replace this people because they get paid for NOTHING but abusing and disrespecting the patients!

Worst possible doctors made me wait an hour and half in the morning only to be told no appointments. More of a kids play centre than a gp

They say 10 minutes late & your appointment is not valid & they make me wait 1 hr for appointment which already booked this happening every time

Dr QR Kashif is the best dr very good manners. Help as much as he can.

If you are registered here just forget emergency appointments. 8:00-9:00am emergency booking time, the phone never gets picked up. If you have a toddlers or an infant don’t bother coming here.

Absolutely ridiculous that I ring at 8am on the dot everyday 90 calls later it is now 9:43am and it’s still “user busy” when I get through - no appointments left, what are we supposed to do?!!! Been trying for weeks!

Very disappointed. Waited 40mins for my 4 years old for the doctor to see him, as well as being 36weeks pregnant. This needs serious attention

Very bad GP here who was previously suspended several times from practicing as a GP Dr Shaista Hanif. Very poor service, was told by Dr Shaista Hanif that she doesn't care as the NHS does not pay her enough. Went on to make very personal remarks regarding my job and ethic background such as that poorly educated people work as taxi drivers and that bangladeshi people smell.

Worst GP surgery ever! Made an appointment which was 4 weeks later and when I came to attend it I waited 45 minutes for the doctor to see me but he was "running behind" to the extent I would have missed my dentist appointment which I booked for the same day 1hr apart just in case! Receptionist were lifeless and said they will not be able to book me later on due to the idiot doctor Mehraj lack of professionalism and timekeeping. GP should have their pays cut with this attitude and work ethic.

Quick and reliable service. Dr's obviously listen and have a excellent communication skills. Listened to my issue and acted promptly to accommodate to the issue I had.

I have waited on the phone for over 45 mins get through to an advisor telling me there are no available appointments not even a phone consultation with the doctor when I pressed further as I have been unwell for over 4 days now still nothing asked to speak to a manager said no manager available the advisor Aisha then lied said I sweared at them then when i challenged her she hung up, shocking service totally dishonest I pay taxes and national insurance which pays for this nhs service i dont go to a doctor for years when i need an appointment cannot get 1 absolutely shocking 1 star is the least that can be given i would give 0
