Ever since they changed out the staff my experiences there were terrible every time. They won't let you order, even though one employee is obviously free and let you stand around for 5 min minimum until you are oh so graciously allowed to order. They are super rude even though me and my friends were always polite and just because me and the employee had a disagreement over something, that employee just decided to put normal milk into my Frappuccino instead of lactose free milk, causing me severe pain. Already didn't like Starbucks much because of the ridiculous prices but now I'm never going there again. Edit: thankfully the personel was changed again and they Are much more friendly than the previous staff

Except one arrogant South American accent employee...all the others are super helpful and smiling. Nice place except when that guy is there...some cold coffees are great. I can only recommend 👌 it. The arrogant South American left, I hope he won't come back...

I am really disappointed! Unfriendly, rude men staff. Always annoyed if you ask them for anything. Even the drinks don’t taste properly, they barely put ice on fraps and cold drinks, they just want to take orders and finish them without caring about the quality of the service. I just came back from the states, and if you compare this branch to the states you can simply say that they are rueing the concept of Starbucks. Very disappointing!

This Starbucks it’s too small for the amount of people ! You can never find a place to sit inside , and it’s obvious there’s no one cleaning the space outside … Def the worst Starbucks I’ve visited !

Employees are consistently confused if you order things in brand terminology, e.g. "grande" or "Pike Place". Good location.

First things first: the drinks where really great. Expensive though but delicious. But the place was way too crowed and the Internet was way too slow. I came here to host a zoom meeting but it was nearly not possible because of the bad wifi. Anyways great drinks and nice location!

Too many people sit in and take 4 chairs at once alone. Not the place fault but still very stupid

As far as a South American manager is not there, whose communication is dry and offensive. Things can go well. Otherwise coffee is tasty. It's clean to some extent. Toilets sometimes are catastrophic with stool on the wall. I understand that this is caused by the customer but still a control could improve something. Seats are comfortable, service is good when that South American manager is absent. I recommend this café. It has a nice view and it's cosy

Goodly located, but a bit crowded. Maybe having a second area for people to sit and enjoy coffee would be great. But so far, the place has only a few tables, and it’s always pretty crowded. To catch a free table, you need to be here quite early.

The general idea of Starbucks was a no go to me so i ordered an espresso with ice eas watery and kinda bitter! The staff is very attentive and nice! Welcoming and with a big smile! I guess nothing to do about the quality of the coffee!

I come here quite regularly, the drinks are good, the service is friendly, and the internet works! All I need from a Starbucks!

Products were okay. The girl Riri at the cashier was super friendly!!! The guy Diego was rude and very loud which made the place a bit uncomfortable

It took a long time to get the coffee, and for some reason they wouldn’t change small coins for a 1 euro coin. They said they weren’t allowed to do this?

Fast enough ordering but may not have enough space to sit and enjoy the food and drinks.

The very unpleasant service. I asked for ice caramel macchiato.. and please make it creamier. What I mean is feeling creamy in the milk because of the consistency.. not foamy. At the end, it tastes like piccolo rather than caramel macchiato. I complained but they did not take it seriously. Sorry, but i thought starbucks has the same service everywhere and the more or like same tastes anywhere. I guess I am wrong.
