5/5 The Unstoppable J. 4 years ago on Google • 51 reviews
I
do
some
travel
writing
and
Bonny
is
one
of
my
favourite
places
to
go.
An
excerpt:
Our
next
stop
is
the
absolutely
gorgeous
Finima
Nature
Park;
an
oasis
of
nature’s
finest,
guaranteed
to
give
succour
to
even
the
most
troubled
soul.
The
twenty
year-old
park
was
created
from
a
burrow
pit,
which
served
as
a
supply
unit
during
the
construction
of
the
LNG
residential
area.
It
boasts
of
its
own
creek
for
lively
sailors
like
yours
truly,
a
miniature
zoo,
a
briefing
room
and
a
play
area
for
guests.
This
slice
of
heaven
would
be
perfect
for
a
romantic
getaway,
a
family
outing,
a
nature
hike
or
a
movie
shoot
with
its
picturesque
greenery.
The
park
is
managed
by
the
Nigerian
Conservation
Foundation
and
is
accessible
to
the
public
for
free.
I
indulge
in
a
bit
of
bird-watching
and
sailing
before
I
bid
a
reluctant
farewell
to
the
park.
I
definitely
cannot
wait
to
return.
