Great bottomless brunch. The food was excellent and the range of cocktails included in the bottomless offering was diverse and all fantastic. Rum, vodka, gin, fizz, beer and more all included so great options for all tastes. Our server Lydia was friendly, and the quality of service was excellent from start to finish. Recommend this place to anyone, as it is certainly one of the best bottomless brunches available in Liverpool.

Came for cousins 30th and had a meal and several drinks. Service was brilliant from Rayna, attentive and aware of when we were due drinks. Food came really quickly and was lovely. Music and atmosphere was great

The air con was on so low, we were really cold, as were other diners on tables next to ours. We asked for the air con to be altered but to no avail. As for the food, the goat was more fat than anything else with bland flavours, my fellow diners faired better but werent overly impressed. All in all, theres plenty of better places to eat in the city.

Me and my bestfriend had the most amazing day at Turtle Bay! Great value for money and gorgeous cocktails and food!! Our server Fran was so amazing, she is the nicest server me and my friend have ever had and we will definitely be back - hopefully with Fran as our waitress again!!

Lovely Mother's day bottomless brunch with my daughter today, our server was Emily and what an absolute delight she was. she went above and beyond for us. very consistent and welcoming, this young lady made our experience one to remember. this was my first time at turtle Bay and I will be returning with family and family. lovely food but most of all amazing customer service.

Walked in and you felt the vibe immediately! The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the restaurant was clean and the food was really tasty and fresh. Our waitress was brilliant and made sure that everything was ok. The drinks you had an good selection along with desserts. I'd recommend booking as we were very lucky with just walking in. It was busy which is always a good sign! Would I come back? Too right I would. Would I recommend? Very highly.

Came to Liverpool on a visit and decided to have some Carribean food with my friends! The customer service is fantastic! Very polite and courteous staff. Quick to help! Amazing! 5 stars for the customer service! The food came quickly! There was no goat curry though! We all wanted goat curry! We had other food that was good. It was quick to prepare. The plantain was scrumptious! The portions were great I wish the food was much hotter but it was hot enough and it tasted okay. We didn't particularly like the "slaw" and they took it away and gave us complementary plantain. That was great customer service! My friends had the virgin colada and the pina colada. They weren't very excited about this. The ambience was great and I will say dlmt visit Liverpool without stopping here!

We came here for our wedding anniversary bottomless cocktails brunch and Patrick the weighter was perfect. knew his way around the cocktail menu and couldn't do enough for us. Food was spot on aswell just a really good way to spend the evening together.

Honestly, surprisingly good. I didn't expect a lot from a Jamaican chain out here, but the flavors are awesome. More spice than we got at the famous Indian place down the street. They have a great Jamaican take on an English breakfast if you're here in the morning. Or we also came here for an afternoon snack of grilled head-on prawns and side of curried chickpeas -- and that was absolutely bomb. Red Stripe on tap, or you can get tons of fun run cocktails. All paired to the lovely sounds of raggae. Fun decor and atmosphere too, without being too kitschy. And nice staff.

Came for a belated birthday date night. Been a few times to different restaurants and I love it! Service is amazing, food is to die for, and there’s a new cocktail to try on the menu every time we visit! Emily was a fantastic server, chatty and attentive and so friendly. Only bobbed in for cocktails but they certainly didn't disappoint. Service with a smile and recommendations of which cocktail suited our taste buds. Whilst we was there my husband dropped his wallet at the bar and hadn't noticed but someone kindly gave it back so nice to know there are still honest people around.

Book a 2 for 1 cocktails experience with a hen party. Staff were friendly and were back and too the table checking everything was OK and if needed more drinks often. We had snacks brought to the table and it wasn't something I would usually try but I did and I'm glad I dis as it was lovely. I had crispy chilli squid and mac and cheese balls. Both were lovely and I would have them again.

I absolutely loved this restaurant. We managed to get in, just in time to take advantage of the two for one cocktails. I particularly liked the Zombie cocktails. We managed to get some delicious food too. I really liked the jerk salmon, which is a dish I’ve never thought of a concept before, but was absolutely yummy. The jerk fries are nice too. The staff were very friendly, and we were sat in a tucked away table, which gave us some privacy. I would definitely come back here.

We had booked a table for 7pm however we were running late. I called to try to change the appointment to 7.30 but when we called our names could not be found on the reservation list. I decided to try amend it online however the website wanted credit card details etc so opted to fast track and try make it there for 7pm. We arrived only to discover that the table was booked for 7.45pm. We received no confirmation on text nor did I confirm anything on the website. This was obviously a glitch on their system. To sum it all up, the manager was very short with us and not at all apologetic or understanding of our confusion having not received any confirmation of the change in time to our booking. We were not provided with any alternatives and were simply told that the system advised our table was now booked for 7:45pm regardless of the lack of confirmation to this amendment to our reservation. Overall extremely disappointed and frustrated with the total disregard and lack of customer service.

Had the island ice blast and was beautiful! Ellie the bartender did a great job at making the cocktails that we had whilst being here, furthermore, her kindness was wonderful. In Addition, I cannot thank cal enough for his joyful service. Recommended as a place to take friend and family for some great food and drinks.

Had a great time on New Year’s Eve walked in with no booking to get seated really quickly had a young beautiful girl as our host named Katie who looked after me and my wife recommended food and cocktails all evening we were there she offered us nothing but pleasantries she is a credit to this establishment a very nice young lady we would definitely go again if only to be served by this wonderful woman and I’m sure all the staff are just as pleasant

Food is lovely, and the drinks are made to perfection. For a change I am actually leaving a bottomless brunch drunk. Normally places are just juice. This one is real cocktails! And I will never go anywhere else from now on. I want to come here every single week! The music is UNREAL!!! Travelled from Manchester to meet with a friend who recommended Turtle Bay !! It has been the best!! We did the bottomless brunch & straight away we were welcomed in (we were also early and this wasn't a problem) drinks were served straight away and constantly topped up. Food was amazing. Very hot and very fresh. Leah was serving us today and she was amazing. Recognised our drink choices and recommended drinks we may like to try. Fantastic service for the Bottomless Brunch, Katie served instantly whenever our drinks were empty, the barman knocked drinks out so fast and were all absolutely delicious! Food was absolutely delicious definitely come back again.

We were greeted by two very friendly staff at the bar making drinks, it was extremely busy and they were none stop making drink after drink and still made time to talk to us the cocktails are excellent and my partner was even given a free shoot as they found out from us it was his birthday 🥳🎉 We made the decision to stop for food and so glad we did as everything was tasty and delicious 😋 From the welcoming atmosphere & attentive staff we went back for a second time again whilst visiting Liverpool it was busy and we waited for a table,the food was excellent and consistent a member of staff remembered us and I would like to say thank you Cal you have a lovely upbeat manner,friendly and do an amazing job. 🤗😊🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Me and my friend had the bottomless brunch which was to celebrate her birthday. The food we had was nice but not great as one of our burgers came out cold. This was quickly replaced with a sincere apology. Our server Paddy was lovely, very friendly, always a smile for you, made good recommendations and always made sure we had a full drink on the table. This was the second time I’d been to a turtle bay the other was in Surrey, the Surrey one put me off as the food was small portions and had no heat to the seasoning. However, this one didn’t disappoint, the portions were good and the food flavourful. Katie was a great host and was attentive without being intrusive. The cocktails in happy hour were decent too. Would recommend for an evening out with friends or on a date night.

Went here yesterday with my Mum and Dad for lunch. Great location in the heart of Liverpool city centre with friendly and professional staff and lovely food (I had the jerk chicken). Highly recommended! :)

Great food and very decent cocktails. I definitely recommend going for the bottomless brunch so you can try as many different cocktails off the menu in the two hours you've got. Also, the curry Goat Harsh with dumplings was very tasty.

Never been to turtle bay bottomless brunch until today, was amazing considering its such a busy place. We had an amazing server called Meg. It seemed every time we were at the bottom of a glass Meg was there waiting for our order. On top of that, due to such a big selection of cocktails she asked if I would like random cocktails for the last hour. YES! I DO, Meg brought me random cocktails all night then asked if I had a favourite at the end so I could have 1 last drink. Wonderful service, amazing food and all together an amazing place. Lovely afternoon spend at Turtle Bay Victoria Street Liverpool. We did the Bottomless Brunch. The food was delicious and the drinks were flowing. You can choose from a full cocktail menu which I think we went through. The service was really good the staff are very friendly and have a good knowledge of the menus. Our waiter Paddy was so professional and helpful especially when he kept the drinks coming during our time. He is a great member of staff like all the staff that we seen

We had the best afternoon here today, the waitress Emily was amazing. She kept us topped up for drinks at all times, she was super friendly and gave us some fab recommendations for drinks. The food was also lovely and the the bar tender CJ made some great drinks :) will definitely be back soon x

We visited Turtle Bay in Liverpool Victoria Street on Father's Day, 20th June 2021. We were politely greeted at the door and shown to our reserved table immediately. Maisie looked after us and she was very friendly, professional and courteous at all times, as were all of her colleagues. We were asked for our drinks choice after a few minutes, then our food order was taken. The food was presented well and tasted amazing! The food and drinks selection is huge, so you will definitely find something you like to eat and drink... and the drinks keep coming... just ask, ha ha. We have already booked to go again as we both had a fantastic time! As for genuine customer service, we had a small issue with the bill, but this was quickly resolved by Lauren in no time. Brilliant customer service on top of everything else! Highly recommended to anyone who visits our fantastic city of Liverpool!!

First time at this Caribbean place and I was very impressed. Greeted warmly by the staff and dealt with promptly. The food is excellent and the cocktails very exciting. The prices are affordable as there are offers of 2 for 1 on cocktails and happy hour to catch for a bargain. Loved it. Will go back.

For the decor it was fantastic. For the food we were left wanting. The glass was dirty. I asked for a new clean one. You may be able to see from the pictures that the replacement glass was chipped. The food did not taste like real West Indian food. The boiled rice was hard and stale, unedible. The price was at the top end of family dining places, very expensive. Not worth it if you know what real West Indian food should look and taste like. I can give an extra star for the layout.

Never been to a Turtle Bay before but was a good first visit. Had the Bay Jerk Chicken Breast with the chilli cheese roti starter, and the Bay cider which was nice. Only complaint was that the chicken was a little dry.

I usually love turtle bay so I’m hoping it was an off day (although I’ve never been to this one before). We had cocktails here and they were not great, they were watery and a little bit tasteless. Yes they were 241 but I even like that was pricey for what we got. Maybe it was because it was a busy Saturday evening. The staff were really friendly though and as always the atmosphere was great

You know what to expect with Turtle Bay as it’s a big chain but the service we received in here on Saturday by Carol was fantastic. Food was great and drinks were too. 2 for 1 cocktails available for the majority of the day.
