My first time visiting Reem Lounge, can honestly say it was a great experience. Gorgeous decor in the place and the service was brilliant. The staff were lovely, cheerful and happy to help. Mocktail, food and desserts was fantastic. Will defo be coming back when am next in Liverpool.

Had a lovely time Saturday night for a few drinks and cake. Staff managed to find small space for 3 and when someone left gave us much more space. Lovely attentative staff. Knew the desserts really well and friendly. All the way till 2am. Keep up the great work.

I recommend my friends to go Reems. Group of my friends went to Reems and some of my friends don’t smoke sesha. Reems staff said that each person has to buy a sesha. You can’t force your customers to buy sesha if they don’t smoke. So unhappy with their customer service. I would not recommend this place as it is not customer friendly. Also they don’t value their regular customers which is a shame.

Only thing going for it was the decor etc, but staff were rude and not attentive. Asked for a glass of tap water and they refused trying to sell bottled water only. Drinks were overpriced. Coals were not changed actively and had to ask for it. A shame as it has potential but let down by the staff.

Had a lovely evening at Reem, service was great, very friendly and welcoming. My husband had Shisha and said the flavour and smoke was perfect. Mint tea and desserts are a must have too. We will surely be back for food next time.

Lovely place, food was fab and fresh. Sheesha was spot on and well priced. Great atmosphere. Only slight negative is food and drinks on the pricey side (£3:50 for small glass bottle of coke). Will come again 👍🏽

The service was brilliant especially at Ramadan when we attended for iftar. The staff were very friendly and professional. Food was very good and authentic.

They play loud music to the early hours of the morning with no regard for the tenants who live above. The oven fan is on very loud from 13:00-23:00. Sometimes past midnight too. The smell of the grill is overbearing and smoke regularly pour out onto the street and into the apartments above. They truly do not have respect or regard for any of the residents. Very poor attitude when issues have been escalated directly to the manager/owner.

The vibes and the tea was amazing, a weird review but I loved it as a study spot since it’s open late and has wifi to be able to use my laptop (and plugs). Great vibes

Me and my partner came here on Monday whilst travelling from Birmingham, we stumbled across it on Google maps and hadn’t heard anything about the place before, it’s in a beautiful location kinda hidden away. Great service, beautiful PVC- paan vanilla coconut shisha (I get this flavour everywhere so I’d say I’m quite the connoisseur) their karak chai was really nice and overall just had a really great time. Menu was really professional and I saw the other tables food come out and it looked exactly like the pics, I can’t comment on the taste as I didn’t order food myself. *One thing I wish they would have mentioned when sitting us down was that there weren’t many desserts available on the day due to Monday being the day they made them, instead I looked through the menu and chose what I wanted to then be told it sadly wasn’t available til much later that day. Would defo come again!!

Very calm and relaxed atmosphere with an authentic vibe. Beautiful decor and furnishings. The sofas were very comfortable. Food was delicious, there was quite a wait but shows it was all made fresh. Drinks were quite expensive and they would not give you tap water. Water was sold for £2 a bottle. They do not sell alcohol. Music was a mixture of traditional music but also afrobeats. They seem to go with what the crowd wants. TV screens showing sorts as well. Staff were friendly, and would try their best to answer any questions.

Excellent atmosphere and generally good service. Waiters could do with asking customers if they would like to order anything else. On my 2nd visit I was told I could only pay with cash not card when on my first visit I paid via card. I was forced to withdraw cash from the in house cash machine which charged me £1.99. This was not very nice at all.

We had a great time here. Everything was perfect, the food and shisha as well and the staff was very welcoming. Highly recommend!!!

Very nice place to visit and food is delicious but it would better if there was space for families with toddlers to keep them away from all the smoke, can’t go often because of this issue

Last visited in 2019 and I really enjoyed my expedience. Visited a few days ago in 2023 and the vibe was very different. They had some really old songs playing that didn’t sound upbeat at all. The pink tea was nice, could do with being a little more sweeter or hotter so the sugar cubes could melt The shisha itself was decent nothing extraordinary. Better flavours and quality in the Manchester/Bradford area.

Delicious food, Shesha is always attractive and never ever looks like it in Liverpool. The service is great and the staff is friendly. The price is reasonable for me fair enough compared with the quality. In general, The atmosphere is cozy. The best in Liverpool. Finally, it is located in the heart of the city. I'm a lucky man to have known that place.

First time going here and loved it. Enjoyed the atmosphere, welcoming staff, promptness of bringing food over. Defo worth going and the set up is amazing. Recommed the grilled food that includes ribs.

The staff are very welcoming. Prices are great and the shisha is pretty good actually. Me and my Mrs in the picture travel all over the world and we were very impressed with the shisha quality here and atmosphere. Served by a few different people, but "Sabri" probably interacted with us the most and he was brilliant!

The place is just incredible. When I arrived, I was very well received and I really enjoyed this place. The food and drink was amazing and it is simple and easy to access I recommend it and with all certainty when I return to Liverpool it will be my first stop.

Favourite Shisha lounge in Liverpool, saffron milk cakes and lates are amazing, food is comparable to a 5 star restaurant. Staff are professional and make you feel welcome. I come here multiple times a week and it has gave me a deep appreciation for Arab culture.

Fruit head shisha was very goood and the place looks wery noice. The floor staff (sabri) was the most decent staff as he would always sort everting out for us and was very nice and friendly as he makes us feel like special guests . He would always come to us and ask if we are enjoying our time. I see this as very good customer service And hope he gets far in life and gets what he wants because he deserves it overall the shisha lounge is very good and I would recommend it to people that are coming from out of town 10/10

The first time I try the restaurant and I am surprised that there is such a restaurant in Liverpool with this service and efficiency of stuff and with such a great welcoming and amazing treating from Mr sabri and a perfect shisha made by Mohamad thanks to reem lounge.

Friday night out with my husband, thought to try some different t good. I have ordered the seabass whole, my husband had kind meat ball thing. When they brought the food on the table, it was the seabass , but they didn’t mention anything, I called the lady and told her that’s no seabass, she said will ask, which she never did, just ignore us.Thought just lump it, not to bother, but after started I found the fish wasn’t fresh ,so I called the other lady and told her the food wasn’t seabass, same thing she said would ask the chief, later on , she returned and said would talk to me after I finished the food. We don’t like to wasted the food so I did my best to eat the best I can. Then she came and said “Sorry we don’t have seabass but the chief didn’t inform us, and we didn’t know”, when we asked what that fish is, they could not even tell ! she just tried to push things to the chief which no need face it, and that’s all. We don’t ask for money back, as we are happy to pay whatever we have ordered , just feel like been fool and deceived， it’s dishonest to provide the food which completely different without informing customer, just brush aside the responsibility! DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE IF YOU LOOKING FOR A GOOD MEAL!

Very good service by Mohamed. The shisha is recommended, only if the pipe is the plastic one 😂. Food and cakes are nice too 👌🏽.
