Ashamed ! Incorrect address! 45 rue Vital Carles is in the middle of the street.. but the office is not at 45! Worse: No one to answer the phone! Standard saturated?... But the secretary who seemed to have time to chat at the back of the premises, when I finally found the address. I was stunned. I had hoped when calling that someone could tell me how to get there. However, the GPS guided me to 45 rue Vital Carles, and no dental center at 45!!! Failing to have found the places with the given address and the GPS, I arrived late after having gone around the neighborhood 10 times, when I arrived the dentist had left! Absolutely shameful. I had to wait 3 months to get an appointment and I traveled 70km to get there! €23 train ride for nothing and a considerable waste of time. I didn't have a good experience with this long-awaited appointment... Because in the end, I was sent away without having seen a dentist, sad, disappointed, tired and on the verge of a nervous breakdown!!! > A phone where no one answers is useless! A secretary who doesn't do her job is useless! Having time to fool around and daring to believe that the standard is saturated is unacceptable!

The only place where I'm not afraid of dentists! I go there with pleasure. My dentist relaxed me from the first session 5 years ago and I am no longer afraid of needles thanks to her. The welcome is always pleasant and there is no waiting. I recommend !

My husband and I were in a liberal dental care course... until meeting Dr. ROMAIN HAASER; He is everything we expect from a dentist: gentle interventions, competence and active listening... The secretaries demonstrate a great ability to facilitate appointments. What'else in this brutal world

Doctor Laplaud at the top absolutely nothing to say, who reconciles us with the dentist, very kind, good advice, gentle, explains well what is going to happen in our mouth, both with adults and children. Clean and accessible office, on-site radio available. The only downside is the first long appointment, after which the follow-up takes 3/4 weeks but that makes you wait.

Hello, this comment follows on from one recently submitted (read again after this paragraph). The Dentist therefore contacted me in person, very surprised by the content of my comment. He confirmed to me that he still practices at Vital Carles so always the possibility of making an appointment. According to him and his collaborator, would it not be the first time that his patients have suffered this type of behavior from ?? aimed at harming its reputation and that of the Vital Carles Mutual Center. _________________ _as a reminder:_ "Until yesterday, nothing to complain about... But yesterday I called for a rather urgent appointment (pain problem on certain teeth already treated by a dentist at this establishment) and there... I "learned" that "no more appointments possible with this dentist..neither today, nor tomorrow, nor.. But advice if pain.. call the emergency services.etc..."!! I showed up at the end of the morning today... There the people at reception were very surprised (according to them) by what I said... I invite the person in charge of the establishment to sometimes check the content of the messages for patients..!. " ___p___________________

Hello, I was seen urgently for a broken tooth. after my regular dentist retired. Let me explain: After looking for an appointment with a dentist in my area for the emergency, after more than 35 calls and a wasted afternoon, none wanted to take new patients, or if not yes, they were willing to take me , but in 3 months minimum! for an emergency!! (a shame!). The next day, I received a call and VYV dental called me to give me an emergency appointment 3 days later! What could be better than THANK YOU! I am also very happy with the professionalism of the dentist who received me, (Ms. Schein) very kind, gentle, educational, and the work was very well done and all in one go!, without breaking up appointments because I was going out from another dentist who took more than 6 months for a devitalization (and 5 appointments!!!), all while letting the rest deteriorate when it was enough to do it... and that without counting unnecessary appointments to computing purposes without any exploration! here, everything was done at once (while I went there for the most urgent thing (a broken tooth), and I came out with everything done!! in a word, I live again!
