Was interested to see how accurate is the google rating and it did not disappoint! Very satisfied with our dining experience. The server, who was an Italian was very helpful, told us a bit about the history of where the wine came from. Negroni was perfect. The burratina parma e grissini is impeccable, especially the jambon. My main dish Polpi di scena was perfectly grilled and the taste extends to the potatoes that came with it. Definitely a must try when in Bordeaux! :)

I had the torchietti con pesto e ricotta, and it is one of the smoothest pastas I've ever had. The pesto is also light and savory, creating the perfect texture to match the ricotta.

Inspent 5 days in Bordeaux hoping for a good meal and this was the place that blew me away. The food was excellent and the service outstanding. If you are in Bordeaux this is the Italian restaurant that you must try.

the steak was amazing! The pasta was flavoured! The staff was friendly, patient and passionate! The dining environment was cozy and relaxing. Except the rum cake was a bit too sweet for me, other than that,everything was wonderful!

Very very nice restaurant! The best place I have visited in Bordeaux (I visited 10-12 restaurants there) I have been in “ Boccaccia” 2 times and the impressions are incredible. Delicious food, amazing and fast serving, attentive and professional staff. I am delighted! I have been traveling a lot, but this place surprised me. Just a separate reason to visit Bordeaux just😍 for this great food! Merci beaucoup à toute l'équipe du restaurant. Je recommande et reviendrai certainement!

Everything was very good! The foccacia was definitely the best I had so far and the aperol, wines and frangelico were very delicious too! Grazie mille!

The restaurant aims to be upper-level Italian style. The food is most definitely top. The price tag relatively follows that. The location, however, did not feel the same "elevated" level when seated outside. Do make use of the toilet: this is possibly the most beautiful toilet in entire Bordeaux.

Somewhat limited menu but what they do have is great. I ordered two appetizers for dinner. I had the caprese salad that was under another name on the menu but it was fresh and super tasty. I also had the mortadella which I mixed with my salad, I loved it. My wife got their version of focaccia pizza which was obviously their specialty. We sat outside, along the sidewalk where there was quite a bit of foot traffic passing through but it was cooler outside than inside. Great food all the way around.

"Linguine con vongole" (with clams) and "polpo di scena" (grilled octopus) are outstanding. The fish is fresh and flavorous. Taste is incredibile. Unfortunately, the "supplì alla nerano" was with eggplants (not zucchini). Perfect service and nice decoration.

Lovely space under the trees and fabulous live music in the square but after we ordered drinks and starters (bill €40) the owner/manager came to say that the space is a restaurant and we couldn't linger, we must eat and go. The restaurant not packed so business is business and to chase patrons off is not acceptable.

First, the reception was great. We were served with the best Garzón (woman) and she gave us excellent recommendations. Everyone who works smiles and serves very well. I'm happy with the food, the service, the atmosphere, the alcohol and everything. Thank you Boccacia

Seriously good Italian food in Bordeaux. Fresh vegetarian pasta options and a great wine selection. Highly recommend!
