I’ve been here only once and I will never come back. Here why: 1. Decor here is just okay, nothing special or authentic. They should better tidy up their toilet, because it is in bad condition. Music there is calming, usually a lot of people in the evening. 2.Service is the worst part of this restaurant. Waitress was very unfriendly and rude. We were 6 people and 2 of us didn’t really want to eat, so we just wanted to chat and sit together. She said that everyone should get a plate, otherwise she can ask us to leave. So the Waitress said it’s the first and the last time when we can do that, and warned us not to do this again. Everything she did, was in passively agressive manner. I can understand if there were a lot of people, so they didn’t want to waste sitting places for people who just got a drink, but it was afternoon, there wasn’t anyone except us. 3.Kitchen. I have read comments about cuisine here, and I really don’t understand why everyone likes this. Their food is always cold and not spicy at all, I understand that this is suited for Europeans, but still, if you call yourself an authentic restaurant, just do as it should be! The last thing about kitchen, is that you should buy Kimchi and other salads, which is unbelievable in Korea, there are always free, like appetizers, but here you should pay for this. I hope management of this restaurant will do something to solve these problems and maybe I’ll return and eat there.

The most horrible experience of a Korean restaurant I have ever had in France. The food seemed inexpensive but actually, it doesn't worth the price. 8€ for 6 small pieces of fried chicken. The kimchi which is normally free as a side in korean restaurants is 3.5€ here (for a few pieces). The bibimbap and dopbap do not have enough vegetables which is basic for these dishes. The rice is cold and hard. I feel bad for people who had or will have their first korean food experience here. The food is not at all authentic. All the dishes are just salty and/or spicy. Korean food are known for the combination of spices and many ingredients, not dumping soja sauce and hot pepper paste in the food. The only thing that is not horrible is the omija cocktail but the actual omija-cha that my friend asked for since she doesn't drink alcohol is just horrible fruit drink with gas !!! Omija is not a carbonated drink !!! Adding to the horrible food is the extremely cold and rude service. The owner did not even smile once. She didn't ask if everything went well either when seeing us left the restaurant after only 30min (normally in France, you have to spend in average 2 hours in a restaurant). Just avoid this place. Don't even waste a cent of your hard-earned money here!!!

Great food, wine and dessert. The rice paper starter was very nice. The grilled meat and sauces were nicely grilled and the staff were nice. I had a little too much meat but it was worth it. The sesame sauce and sea salt seasoning with soy sauce was very nice. I wish I could buy it.

We received recommendations from our Bordeaux landlord. Well.. we did not try the food : they gave us a table completely isolated, no window, nothing on the wall, and then they were forcing us to order at least 3 menus of 50€ each, while we were explaining that our children would probably eat only the rice.. I disliked the way they were completely inflexible and that that we felt trapped at the isolated table area. Bad experience.

It seems like everyone had good experiences with BBQ, however, we went for lunch and was disappointed. Bibibop tasted plain, japchae was only salty, no other flavors, the only acceptable dish was the fried chicken appetizer, crispy and tender. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Waitress was rude and unaccommodating. We waited a long time to get our order and the food was served about 5mins upon ordered. Everything was mediocre, unauthentic and tasted like ready to cook food bought from a grocery store. My order particularly was ice cold inside.I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who loves korean food.

Extremely average, not worthy of the price. In loved with the decor, very muted colors with traditional ambiance. The first impression however was undone by how crowded the place was... there are waaay too many tables... a small space can be cozy if used efficiently... but clearly not in this case. The place was small and chaotic, with people's chatting, noise from the kitchen and pungent and explosive smell of the food... It seems short staffed, tho the staff I have interacted with was really nice. Now move on to the food. It was poorly proportioned. Way too much meat than rice, the amount of salad is rather for show. Would not go back again.

Quick service and appetizing dishes. But as it's a busy little restaurant, make sure to get there early!

Excellent. The amount of food for the price is just right. Best beef I've tasted in a while. Very welcoming, clean and cozy environment. Lovely homemade dessert. Would definitely recommend!

Very good food! It's a beautiful little restaurant. The food is made with love and attention to detail. If you are a little bit tired of French food and feel like some Asian I can assure you this one won't disappoint you. We all know how sad it is to want to have some Asian food in a touristic foreign city but the food tastes so disappointing that you feel stupid to want to eat Asian food in a foreign city.. well, this place is definitely not that. The presentation of the food can seem modern but the flavors of the food is very authentic! I accidentally ordered a fried chicken appetizer (for some strange reason I believed I ordered a soup.. haha) but the fried chicken was SO GOOD! I am serious. SO GOOD! If you know Korean food, their fried chicken is famous (at least in my reality). This is the real deal. I get you wanna eat healthy but you can't miss this fried chicken. I'm glad that I made a mistake and got try their version of Korean fried chicken. Not much wine options but you are in a home style Korean restaurant so.. try "Hite". It's a Korean beer. Very light and easy to drink.

No BBQ on lunchtime. We ordered Bibimbap which was served unexpectedly blue warm, the taste was good. Kimchi is homemade and was a little bit too sour for my taste.

Excellent surprise. Bordeaux has a few of these, a Korean chef on a quest to convince you that white french organic whine can be an incredible match to finely selected grilled meats and mushrooms. Definitely my new address to surprise french whine afficionados, the owner is breathing life into the place and makes his own side pickles for additional (good) surprises.

Amazing Korean BBQ. Can’t believe we had one of best Korean BBQ in Bordeux. Better than any bbq res in Korea. The chef was super friendly, too.

Korean BBQ. Staff were friendly and explained the traditional way to enjoy the BBQ. A little pricey but you pay for the location and the experience so it's fair and competitive for the area.

The Korean BBQ was great. It was my first time but the chef explained everything clearly. The meat was on point. And the desert was light and sweet🙏

Best Korean restaurant in Bordeaux, hands down. Authentic taste and friendly staff. Bbq meat quality is excellent with homemade sauce and fresh wasabi. Winelist is great as well. Highly recommended!
