Me and my wife were DRUGGED in this dump. It completely ruined our vacation and our mental health. I had it worse than her, but easily the worst night of my life. We spent a few hours in there and the bouncers (and a friend of the bouncers - black guys) from the VIP area started chatting with us. We got a round of drinks for them and then BLANK, I can't remember anything from that night except I woke up on the street, scratches, dirt and pain all over my body, drifting in and out of consciousness, eye pupils dilated to max. Took me a few good hours to realize where I am and who I am. In this time the locals around were worried and tried helping me. I managed to get back to the accommodation a long time later all worried for my wife and constantly doubting the reality I was in. Luckily my wife was at the accommodation but also with only some flashbacks of the night. We went to the police to report, and I hope they'll do something about it. Some really dodgy stuff going on in there, bouncer's friend kept texting my wife and even called almost a week later. Scum THANK YOU kind stranger for helping me get to my senses in the morning, sorry for the troubles! For the rest of you, stay safe, I hope you never go through this, it is pure nightmare.

i kindly asked the bartender for a shot, she refused to serve it until i said please (the music was loud, so naturally i spoke minimally, can you blame me?) then after i asked again with a “s'il vous plaît” (please), she charged me 8 euros for the 6 euro shot (only found out later). this kind of unprofessionalism is normal here? laughable, really. i think it might be because i wasn’t french… would give 0 but 1 is minimum.

DO NOT GO HERE . the female bartender is extremely rude and unfriendly, drinks are overpriced (€18 for vodka and coke ) they are unwelcoming to tourists and the bouncers are aggressive and demeaning. worst club i’ve ever been to , worst experience ever as a woman

The club is almost empty, drinks are way overpriced. 15€ for a beer and 18€ for a wodka and coke drink. If I could give zero stars I would’ve

The kind people working in the bar charged my fiance's phone for him, but unfortunately he forgot to get it at the end of the night and was flying home to Ireland the next day. The wonderful owner has agreed to post his phone back to him in Ireland. We could not be more grateful, excellent experience at this nightclub. Many thanks Freddy and all your staff! We got in because we speak some French (but are Dutch) but ordering a beer in English ended up with 12 euro per bottle of Heineken. It appears they don't like foreigners.. Many non French get rejected. Music is not up to nightclub standards. No cigarette machine but you can buy cigarettes at the bar at 16(!!!) euro's. Basically just avoid this place.

Got turned away from this club purely for the fact we were English, the bouncers and racist and rude and even threatened violence on us when we asked why we was not aloud in, I fully recommend staying away. One bouncer also tried to touch the bottom of a member of a young female member of our party, disgusting!! The bouncers proceeded to tell us that it was the owner of the club who does not want English people in there however the attempted harassment was all his doing.

As mentioned below,I can comfirm that this club is racistly oriented and this specifiitus is 1000% assumed by the establishment. Completely akward for a club in a city center for such a touristy destination

It wasn't the first time that we came here and one night they didn't allow us to enter because of our clothes (when they are the same of other days) , and they just allow other clients with the same clothes or worst, and we thougth that it was because they are racist with spanish people.

Native english speakers who speak perfect french but were told that because we're not native french we were not getting in. Felt extremeley unwelcome. Many better clubs in Bordeaux

Nice inside but very rude and pretentious staff. Had a coat left in the cloak room and lost the ticket and they refused to give it back even after showing multiple photos of it. Overall snobbish and not worth the price...

Rude security, bad place. We were sober but got bounced in the door without even checking id. They lied and said the age limit was 25 even though our driver confirmed it was not

Don't waste your time going to this house. Badly frequented and lack of hygiene. Not proper and dirty.

Superb place for dancing, the security staff was open to allowing a diverse group of customers inside, not just an ideal few. Drinks cost between 10 and 14 Euros.

We couldn’t get it just because we were wearing shorts. There was no other explanation but that one, so be careful because it can ruin your night

Bad receptionist, I just paid for a ticket 20 euros. She didn’t even remember that and suddenly she grabbed my hand out from my friends and said I didn’t pay for a ticket. After I showed her a ticket she said nothing not even an apologize. This is so rude and unprofessional. This would be my first and my last time here. If I had a chance I would ask to talk with the manager and report this woman.

Super rude staff and as a woman I felt unsafe there, over expensive and quite racist towards non French speaking people. I will never go back.

one of the best nightclubs to go to in bordeaux 100% , especially being english only a few places would let you in. this place was rammed full of lovely people full of good vibes and energy. MOST IMPORTANT THING being english they will try and rip you off on prices of drinks so pre drink before as a double vodka and coke was 36 euros which is outragous but the bar staff had a laugh about the price with us so wasnt to bad.
