Probably one of the worst gyms I have been to. Basic fit also has the worst policy for signing up. They just want your money and that's it. I lost my card and asked if they can replace it, and they said it will take a while because I have to call customer service, then they will send it via post... not worth the wait. I'm only here for a short time, what's the point? The staff know nothing and it's filled with brainless people who just care about protein.

I'd like to share an incident that happened two days back. So in spite of my day being a busy one, I didn't want to skip my workout and managed to go to the gym in the afternoon. I had all my gym equipment with me except for a water bottle, which i usually carry with me. But I had a paid subscription with the 'Yanga sports water' so I asked the staff member if he could give me an empty cup to fill some water in. In spite of having a full set of at least 10 cups right next to him refused to give me one. He asked me to buy a mineral water bottle from the vending machine. When I asked him why he won't just give me one of the cups on his desk, he said "Well, these cups are for new customers who want to have a 'taste' the Yanga water for the first time." I didn't have my credit card with me that day so, well, I had to exercise being completely dehydrated without having a sip of water to drink. This was probably one of the worst experiences i've had a customer.

Beautiful location but disgusting gym with unfriendly, rude staff and poor hygiene. Always overcrowded and humid with poor temperature regulation and terrible odours.

I went in with a day pass. The front desk person seemed annoyed with me. Cardio theater is very well equipped, although the free weights and machines are a bit limited.

Great location and views while working out. It can get crowded some days which limits what I can do. But I still enjoy going. I tried their trainer services and am very happy with my trainer Nicholas. He knows what he is doing and listens to my needs. All in all a great gym!

Nice place, it is not as new as others but confortable and with all necessary machines, plus that is just at the side of the tram station

Horrible service !!! The manager on the reception (an English speaking half bold guy) was extremely rude and unprofessional. He gave out to me and shouted without any help. If you want to keep any clients, change this man to someone who’ll be willing to help The worst experience I’ve ever had in Basic Fit 🤮

Disgusting gym with unfriendly, rude staff and poor hygiene. A young staff member talks in the most rude and vulgar manner to clients. Coach your employees to speak well and nicely to customers. I have been in multiple gym before but this one is the worst gym.

Good. I only suggest the coach helping more the users.

This is my Basic Fit go to in Bordeaux with great floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Place du Theatre and a easy ten minute walk from most accomodation in the ancient town centre. It is easy to join up to and you can bring a work out friend each visit complimentary to your monthly membership. A full weights training area, two rooms of fitness machines and a stretch out Pilates zone.
