For a relaxing day, no other place better than Elite Luxury. Emilda has been extremely courteous and explained the packages available with apt recommendations. Rating 0/5. Very poor management, no hygiene, no cleanliness. Front staff is pretty rude. This spa favours Men clientele more. I never get an appointment. Very sad, do not recommend. Never take a membership here.

I visited the Kandivali East branch for a deep tissue massage a few times. The reception staff is friendly, and I recommend booking appointments in advance. The massage was good, and I'll definitely go there again.

Professional, clean, hygiene and safe and genuine place for good massage. Though 90 min session was finished a bit earlier what I felt it was overall good experience.

Will appreciate front desk manager of thakur complex branch ,i don't know the name ,but she is very humble and very helpful...went walkin today for appointment and she managed to arrange one for me on my flexible time .. Thought of writing this as she tried her best and very happy with the service.. Keep up the good work 👍
