This one’s certainly one of Mumbai's best and I was super impressed by how they managed to create a seamless zero/minimal associate engagement system during the pandemic to ensure you have a safe stay. To add to this, you don't even need to step out for meals as they have amazing in-house restaurants that offer fabulous food.

Stayed at ITC Delhi but didn’t manage to book a seat at this restaurant. But quite lucky at Mumbai- there was a table available for an early walk-in. Single signature dish set - still too much for me. But the food tasted quite nice. Mutton and chicken are well cooked with typical Indian flavour. Definitely recommended especially if you stay at. ITC.

Located inside ITC Maratha, this is one restaurant known for their yummy Dal Bukhara and a luxury dining experience. The seating is comfortable with large wooden tables and benches. Service staff is well mannered and very knowledgeable. The pricing is a bit on the expensive side. We opted for a vegetarian & a non vegetarian set three course menu consisting of starters, mains and desserts. The vegetarian starters consisted of Tandoori Aloo, Tandoori Salad & Subz Seekh. Decent in terms of flavour, but we didn't find this extra ordinary, unlike the non vegetarian starters, Murgh Malai Kebab, Reshmi Kebab & Peshawri Kebab, which were truly mouth watering. All of them were tender and moist, the balance of flavours was outstanding and the quantity was great too..😍 The main course was Paneer Makhni for vegetarian menu & Murgh Makhni for the non vegetarian and Dal Bukhara in both served with a choice of Indian Bread. Dal Bukhara was simply too good and something one wishes to have more of..😋 For dessert we requested for Kulfi & Rabdi. Both were delicious and were the perfect end to such a lovely meal. We also had Watermelon juice and Sweet Lime Soda to help gulp down the food.

Very good corporate serviced apartments. Spent 4 months here and had good hospitality here. Breakfast was amazing, the dinner may be not so much though. The staff at the reception and for room service is great. Shout out to the kitchen staff who deal with all sorts of requests with such ease. The house keeping is good. The WiFi in general does not work well at all though. Overall, a good stay in a very decent society as well.

First, the positives: Everyone I was with enjoyed the food. That's it for the positives. For some reason, the management has crammed the restaurant with too many tables and navigating to your own requires a bit of acrobatics. Every table was occupied when we visited - I believe that's normal at dinnertime everyday. We noticed only three waiters and two busboys - hopelessly insufficient for efficient service at all tables. We had the suspicion that the busboys were on short contract as they seemed ignorant of the polish and courtesy for which ITC is famous. Seating is on modas or benches and can be uncomfortable; and one is always in danger of bumping into a diner on a neighbouring table. As I said earlier, the food was very good. Their dal is excellent - the menu claims that this is served with a pat of unsalted, white butter but we noticed that the butter floating was distinctly yellow and quite salty. If you're in the mood for a kebab dinner and don't mind a long drawn meal, try out Peshawri. Do make a booking beforehand.

The starters were pretty good the seekh was a bit too over spiced barrah was very tender but too greasy. The mains were average to poor. The dal Bukhara had lots of butter but not much else . The murgh makhanwala had a very coarse textured sauce , I could not taste cashew in the gravy and had not been simmered in gravy enough just wasn't tender enough. Service was worse than the food though everything took too long. My second tandoori bread took far too long and by the time it arrived all other food was ice cold . I skipped dessert because did not want to be disappointed further. I've eaten at Peshawari before in Chennai but this was disappointing, will take me long to return.

The food here is out of the world. Right from the Paneer Gravy to Rotis. We especially indulged in the Dal Bukhara and Ras Malai. The Dal Bukhara is one of their most famous signature dish, a must have. RAS malai was so melt in your mouth soft. The service was excellent. They have put moveable glass privacy shields in-between all tables which we found to be very good. The plate, bibs, water bottle, glass were sealed/packed with sanitation message. This is a great place to enjoy a mughlai meal. Even after a gap of 15 years since I had their Dal Bukhara it's still the same. We also added naan amaal, pudina paratha and Roomali roti all made of whole wheat flour.

We went to ITC Maratha - Peshawri for dinner.. We specifically went there to eat dal Bukhara..so we ordered dal Bukhara and some different different breads ... We were instructed that please enjoy the food in traditional style i.e. eat your food with your hands not with spoon and fork.. Eating food in traditional style also give you a different feel and taste... And Dal Bukhara was ambrosial... You can feel the taste of butter in every bite... Staff is very polite and friendly..😊

So we had a kebab here... It is expensive but it's worth it... Panneer was so soft I never had paneer like this before... Same goes with aloo kebab it's different and it's nothing like I have ever taste it.... In aloo tandoori kebab they make outer of kebab from aloo itself and they specially order paneer from Delhi... They also explained everything how they made which make service here even more better

We reached quite late as it was kitchen closing time, however our host was kind enough to serve us our lunch. They are very cautious and of course they take utmost care of sanitizing everything. We ordered a kebab barrah, a certain chicken gravy in main course and assorted breads..the kebab excellent..the chicken alright not that great though..nonetheless it ws a satisfying meal..and definitely recommend for the service and the kebabs

Very loud and deep booming sound played by their party hall or discotheque makes it impossible for guests to sleep. No use calling the reception to complain. It is 12.30 am now and tomorrow is a working day and I am unable to sleep.

The food is very balanced, Real indian flavours are bit heavy and spicy, and very easy also. The atmosphere is very inviting and warm. The walls are decorated with beautiful decorations and genuine antiques. The chandelier in the middle is really special. In conclusion, this is a very solid place to have fun with friends and family, and enjoy great “real authentic indian flavors.

Had dinner here with office team including overseas colleagues. We had organized an event at ITC in 2020 and I had a very good memory of the food being served here. But this time experience wasn't that good. Out of the dishes we ordered chicken kebab was good. Lamb raan which is their signature dish was most disappointing. It was dry and tasteless. Even draught beer didn't taste that well. It's very expensive restaurant. And the money spent wasn't worth at all.

I visited to this Peshawar restaurant with my family last day. This restaurant have no published menu online due to their harrassment value. One plain roti cost you Rs.350/ and one water bottle of 750 ml cost you Rs.350/ it's value it too high than US and other foreign countries. One butter chicken cost is 2700/- which valu is not comparable in the earth. So please visit this hotel if you have plenty of black money.

The reason room is 3 is because while the comfort is all taken care the hygiene was a challenge. Washroom sink had strains on the inner sides , an old tissue lying below the bed drawer . Rooms not cleaned properly . Towels either missing or left in plenty. Toiletries to be fair are good

I would say I was surprised this is a “5 star” hotel. Felt more like 4 at best. Not because it was bad, but just didn’t have the service, attention to detail, and luxury experience you’d expect out of a 5 star hotel. Especially compared to other 5 star hotels throughout India. It felt like you were walking into an office building with a lot of screaming children in the lobby. Fine for one night, but not more than that.

I recently stayed at the Hotel ITC Maratha in Mumbai, and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located just near the airport, one can say just a short walk from the airport which means only 1.3 km from the airport. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a rooftop swimming pool and the room where I have stayed was with a bath tub. Here are some of the things I liked about the hotel: The location is perfect. It's close to the airport, it's also quiet and peaceful. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure you had a great stay. The food is also delicious. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the ITC Maratha. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Mumbai. The rooms were very quite, there was no noise at all. I hope this helps!

Great location, just outside the international airport T2. The in and out area has little space. Ball rooms are good, very well Air-conditioned. Restrooms are neat. Service employees are caring. Food needs improvement. Especially all the salads need to loose high level of masala or mayonnaise base. Overall a good place.

Excellent stay here for 2 nights. Mind blowing service from staff even though it was very busy time of the year for them with multiple weddings and regular guests. Just one suggestion to everyone staying in hotel, better to communicate any extra bed requirements during check in itself to avoid any hassle afterwards.

The rooms are nice and the hotel has a good location. The service however is really bad mostly during the morning breakfast we asked for a table in the main breakfast area and we were told to wait 30 min despite there being tables available the manager rudely asked us to wait in the reception where it was extremely congested due to people checking in the lobby had a total of 6 chairs which is nearly not enough. After being a gold member of bon voy and experiencing amazing service this was a big disappointment.

Went for a dinner but overall experience was depressing. They are very slow on every bit of the service ,from taking order to serving and even at billing. Their billing method was strange as we were orally told about beverage bill only and it so we didn't come to know about the rate and taxes. Had to make change the plate of pasta as it was too salty. We are a regular customer of ITC group restaurants but this was their low.

Overall, ambience and service is great. The only thing that has a room for improvement was roomali roti.

Went for a team lunch here. We were three of us, and we each had the single person menu. The seating arrangements are good, tables are well separated from each other. The quantity is really good, it's quite impossible for one person to actually finish the single person menu. Regd the food, the dal bukhara was indeed amongst the best i have ever had. There were a bunch of starters, some great, some OK. Similarly, the flatbread (laccha paratha, naan) were good, but paneer makhani was OK. Among desserts, gulab jamun was amazing (very freshly made), kulfi, rabdi etc were good but not great. Overall, tough to say it was worth it, cos it's really expensive. Maybe, go once just to try it out?

It was an extremely disappointing experience for me & my family. The sitting of the place is very uncomfortable. The person who attended our table ‘Mr.Trushal’ Was not courteous. The food was not at all good. The place being famous for kebab, A simple dish like paneer tikka was extremely bad. The sabji was below average. After paying soooo much and being so unhappy is really difficult but, we are. Can’t express my dissatisfaction enough as it was that bad.

Food was excellent but very very slow. When we sat down we told them we had to leave to catch a plane in 1 hour 15 min, and we still had to chase them for the food ! For the non-locals, do be aware that despite the physical proximity to the airport, the traffic outside is absolutely HORRENDOUS, and it took us a good 30 minutes to travel less than 2 km !

It's a unique place for a premium experience, and serves dishes cooked in pure ghee. As it is Peshawri food, don't expect soup, rice. Also food to be eaten with your hands, no spoons or forks provided!

The place was a huge disappointment for us. Fir meat lovers who were craving for the star dish Sikandari Ran what was served was more like shaving of a lamb dumba. The meat no doubt was tender but it gave a feeling of a first year hotel management student doing a food show with a Raan gone wrong. The seating with the stools is far from comfortable and the place was short staffed and the service element was more like a college canteen. I honestly would not blame the staff as they were just running around and practicing the classic american style dump service. Covid is gone and hotels seems to be still hell bent on saving employee costs by keeping their teams short staffed for a 4k per head Restaurant not cleaning the table and serving dessert amongst a table with spilt water on the table was the last straw on the camels back. Its a matter of time that standalone restaurant chains beat the well established brands at their own Game. I was not looking for value for money but a great experience and simply put it was a sub standard experience. Not recommended not coming back for sure

Seriously one of my favourites though I haven’t been back here in 5 years. Great choice of Northern frontier food. I came solo and was able to choose a set platter meal for one, which was excellent. Can’t wait to come back

I visited ITC in Hyderabad. The food is very balanced, Real indian flavours are bit heavy and spicy, and very easy also. The atmosphere is very inviting and warm. The walls are decorated with beautiful decorations and genuine antiques. The chandelier in the middle is really special. In conclusion, this is a very solid place to have fun with friends and family, and enjoy great “real authentic indian flavors.

Just overall a beautiful place in terms of food quality. 22 years and still full house despite the same menu throughout. It has all you need for a fantastic meal. And the kulfi is the best I’ve ever had. Well done!

Awesome food and hospitality at Peshawari, ITC Grand Maratha. The lamb starters and dishes were delicious and melt in the mouth variety. The ambiance and service were top notch. I particularly liked the recommendations from service staff to use hands instead of cutlery to enjoy Peshawari food. It was my second visit here and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Will definitely recommend it to my friends, colleagues and family

Great breakfast with a lot of options. The rooftop offered a perfect view over the bay, and the pool was clean. Rooms were great, we had the Ocean View and it was really good!. nice hotel with friendly staff who always helped us with whatever we needed. We couldn't find anything negative about this hotel.
