The hotel is very far from the sights and markets and is not suitable for tourism purposes

Great hotel and they have awesome reception. It’s near to SRK home and wonderful sea view from reception and hotel rooms. If your luck is good then you will meed few celebrities also. We have seen couple of cricketers inside hotel and feel happy of meeting them. Food options are great and you can say that they have one of them best foods. Also they have big hall where you can do all your functional. Don’t miss there food for breakfast as they are serving great foods and great options available.

The hotel was awesome. Swimming pool water was too cold and my son aged 8 yrs could not use the pool and instead he stayed in the jacuzzi Swirl Pool ( kids )and it was approx 9pm. We suggest the hotel management to temperature regulate the pool to be used in the evening .

Our dinner was included with the stay and one night we were unable to visit the restaurant so the Manager from the restaurant was so kind that he managed to sent us the dinner to our room as per our choice. Now that's some 5 star service. There is one restaurant where the food is served for the people who've booked their stay with breakfast and dinner, so there is some waiting time which can be frustrating. Inside the restaurant, it is really a nice setup and staff is there to serve the food directly to our table if required. The food was really delicious. For lunch, we ordered spaghetti and pizza which was quite overpriced and less in quantity but the taste compensated for it. The ocean view room was a delight to our eyes. The bellboy service is good as they won't stand around to force us for a tip unlike the valet parking staff.

Taj is well known chain of hotels in India. Taj Lands End is located in Bandra near Bandra-Worli sea link. The hotel offers multiple options for the views of from the room, 1. Sea view 2. Sea link view 3. City view The sea link view is just perfect to spend your time watching the hustle bustle of the city plus spending peaceful time here. The food quality is good. There are variety of options available in food (in Vista). The ambience is great. The staff is good and very cooperative, service is good. The prices are on higher side. The entrance to the hotel is not accessible ♿❌ although inside the premises, you can find multiple places which are accessible ♿✔️ The dedicated parking is available 🅿️✔️ Multiple restrooms at each floor 🚻✔️

Great location of this hotel gives you a good view from almost all rooms. Stay was comfortable and one can walk around the hotel area and play with rabbits inside. Lawn and pool area is decent with occasional live music. However, the room service is pathetic and staff is not courteous at all. Speaking basic English language is an issue for almost all staff. In-room dining food will arrive almost an hour late, so order accordingly. Quantity and taste of food is excellent though. Hope you have a comfortable stay!

Loved the ambience. Every corner smells so good. One must sit for lunch or Dinner or a high tea if possible. All the staff is so welcoming, you feel special. The food was amazing had quiet some chance to visit, last time we had conference to attend and blown by the food variety and taste. To be honest I have never seen any 7 star restaurant performing like this on food.

We went for a wedding. The sea side lawns are super with cool breeze et al. The food spread was lavish but very very ordinary. It actually helped me control my food intake. Didn't even have the desserts. 🎂 Valet parking is crazy. Took over 25 minutes.

Beautiful view from the room. Comfortable bed. Closets could be a bit bigger for 2 people and the bathroom needs a bit updating. Wonderful service at breakfast with staff being very thoughtful. Special mention to Gaurav Singh from Vista - he went above and beyond to make sure we have everything we wanted. Will definitely come back!

Choose a sea view room to marvel at the boats and Gateway of India. Food was very good, specially the breakfast buffet which had a variety of options and the manager made sure we didn't have to wait during the breakfast buffet. He also went an extra mile to make truffle eggs available. We had a great time, thank you.

This is what a 5 star property should look and feel like. I mean, I have been to many such hotels but let me pinch myself to really check if I was into a reel or real world. Taj Lands has to be on top of the list for me now. The grand reception hall, Ambience, view from the hotel, staff and their hospitality, Colour combination on the floors and the peace you find at your room. I am definitely going to re-book this hotel for my next visit to Mumbai

Great experience. Stayed for 2 days. The room was tastefully furnished with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The morning buffet spread was very elaborate. Staff was always warm and courteous

Went to Vista for the buffet lunch service. Wide variety of Indian and continental food. Dessert section was bomb. Beautiful view of the sealink and the ocean from the outdoor seating area. Staff was courteous and service was quick.

Had a lovely stay at the hotel. Staff is cordial and prompt. Food is excellent and lots of variety in the buffet (breakfast lunch or dinner). As Covid norms were being followed pool and some other facilities were closed. Room had a breathtaking sea view and the cabinet as well as washroom was well stocked. Loved the interiors of the hotel as well. Highly recommend a stay.

I was here with my friend for dinner. Had lovely dinner in VISTA Restaurant. Food was amazing and service was very nice. We chose a la carte although buffet was also available. All in all it was awesome experience.

Excellent experience! Service is extraordinary. Joyee was delightful and accommodating. The rooms are beautiful with stunning view. The bathroom and toiletries were what you would expect from a five star hotel. The pool downstairs is nice. Jacuzzi works but I believe it needs little work. The guy outside directing cars to main entrance was rude.

Sea view rooms are a must. Regardless of whether you get the sea facing ones or the band stand ones. Staff is Taj Standard. Very hospitable and helpful. The rooms are amazing. It took us time to give the room as they were sanitizing it. Very clean room . Once again Taj Standard. The views once again Taj Standard phenomenal.. We had a great view of the sunset. Loved the time we spent here. You can also visit local eateries or go to Carter road to try street food.

Attended my niece's wedding at the ballroom and I had an amazing time at Taj Lands end. High-quality service. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the restaurant to the cleaning staff was delightful and eager to help. The food was excellent! Chef Paras made us a beautiful surprise dish. Highly recommend this hotel!

This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Rome & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. We stayed at 3 hotels in Rome and this one was our favorite for its peaceful and gracious atmosphere.

Absolutely lovely, relaxing and pleasant experience. The property being located at one of the most prime locations in the city affords an absolutely refreshing and rejuvenating experience to unwind yourself. The facilities are outstanding and extremely useful. The spread of the cuisine is lavish and the staff extremely polite. Overall an awesome experience.

This is one my best hotels I have stayed. The place has amazing views and good restaurants. Location is prime. Nice and extremely clean room with a wonderful view. Very friendly and helpful team offering a lot of services.

Excellent and fabulous place in prime location with scenic beauty for occasion let it be official, semi official, domestic, personal. You will love it. Only issue is traffic congestion while reaching and leaving the place.

Inside it is beautiful but the service, its appalling... for a simply task like getting a wheel chair took 45mins! Maybe will stay for longer and review again.

We had given car for parking , before we reached and handover our car there was no noise we found in d the car, but. Once we taken car from hotel , just after Half an hour , car started given noise ,. It was shocking and we found unsafe to drive but God Grace we reached safely, but till date the same noise we observed

Location is great and the service was pretty good too inspite of the hotel being fully booked. The rooms were a bit underwhelming and require an upgrade. They do not have smart TVs surprisingly.

It is not a shade on the taj at india gate. I know it is an unfair comparison, but both claim to be 5 star taj properties, lands end feels like a really big, very well taken are of 3 star hotel. The food was average at best and the cappuccino was disappointing 😕 .

Rooms are Good Expencive compared to other 5 star hotels specially food they have around 6 restaurants on L1 & L2 food served Good hot & tasty view from the Room Window is Good both Garden/swimming pool & sea facing on entering you will be Greated well they will apologise with you for any inconvinence caused to you Room Guest service was slow at once it went unattended next day morning I had called them to give water in Room as it was about to finish but they did not send it

It's an indulging experience to stay here, the design of this hotel and its aesthetics are spectacular. Love the location the view that you get from the rooms is breath taking. I felt extremely relaxed basking in the glory of this resort. Top notch service and worth every rupee.

It's a perfect getaway for the family. The food is yummy. We ate at vista. Service is perfect. The lobby is huge and always well decorated.

The room were good…but you will find ample amount of dust on corner..i dnt understand who does that…especially in this corona..The lunch and breakfast buffet were good but dinner was not upto the mark..Been a vegetarian i end up eating only dal rice and lit bit biryani..The waiters in the restuarant will come and listen to you but will not serve you..for one thing we need to ask 4-5 times…

They do not allow Two wheeler parking which is ridiculous. I didn't like this thing at all. Overall its a good place.

Had wonderful staycation choosing this hotel. right from checkin to checkout we had amazing experience. we also got complimentary room upgrade + higher floor and also late checkout.Lots of variety in food for breakfast,lunch,dinner. highly recommend must visit once. This place is located at a beautiful end of the city surrounded by the coast. The overall ambiance and layout of the facility is very good and well managed in line with the tradition of Taj!

Staying at Taj land’s end was an amazing experience specially because of the outstanding Christmas decorations. The festive feel kept reminding me Christmas is around the corner. The rooms are spacious and the view from the room was amazing too. The location of the hotel is beautiful as you can see the sea and can also walk down to bandstand for a morning stroll and enjoy the sea breeze. Every corner of the hotel was decorated to the season. The food was amazing and the breakfast spread was too good. Had a wonderful time experiencing this property.

It is a five star and indeed deserves a five star rating for our overall stay with them. Food,especially brunch buffet is way too yummy. You get to experience luxury and the best service here. If you are lucky enough, atleast you are going to meet 2 to 3 celebrities in a day. The view from the room was breathtaking 😍 Rest, you can understand from the photos I a uploading .

One of the finest hotels I've visited! Good ambience and well mannered staff. I actually visited The Masala Bay one of the restaurants inside. Well it was all worth it.

How does the staff of such a prestigious hotel not know basic phone etiquettes. I called the provided contact number on Google to enquire about getting a 10,000/- gift voucher made, apparently the lady who picked up didn't have a clue about it so she informed me that she would be connecting me to the front desk, once connected that lady also had no clue about it and ended up connecting me to the 'Cashier' again and then that person picked up the call and cut it blatantly without even hearing me out. And no call backs either! Train your staff with all features and facilities available, in today's digital era they don't need to remember all this info, all they need to know is just how to access the internal information-desk data n guide the guests accordingly.

This place deserves a 5 star...A Mesmerizing experience and view from the hotel room..Buffet was extraordinary and lavish. Staff are true example of "Happy to help". The surroundings near the hotel including Band stand is a cheery on the cake. Morning walk along the sea shore is a must if you are living here.

Loved this hotel. The lounge area to chill in, the rooms are spacious, we upgraded and had high tea and cocktail hour thrown in, well worth the extra. Lovely entrance lobby with traditional customs done. Breakfast were good, could have wider variety.

The location of this hotel is perfect with an easy accessibility to the beach. The rooms were good enough. They have also got a pool and the pool side area is beautiful with a view to the beach. They provide a variety of options for the buffet breakfast. But the food was not up to the mark. The hospitality of the staff is not as good as expected. They were not having the proper information about the property and were not able to help with the timing for pool accessibility, buffet etc.

Had the opportunity to attend a Finance Giants CEO meeting here. The venue was perfect in every sense. Ambience, Staff were very good. The food was delicious. The Bartenders were knowledgeable and skilled. Especially, the toilets were ever so clean and odor free, one could literally sleep in them! Highly recommended!!

Just awesome. Extravagant rooms.. Excellent customer service.. Always Smiling staff members and above all the location is terrific. You can enjoy Arabian Sea view from windows. 👍
