Fabric
Dept,
I
can
understand
how
someone
can
misunderstand
what
Staff
are
doing
or
how
they
interact
with
customers,
if
English
isn’t
your
first
comfortable
language.
Spotlight
Cranbourne,
I
have
found
to
have
some
outstanding
wonderful
customer
service
team
members.
The
small
size
of
the
store
does
make
it
hard
to
display
the
increasing
number
of
stock
items
in
a
easy
to
find
way,
like
the
shelving
in
the
fabric
department
could
be
higher
to
help
display
the
numerous
bolts
of
fabric
that
often
you
have
to
lift
up
to
see
what
fabric
is
underneath.
But
once
you
have
collected
the
fabric
you
desire,
the
queue
line
is
well
signposted,
often
there
is
a
queue
but
the
service
you
receive
once
you
are
at
the
Service
desk,
is
very
special.
The
Staff,
including
Narelle,
Pam,
Mihaela,
and
Eileen
are
very
experienced,
competent
ladies
to
ask
about
anything
pertaining
to
this
department.
The
reputation
of
these
ladies
is
well
known
in
craft
circles
as
many
people
travel
to
go
to
this
store
for
the
service.
I
am
regularly
amazed
when
at
a
crafting
group
or
standing
in
the
line,
talking
with
fellow
customers
and
I
hear
stories
of
the
outstanding
customer
service
the
staff
have
given.
The
only
downside
is
the
staff
endure
abuse
from
customers
which
shouldn’t
happen
but
does.
