Love the burgers and onion rings! We ordered through the phone and picked up the burgers in good time. Both chilli addict and HFC burgers were tasty. I'll be backometer is 5 out of 5.

Staff were happy and helpful. Food was very good. Gluten Free bun option was really good. Burgers fresh and delicious. Sweet potato fries were chunky and tasty. Will definitely go again.

Grill’d Glen Waverley consistently create fresh and fast food. Their chips share plate with herb mayo and Simon Says burger are my go to. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. The store manager position does turn over frequently and their support for local community groups is often forgotten - I would like to see local community support (the Local Matters Program) become more of a focus for the store.

They have different options for burger. The chilli one tasted so good! I like the decorations inside.

Awful terrible staff so expensive not deserve it I ordered through application to pick up my food. However i changed my mind to dine in. So i asked staff to change my order from pick up to dine in. The staff said yes but after that he forgot everything so i have to wait for so long time. After i got my food, it was so cold which makes me feel bad. My food was already packed and abandoned some where else. When i went there, there’s only 3 teams including me. After doing mistake, he didn’t say sorry at all and confident. Also i ordered coke as well but there wasn’t any coke when they served my food which was so late by the way. so i wanted to call that staff one more time. Although he saw me calling him, he neglect it and do what he was doing at that time which was so bad. I strongly recommend you to go another place

Delicious, juicy and filling beef burgers. Their original, sweet potato and zucchini fries are all so scrumptious - a must-try. Warm and friendly service. Nice ambience.

Standard Grill’d location - a no frills, stock standard, unassuming and consistently good burgers. Also had the new onion rings which were fried and seasoned to perfection. I’m a huge fan of the 2 for 1 Meat Free Monday’s and the impossible burgers really taste like a meat burger.

Great place ... easy parking, good ambience, great tasting fesh food, excellent service. BUT .... very loud horrible music (not sure where they got this music track) ... for this reason, I would think twice about going back. Grilled on Warragul Road

Staff here are super friendly, and the burgers are amazing! Calm and warm atmosphere. Only critique is that the prices are a little high, but the food is worth it.

Giving 5 stars even though I was served undercooked meat because the issue was handled so well by the team. I am a long time Grill'd fan and knew this was a rare event, particularly because the meat was unusually thick for the burger I always order. The manager was apologetic, quickly ordered my replacement burger and completed an incident report per their policy. The replacement burger was prepared quickly and the cook apologised as well when he served it to me. No harm done, I'll happily return.

Store layout could be improved. Pick up announcements need to be made a little louder. However, the Mighty Melbourne is fantastic, I always grab one when I am in town.

Place was reasonably clean and tidy. My burger was fresh and the meat patty was cooked well. Was enjoying my meal until the kitchen decided to play their own music with a separate speaker really loud while different music was playing throughout the restaurant speakers. Killed the vibe and was rather annoying to have listed to 2 different music playing at the same time.

The best vegan burger in Melbourne, I have it with egg, cheese, relish, onions, tomato sauce. The cashier is always super friendly and can sit outside if it's noisy inside usually plenty of room available.

Grill'd will always be one of the best burger places. Last time I went there it was really good only thing was that the burger I ordered was very dry and like they didn't care to put much effort on it. But that was only one time. I love burgers sooo healthy burgers are the best.

Always the best, especially adore this Grill’d, the staff are such a vibe. Love the onion rings, would recommend everyone to try them at least once. Very considerate that they cater for my partners dietary requirements (celiac)

Tom at the counter was nice and he favourite burger is demogorgon burger it was fantastic the sauce was spot on guys keep up the good work is the best.

We just had the experience of the life time here! They asked us to leave with our food because they are under staff and can't bother cleaning the table after us. I'm still trying to digest this! :))

Grilld is one of the best places to go for a good Burger. Healthier than any fat food Burger place, although more expensive than usual burgers.

Every single time I come here I can never complain. The food is always absolutely outstanding always fresh and amazing ingredients used. It is one of my favourite places to eat.

Horrible service!!!!! There should be a zero star option, don't even deserve one star. Waited one hour for just one burger takeaway. The order has been sitting there for half hour, the staff claimed to have called our name few times, no one answered and they just left the bag sitting there. There are only 3 tables occupied (besides us) and there there so many servers. Not to mentioned that the music was blasting away. Surely they noticed us sitting there waiting, yet no one bothered to check. And the one who took our order should have checked. No apologies whatsoever. They bothered to redo the order, waited another 20mins and it is still cold. Horrible service considering there are no short of staff and not busy

Great service, efficient workers and high quality results of the food ordered! I ordered a large order and they didn’t get anything wrong, which I thought was impressive. All the food was packed into bags properly, without damaging or spilling any of the food either :) Overall was a great experience with take away food/order. Would definitely recommend Grill’d from here.
