Very little letters on menu sign, rude personnel don’t even try to read and do not have paper version. When tried to enlarge by phone camera - they became angry. Very bad smell. Do not recommend, no such problems in nearby burger restaurants.

They don't speak English... They should clean a little bit more the place. The don't serve the happy meal in the Redbox as usual.

It was OK. Wanted to try McDonald's in Türkie. To my surprise, they do not sell Filet-O-Fish!

Great service. Very clean facility. Nice place to sip coffee while waiting for something. Great coffee, both classic styles and Turkish coffee and tea.

Classic McDonald's in the centre of Izmir.

We took two menus and we didn't recognize McDonald's taste. The fries and the sandwichs were cold . Tables were dirties... There were also flies in the McDonald's...

I would rather prefer other authentic Turkish cafes in Izmir if you are going for coffee

Kind and helpful staff, fast serving. Some of the guests could not care for cleanless, sometimes they regard the staff as a servant. Maybe nobody lost the gold ring from one hands if take back the tray to the dustbin... and don't leave behind on the tables.

It's McDonalds but also has a McCafe section. I was served very quickly and also asked and received the toilet code from the staff. The toilet is upstairs, like in most McDonalds, but is larger than some I have used. Downstairs there are inside and outside seating which is above the pavement by a few steps. The tables are hept clean and I would visit again when I come to Izmir by train. The food was also warm not cold. I do not like cold French Fries. The service was also quicker than some other branches.
