There’s a thumbtack on the displayed jacket. My husband wanted to feel the material but got stabbed and bleeding. The first thing the store staff said was “you are not supposed to touch the jacket”. Excuse me??? There’s no sign on the jacket and anywhere else!!!!!! They should apologize first. So rude.

I'll find a lot of good deals on sale. There is a wide collection of merchandise including formal wear.

I loved these pants like loved them. I literally wore them a few times and just purchased them a month ago. But this morning when i already had my jeans on and ready to go I bent down to grab something and they ripped right by the pocket. I tried calling customer service but they said it would be difficult to do an exchange because i didn’t have any tags(but i have the receipt). So yeah I won’t be purchasing these or any of these again.

They need to hang their long coats/dresses somewhere higher…. This is gross. Buyers, beware if purchasing long items like these. Otherwise, it is a decent H&M with a large selection of items, and a great team of employees.

Worst customer service, there is line of people waiting for check out and the person in register did not know what to do so after waiting around 10 min she tells to go register up stairs where the line is same as down to start over again. she could wait for manager while helping others in line because it was not something she could do it anyway, instead she left the register to look for the person she need help with. WORST Place to shop.

Pretty nice clothes for men’s, women’s and kids. I would just really want more people at the register because last time I went it took around 5-10 minutes just to purchase 1 item of clothing. Otherwise this is a great clothing place.

Horrible employees, horrible customer service. I got yelled at by a person named Anthony who claims to be the manager, for being in the way, while I was only waiting for or my gf to try out a few pieces of clothing she liked. He started raising his voice for no reason, and threatened me to call the police lol. Power tripping, useless, rude, and disrespectful people work here. It was not a pleasant experience.

they have a large women’s selection, but the store is messy and they are always understaffed. the lines for checkout are sooo long! be prepared to wait
