If you have thousands of dollars to purchase the items at this high end stores more power to you. This mall had the most high end stores in one location I have ever seen. Gucci, Saks Fifth Avenue, Under Armor, Warby Parker and more.

Italy, one of the shops in Prudential center, is a great place for 2 Italian restaurants and lots of fresh-food shops. I have been there twice and enjoyed it a lot. This is one of the places you must visit in Boston.

The top floor of the Prudential Center opened an observation deck on June 15th. It gives you a 360 degree view of the Boston area. I highly recommend paying the fee to go up and embrace the experience! They have dedicated elevators that take you up and down in about 3 minutes.

Just overlooking all of Boston, is amazing. You even see the stadium. Can’t wait to see it at nights.

Best mall around Boston area. Awesome view if you make your way to the top 👍Alot more homeless people in this mall. Sleeping on benches. I saw a woman getting harassed by a crazy looking homeless man recently actually. Inside the mall im talking about. The security guards are not doing anything about it, like the police in the city. I think the mayor is making it legal to do drugs and not work in Boston. I'd stay away for a while. Atleast until the Police are aloud to do there jobs again.

A center of Boston. Lots of trendy shops lined up along its walking corridor. Clean, luxurious, well designed, and strategically located. If you donnot find right place to spend your time in Boston, this multiplex would be one good option.

Nice shopping center, has food stores (mkst of it is light food, coffee shops etc.), Has many shopping stores, i wouldn't call it "good prices" center, seems to me very expensive, but to walk through it a look around is found. I also saw they have a playing area for toddlers, which is nice

Prudential is an iconic center - a very dynamic, urban and modern spot in Boston! It is very clean and well-maintained! You can find plenty of shops, cafes and dining options here. It is also well-connected to the nearby convention center and with an easy access to the T (Subway). The Skywalk Observatory is also located in here. Across Boylston, you will further find an Apple Store and other restaurant and shops (just next to Prudential).

I've spent almost 30 days at this center and not for nothing it's a great place. I like how many shops are in the area only thing I would change is the caged like chairing in front of Eddie v since the chairs are broken and it's easy to pinch skin. It's really not great for the parents who drop off their children for the center but over all it's a wonderful walk, full of activities

Great facility but not worth 44 dollars for parking. Went there stayed probably 4 hours and they charged me this much. Everything inside is also pricey. The 50th Floor observation deck canceled , so overall it wasn't a good day. Nice place to hang out though.

Plenty of good shops within this mall for shopping. There a dining option called Eataly as well. Under armour, lululemon, sugarfina, blue bottle coffee are options within. Quite near newbury street.

It's such a different atmosphere here, the tall buildings. Restaurants, bar, places just to sit and relax. Very dog friendly area. Definitely need to go back, stand right in front of the Prudential and take a picture. @!

I really like this mall. It has shoppable stores for every budget and it’s bright, spacious, and clean. I’d check out the directory before going so you know where to head. Parking is expensive. You’re definitely paying for the convenience. Overall 4.5 stars

It's a mall, mostly with high end stores. A standout is the Eately, which is an Italian marketplace within the mall, near the front. A really unique "store", which by itself bumps an ordinary mall to four stars. Great desserts at reasonable prices there also!

It's okay. Segregation is heavily enforced here (Boston...). A lot of store attendants will only help white customers. Much of the clientele, particularly white women, will intentionally clutch their bags around men of color and otherwise harass them. I've had white men cut in front of me as I was literally stepping on to the escalators. There are a lot of hostile stares. The white visitors feel very comfortable verbally harassing me, making comments under their breath, walking through me, etc. I've had employees monitor me around stores many times. Weekdays are usually better than weekends, but it's never that great. To solve the issue, it seems a few stores tried hiring more Black employees rather than training or holding white employees accountable ('separate but equal' vibes). At best, white 'liberal' employees will act like they're doing charity work when they offer to help. The Prudential Center is a symbol of Boston racism.

Absolutely love the Pru. It's right there in downtown, with so many stores inside. A lot of retail stores at the back entrance. Front entrance has a magnetic view of Reflection pool. It is beautiful, has food court, seating, retail stores, star market is right behind it and it's connected to Sheraton via bridge for more stores and eateries! As a new college student, since the data was so expensive, if we got lost somewhere in downtown and could see the Prudential, we didn't use Google maps. Just follow the Pru! There is a beautiful observatory at the top.

Very good stores and other businesses within the property. All areas are extremely clean well lighted and well guarded. Unfortunately the food court was downsized and consequently there are not a lot of options, the ones which come to my mind are: Wagamama, Anna's Taqueria, Eataly, Earl's Kitchen, there's also an ice cream shop, which I can't remember the name immediately. Foot traffic is very low nowadays due to covid-19, but with vaccinations going massive, it will not take long until this place will swarm with people again.

I like the convenience from the Sheraton hotel which is where I happen to be staying for some days. You can enter the Prudential center from the south towers elevator area. They have several sweet shops, restaurants and lots of places to spend money on shopping in general. They also have a Dunkin' donuts and a Ben & Jerry's at the entrance from the Sheraton. My main reason for going there was to stop at St Francis chapel. I've never been to a place where there is a chapel inside of a shopping mall. I Like this idea 🙂 The Prudential center is in a great part of the city and there are several things to do within a mile or two of it. As of today they are open 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. I do believe Dunkin' donuts is open earlier. I would definitely check the hours before you arrive just in case something changed. They also had an observatory deck which for my understanding is closed until 2023 for some changes they are making. If you are interested in this I would definitely reach out to them directly because I am finding different information when looking online. Safe travels 🌞

While a bit sad so many stores are no longer there after COVID, there are always fun places to shop, eat or meander through. There are wonderful holiday ornaments up now, all ready for the holidays

The center is a landmark in Boston city center. It's a shopping mall specializing in all kinds of items: perfumes, design items, book store, cheese factory, chocolate outlet, pharmacy, coffee shops, hotels, banks, and the like. It is close to the Back bay train station, to the Central Library of Boston. Its walking distance from Boston Commons. It is also close to the Christian Science Building. This Mall is a hideout from a bad weather. A sky walk takes you from building to building. It's very busy day and night. Don't miss it

Always a popular busy landmark excursion. Plenty to see and experience. Parking is a bit challenging and can be expensive unless you are about the walk, a familiar mode of transportation in this bustling city. And oh, what tasty rewards await inside!

Behold, the Prudential Center's exterior, a grandeur to rival the finest Renaissance architecture. Its facade, a testament to modern prosperity, doth stand with regal elegance amidst the urban tapestry. The glass and steel, a dance of light and strength, create a spectacle worthy of admiration. Verily, it is a structure that doth marry form and function in a harmonious union, a contemporary ode to architectural prowess that commands the gaze of passersby with a presence both noble and resplendent.

Great view of Boston by night regardless of weather. It was raining heavily and the views of the city were still beautiful.

Can you say gentrification? What has happened to Back Bay? The original food court and stores here when this place was first built were great. This shopping center has lost all character and charm along with surrounding areas of Back Bay. Things were definitely better here in the 80’s, 90’s and early 2000’s. This place is so blah now. It’s still wonderful to use as an indoor/sheltered shortcut through Back Bay.

Busy, lots of foot traffic, so much to see & shop! Come early to stake out the primo parking spots because parking can be pricey and, by all means, wear comfortable pratical footwear (a given for New Englanders). A must-see on the list of Boston landmarks!

This place continues to win. One of the few places within the city you can go no matter what hour of the day or night and take a stroll. I'm amazed at how someone thinks two constantly remodel it to keep traffic going. You could visit it today and then 10 years later and still feel like you actually didn't visit it enough. Restaurants, cafes, bars Cafe retail shops, outlets, high profile luxury stores, high-profile jewelry stores, and a Tesla dealership? Not to mention a hotel everywhere you turn, live music almost hit every corner, strips and boutiques on every other street I'm not sure that there's enough time to really grasp this place enough!

What a beautiful mall…not something hear you often either. A very upper. Lass feel with lots of higher end stores from fashion to electronics. Also tons of great eating options including an Eataly which has both a sit down and served style eatery as well of course as a deli and sandwich shop to grab a bite and eat it on the go. There’s a nice, accessible, outdoor green space you can bring some food to and chill as well.

Great mall. Everything is modern, well designed. The winter garden is awesome - they very nicely decorated many areas with live tropical plants. Convenient layout. Plenty of stores and brands. Good selection of dining options too.

Large mall and iconic building with plenty of shopping options. Location is convenientl and getting in and out is fairly easy. There is plenty of parking available but getting parking close to the entrance/exit is hard because it's always super busy. Paid parking is available. Recommend using an app like Spot Hero to find a spot ahead of time. Good range of shopping options from smaller stores to big brands. There are a few restaurants around and the malls food court also has decent options. Overall satisfactory shopping experience in the downtown Boston area.

One bathroom in the whole mall?!? I mean, the center itself is nice. Higher end shops and my favorite place, Eataly, but seriously the bathrooms are tucked into a corner and there are not nearly enough (at least for females). Maybe I got spoiled living in Dubai where the bathrooms in the malls are plentiful and always super clean, but having only one in a big place like this is just silly.

Clean, not to crowded. Offers a variety of stores on the higher end of quality and pricing. Food Court serves a selection of items reasonably priced. Definitely worth visiting.

I liked walking around the Prudential and looking at all the different shops that it has. I went to the Cheesecake factory there, Barnes and Nobles there and CVS there.

  • 1/5 G J. 2 years ago on Google
Decent shops, security is useless. Not even an attempt to help find a passport that went missing, even with exact times (due to receipts) and locations. Just "oh well, sucks to be you". Sad, really. Honestly, the cleaning person before security seemed more about guest security than the guy that runs the security desk. Like, bro, I'm giving you an exact location from an hour ago, how hard would it be to ask where your people took the bag it was left in? You spend hundreds at a overpriced shops here and they can't even muster humanity.

This is a well-planned shopping mall, and I like how the management has organized stuff. The good thing about this mall is that it just has a dining room. I really enjoy their outdoor chapter. Their fountain garden had a nice view. It was a very cool and peaceful place. We will undoubtedly return!
