Absolutely hands down one of the best malls I have been to. Huge amount of store options both high end and regular. Mall is kept exceptionally clean and offered lots of areas for hand sanitizing against COVID. Stores were completely on top of current trends and staff were excited to be back working.

Great upscale indoor mall. You can find everything couture. Dior, Fendi, Jimmy Choo, Gucci, Neiman Marcus some of my favorite stores. Make sure to visit when you are in Boston. I wish places were more open here just like other parts of the US. Shopping is still strict due to Covid restrictions. You have to wait front of some of the stores if there are more than 10 people inside. I guess it is better to be safe than sorry. The mall is very modern and kept super clean!

Beautiful shopping mall. Lots of store to shop around. I did enjoy shopping here compared to other malls at Boston.

Wow. I loved just walking around here. All the designers shops. I felt like Cinderella. Kinda was treated like it too. Security kept following me around like I was casing it. I only window shopped, wasn't even going in Why tempt my pocketbook? Lol

Extremely difficult to find your way into the mall from the parking garage, signs would help a lot! Once in the mall, it was completely dead with no one around and not even a tremendous amount of stores. The stores I did go into I did not particularly enjoy since the staff hovered over you the entire time. Just wasn’t an overall pleasant experience for me.

Big mall, but not too many retail. Each store has big space, but there are not many items for shopping as I saw people walk there mostly for window shopping.

I was a Wayfair employee in the upper towers above the mall therefore spent 7 years in & out of Copley Place. The parking garage attached is convenient if you don’t mind the outrageous prices - which customers likely don’t since the stores inside are all incredibly high end. My favorite indoor feature is the bridge connecting Copley Place with the Prudential Center (maybe tied with the views from certain office windows). Outdoors, there’s quiet walking paths that made the 10 minute journey from my desk to the outside exit worth it.

Was remodeled and not as nice as before. They eliminated the waterfall. Also the stores have changed. No williams-sanoma or surlatable.

5-stars for the sheltered walk-through, which is pretty much all this place is good for now. My grandfather lived in Back Bay when I was growing up and when I went to school in Boston. This was a gorgeous mall when it was new. There was a huge multi-story central area with a fountain back in the day. What happened to that? That was the best part of the mall. Also, the stores in the mall back then were stores for everyone. The stores here now cater to the top 1%. Back Bay is definitely not what it was decades ago. I don’t understand why people change wonderful things to make them worse.

I’m from Lowell and it’s worth the drive. All my favorite luxe brands in one shopping mall. Customer service needs improvement in select boutiques.

I love this mall. I stayed at the Marriott here. It's near almost every high end store you can think of. Feet away from Tesla, Gucci, Cheese Cake Factory, and Apple. The whole area smells like money. The coolest part was the high tech elevators, that went straight to what ever floor you had a key for in the hotel, and the hotel was built in the mall. They had a nice pool and gym.

Luxurious shopping mall, not so busy! Plenty of brands to shop from! Marriot hotel is in the same building and if you’re in the city, definitely worth a quick visit!

This location for shopping is not for the general public because it's high end retail at premium prices. This location is for tourists and not the locals. Locals go to same stores in the suburbs without the sticker price shock. Keep this in mind if you are traveling to Boston that this place takes advantage of the tourists. Locals know better.

Such a nice shopping mall, I wish they would move the free people inside and add a few more stores but overall super clean and lovely

It was pretty nice , across the bridge there was a lot of expensive stuff, like $900 jackets. We had a lot of fun mirror shopping and ate at Anna’s Taquira which was good

A complete mall to fills your needs. Either daily or occasionally. Either ahopping or just a window shopping. A place to go when you are around in Boston.

Mall with high end expensive stores and tons of security and staff watching your every move. Expected given the prices in all the stores but it's generally empty and uncomfortable to shop in.

I love a walk through the city and discover different perspectives of one my favorite skylines. Can not deny Boston has a beautiful city view!

Escalators are always broken, and they can’t be bothered to add signage. There are also no easily accessible normal stairs between the two levels (which is definitely a fire hazard). Oh well, at least I can window shop as I walk back to the one remaining functional escalator

Good location, great luxury shops if that’s what you’re looking for. It’s never really crowded either. Parking garage around the corner makes it easy to get to in weekdays.

The shopping mall is very nice, however, only the very wealthy can afford to shop those ultra high-end stores!

Definitely felt out of place here. Very high priced $$$$$ alot of security almost at each store, not too many people shopping there. It's like you had to get permission to go in.

If you want to stay like a rockstar in Boston and this is where you want to go. This hotel is outstanding and highly recommended. The location is about 10 minutes from the airport and downtown super convenient to multiple restaurants and bars. Stop looking just stay here you’ll thank me.

Great hotel in the heart of Boston with clean rooms and large tvs. Great bar and restaurant. A tad overpriced but the food and drink selection is fantastic. Was a bit disenchanted by the pool being worked on when I stayed but at check out they gave me $100 off my stay to make up for it.

Wonderful shopping, ambiance and atmosphere in the heart of Boston. Trendy, uber chick and designer house styles.

Lovey mall, and huge! All high-end stores so not for the casual light shopping other malls offer. A few more place like bubble tea or eateries would make this place alot more attractive.

I absolutely love this mall. The best of the best under 2 roofs! High-end fashion at its finest. Gucci store and Saks are top of the line. Pandemic is over, no masks, and it felt so good to be back to normal! No lines, no admission limits, no forced masks, etc. Gucci and Saks welcomed with open arms... Then came Dior. Dior left us at the door to wait while 3 customers were in the empty store browsing. The entire left side of the store was completely empty. Security stopped us at the door and asked us to wait. We stood there and watched as a few employees twiddled their thumbs, watching 3 customers walking around the store. After a few minutes, we left and went back to Gucci. The worst customer service from Dior, and I'll never return. Kicker of all kickers, I was wearing my $3900 Dior hoodie!! Great job, Dior! You just lost my business! I guarantee those three customers bought nothing as a loyal customer was allowed to walk away.

Interesting mall with shops and other things to do. I ate at a restaurant there and the food was reasonable and delicious. I probably spent 2 hours, observing what this place had to offer. I know my answer. A lot. My day out in Boston was a memory to last and this was checked off!

All the big names in fancy, all in one place. With the current mask mandate there's lines to deal with, but nothing too horrible that I saw.

I liked the location because I enjoy wearing trendy clothes. I purchased a high-quality one here for a very low price. I had a good time shopping here. I would recommend this location to all of my mates.

Ultra ritzy high end shops. All the top designers with few items less than 3-400 and many $1000 or more. Fun to window shop or make the workers at Neiman Marcus bring you every piece of clothing in the store to try on

My pay day is today, and I really need some new clothes and shoes. When I got to the shop, I discovered that they were of good quality. I saved a lot of money because they offered discounts if you bought a lot of their products. It's all worthwhile and reasonably priced.

Out with family yesterday enjoying a lovely hot Saturday. Copley is a fabulous mall with. good activities. They should as a play area for kids and an open concept coffee smoothly with wifi location. While at Copley, we dinner at Legals Seafood. Unfortunately, the new owners have changed the menu drastically😕 Some 9f New England favorites are nolonger available, however, the lobster bisque can be ordered. Fried oysters are not available. The quality of food remains exceptional and the experience. Highly recommend!
