First
off,
I
cannot
say
enough
good
things
about
AMP
Fitness
pre-,
during,
and
now
post-pandemic.
They
handled
these
transitions
like
true
leaders
and
I
greatly
appreciate
how
they’ve
helped
me
this
past
year
(which
is
what
prompted
me
to
write
this
review).
And
to
be
completely
candid,
Amp
Fitness
has
changed
my
life.
I
know
that
sounds
cliche,
but
it’s
true.
I
joined
in
2015
with
the
simple
goal
of
improving
my
general
fitness
--
moving
better
and
more
comfortably,
improving
my
strength,
and
reducing
tightness/stiffness.
Not
only
do
I
feel
better
than
I
did
in
college,
I
may
actually
feel
the
best
I
have
since
I
can
remember.
I
move
better
and
more
confidently.
I
no
longer
have
any
physical
discomfort.
I’ve
gained
strength
and
mobility.
And
I
(actually)
enjoy
fitness
and
actively
managing
my
health.
They
make
it
easy.
I
own
a
small
business,
which
means
I
have
more
stress
and
less
free
time
than
I’d
like.
Feeling
better
physically
(and
with
less
pain)
has
significantly
improved
my
focus,
productivity,
and
resilience
to
endure
stress.
I
used
to
read
every
article
I
came
across
about
this,
but
it
was
something
I
truly
had
to
experience
to
understand.
In
addition
to
all
of
the
above,
the
culture
at
AMP
is
second
to
none.
They
are
some
of
the
most
generous
and
well-intentioned
people
I’ve
ever
met,
and
they
care
deeply
about
their
Members
and
really
anyone
they
come
in
contact
with.
They
customize
the
programs
and
experience
for
each
individual
Member
so
you
truly
get
to
experience
results
EVERY
time
you
walk
in
the
door.
The
best
part?
They
work
so
hard
to
make
fitness
accessible
and
judgment-free
for
everyone,
regardless
of
a
person’s
fitness
level
or
experience.
I
never
understood
the
importance
of
having
an
extended
fitness
family,
but
it’s
one
of
the
(many)
reasons
I’ve
stuck
with
it
so
long.
This
is
part
of
what
makes
the
culture
so
awesome.
I
can
honestly
say
AMP
changed
my
life.
How
many
people
can
say
that
about
their
gym?
