    I loved OT in my initial days because generally I found workouts boring and OT made it interesting. But the worst part also is that for someone new to OT they dont give attention to correct mistakes in postures etc. Especially this issue grew after covid because they increased capacity and now its stuffed with so many people that one coach cannot give individual attention to each individual. Eventually I hurt myself in one of the workouts and finally when I tried to cancel my membership they made incredibly difficult. I lost 2 months of membership fees to get my membership cancelled which I would say summed up my experience!

    I loved OT for the 2 months I was a member. All the instructors were great and made effort to help new members understand the workout. OT helped increase my endurance. Previously, I was unable to run 1 mile without stopping. Now, I can run 2 miles without stopping and it isn't even hard. I think OT made me stronger and it made me love workout classes. However, there are a few things I think could be improved. A big reason I did not renew my membership was because the classes would fill up so quickly and fill where I couldn't even join a waitlist. For the amount of new members i'm sure were continuing to sign up, mixed with Covid capacity restrictions.. the classes would fill immediately. This is understandable. What is not understandable is that unused classes cannot rollover to the next month. If I am unable to attend a class due to your studio reaching capacity, it is wrong for me to be charged/lose the pre-paid credit for that class without the option to use it later on.

    It is a great community! There are specialty workouts, mix and match workouts and that the trainers constantly push you to do better. Frequent challenges motivates me to show up and be a part of it. The best part is, the results actually show and I feel a lot more confident after going.

    I definitely love OT!! Love the ambiance and energy of the coaches who inspire you and incite you to not only do the workout but to take a mile further while doing it. I am not a fan of gyms because I do not know how to do routines all by myself reason why I love OT since you just have to show up and they already have the routines and great music to pump you up!

    I love my OTF workouts! I’ve been a member at the studio for 3 years and appreciate that I can get an effective and powerful workout completed in an hour. All the coaches have a high level of skill and want to see you succeed. I also appreciate how many options they have for modifications based on injuries which has been very helpful for me!

    Amazing workout! Knowing my heart rate motivates me to push harder and go faster. Trainers are knowledgeable and help ensure participants have correct form. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to get good workout

    Great gym with super friendly and accommodating staff. They have tons of options for classes and stuff and lots of different rooms for things like hot yoga and spin classes.

    Great Workout. Awesome Community. Each workout is a new and unique challenge. The coaches are supportive, welcoming, and give helpful advice. I would recommend OTF Brighton to a friend!

    Have been going there for last 10 months. I have been to other locations in Boston, Norwalk, CT and some NYC locations as well and I have found Brighton coaches the most fun and they play great music as well.

    Totally loved the workout here and was welcomed even though it wasn't my home studio. I had Coach Courtney and she helped correct my form on a number of exercises which was appreciated! This studio totally had the awesome Orange Theory vibe everyone is addicted to.

    Orange theory is an amazing workout for anyone, but I found it awesome as an ex athlete who hates the boring old gym! The coaches at this location are wicked nice and push you through your workout.

    OT pushes you really hard. They blast music and encourage you when you take that extra challenge during a really tough workout. For anyone who is competitive this workout would be the one for you. Your stats are posted on a big screen during the class so you can see how your effort matches up against everyone else. It definitely works!

    I started Orange Theory to motivate myself again since it’s been such a challenging with the pandemic. It’s been amazing, I feel very safe and the workout is killer. Looking forward to many, many more classes!

    Good classes, but average customer service. Studio wasn’t able to credit me any classes back which I lost as the studio was closed for 2 weeks due to water damage. Disappointing!
