BEWARE if you are using parking apps for this location! Shady business practices! The management at this facility has a sign (see below) posted over the scanner instructing parking app customers to take a ticket, when they are not supposed to. The apps instruct customers to scan a code from the app upon entry. However, it is confusing and unclear when you are in a strange town and not paying attention. If you take a ticket, like I did, they will not let you leave unless you pay an additional fee above the one already paid for on the app! They attendants insisted they have no relationship with the parking apps and that deal was between me and the parking app, not me and the garage. Never had this happen before. They would not let me leave without paying the additional fee, which I did after calling my parking app customer service number. Do not like the feeling of being duped and treated like I donโ€™t understand whatโ€™s supposed to happen when they are intentionally trying to scam people!

$18 for 5 hours in a Saturday afternoon. Convenient location for China Town & environs. Many spaces are too tight & unoccupied. Beware of curbs & pillars. Stairs are steep & narrow.

Do not use SpotHero for this garage! They wonโ€™t accept it. Even if youโ€™re not using SpotHero, this garage is terrible. The spots are too small, even my Corolla has trouble fitting. Park somewhere else.

Today August 4th 2023 at 11:30 AM. The worst possible parking attendant I have ever seen. I was unable to leave the garage as my departure ticket was not functioning. I showed the attendant my parking WR code purchased on line. He was the most useless human being I have ever encountered telling me I had to purchase another ticket to get out! Please if management sees this, get rid of the useless attendant!

The garage is old and very small obviously. However I can see that the management is trying to improve it. At least the elevator start to work now. As far as staff goes, the manager Mory is a very nice and hard working guy. However I will not recommend the other guy who took the late shift. He is not helpful at least to say. He is often very rule. The other day I asked him to help with the paying machine. He won't even step out of his office. He just told me that it is not his job to show how to use that machine. Everything is on the screen and customer needs to figure out myself.

Cheapest spot i found for 4 plus hours was like 15 bux. Not to bad . had to walk about a mile though to get to where i was going. That was unfortunate. Booked the spot ahead online and just scanned my phone that was cool. However being near china town the spots were very small as were the isles the elevator was scary and very small and the building seemed in disrepair lots of netting and patch work in the structure to keep chuncks of concrete from falling onto cars and the road surface

Be aware!! Biggest crooks ever!! If you are using spot hero app you will be charged extra!! They have you take a ticket upon entry. When you exit, you get only a credit. Which never covers the whole fee, even if you spend less time there from your original booking.

Solid parking garage with decent all day prices. The spots are a bit tight and the garage may take some finagling around the sharper corners.

Nice, convenient garage right around the corner from The Q. I'm just glad I drive a Corolla. I would not want to be driving a Suburban in there. It was small and tight in there.

An employee at this garage gave me incorrect information regarding parking passes I purchased for the garage and I was forced to pay a second time to remove my car from the facility. The assistant manager did absolutely nothing to help me address the issue. If you want a smooth parking experience while in Boston, do not use this garage.

Spent some seconds watching the details of pricing posted at the entrance, then the gate closed ๐Ÿ˜ฐnormally a gate should not close that soon ( not sure if it is the rude staff mentioned by other reviews did that). Anyway, then a person came out and expelled me out , forbidding me to park here. You can park for 2 hours in street parking at the entrance if you are lucky to find a spot. Avoid parking here if you can.

We are monthly parking customers at this facility and the assistants have always been unfriendly and unhelpful. The final straw was once we accidentally left our car running and it was dead, which of course is our fault, but easy to do with a hybrid that is basically silent at idle. When we discovered the car was dead, we went to the office and asked if they might have cables or something to assist with a jumpstart, which they didnโ€™t, and of course, is nothing for us to be upset over. When the attendant looked up our car in the system, there was a note that someone had observed our car was running and had logged it in their system. What really upset us was that they have all our contact information and phone details and did not take the 2 minutes it would have taken to notify us our car was running. Instead, they did nothing and have not exhibited an ounce of good customize service in the months that weโ€™ve parked here.

Convenient location and good price. Narrow spots and tight turns, so if you like a challenge this place is for you.

Definitely not meant for larger vehicles like trucks and vans, i have a small car and had no problem navigating the place's narrow two-way driveways. It's partially under construction on the first two levels where you have to honk as you go around corners for the sake of other drivers. $18 for 3 and half hours. perfect location for exploring chinatown and the surrounding areas.

Horrible parking layout, and when we went back to our car, the door handle coming out of the stairway was covered in blood. Never again.

Terribly tight garage, even for city standards. Was manageable in a full-size sedan but we tried several spots and even with the car carefully backed completely into in the "best" available space it was overhanging into the aisle enough that I was worried someone would hit it. Some spots will literally only fit a Smart car. Every single SUV that got into the garage was taking up two spaces, so the small capacity is reduced even further. I would not park here again.

Ceilings are higher than most garages, but it's also very small and a bit difficult to navigate if you have a large vehicle

This parking garage is just overall not good. The main point of a parking garage is of course, the parking; So when every single spot is labeled for "compact cars" and in reality it's just a way for them to smush in as many spaces as possible where every single normal car parks in a "compact car" space anyway, it makes for a horrible parking experience. The spaces, as you'd imagine, are absolutely tiny and you can barely fit in them. One of the side mirrors of our car even got scratched against one of the oversized pillars that sticks out almost a third of the way into the spot and we were being very careful with someone spotting and myself driving very slowly. The drive to the different floors as well is treacherous, where they have a single lane drive used for dual lane up and down driving. When you enter, the lane going up from the first to the second floor actually tells you to honk so that you hopefully don't have an accident because they are intentionally having this single lane/ double lane driving. Therefore I have only given this parking garage two stars because the machine to take a ticket and the machine to pay when you are going to leave are easy to use. If you are planning to use this parking garage, I hope you have a very very small vehicle and are careful with steel nerves to go up and down the floors. I do not recommend this parking garage.

I always park here for access to Chinatown. Spaces are tight but itโ€™s the best location, decent prices and the staff are friendly.

Its cheap... but thats about it. Don't park there when its raining, the structure leaks somekind of white stuff that stains your car and you can't very easily wash off.

Small, full sized trucks will be taking tight turns with limited full size spots. I ended up on the roof. If you have a compact car this place is fine. Took me a while in a truck to get out, ended up paying an extra $6 to leave after paying $26 for 3 hours on a Wednesday.

My car was damaged by thieves that tried to pry open my Thule rooftop carrier while I was parked in this garage last week. I donโ€™t understand why these garages donโ€™t have any security at all. Zilch.

Price is good, but the spots are SUPER TIght.. if you don't mind the potential for your car to get dinged, go for it. as I said, price is probably the cheapest, but they cram the cars in small spots for sure.

๐Ÿ‘ Had no issues with parking at all. Used the ParkWhiz app and paid only $23 for the entire day. To get that rate out must arrive by 9:00 am. After that it will be $32 for the day. Garage was clean well lit and organized nicely. Parked there 4 days in a row while we visited Boston. No issues at all....

๐Ÿ˜  This was the worst parking experience I've ever had.
