😠 Absolute worst! Extremely rude. First time ever in Boston and we parked here with our kids. When we went thru no ticket came out. We were parked for maybe a hour-2 tops. When we go to leave the service guy says the machine is broken and goes to charge us $30. When we were not even there that long. H... Absolute worst! Extremely rude. First time ever in Boston and we parked here with our kids. When we went thru no ticket came out. We were parked for maybe a hour-2 tops. When we go to leave the service guy says the machine is broken and goes to charge us $30. When we were not even there that long. He basically said we were living, and that if we wanted we could back up and wait several hours until they get the machines fixed. After running the $30 on our cars. Extremely rude for someone running a business. Do not park here!

For anyone who works down in this area and has to park daily - $30 a day can add up fast. Check with your employer and the garage for a space on the monthly program instead. There is usual a waitlist, so get started early.

Please don’t come to this parking.Worst parking ever... The say β€œdaily rates max $30 but as you can see in the ticket is $50 daily...I think this place is a fraud and someone should check...This place is really weird...The people working there provide worst service ever and some of them surprisingly don’t speak English...

--EDIT JAN 2018-- This garage now costs $30 a day to park at. This means that if you work 20 days a month you are paying $600 just to park. Absolute slime and completely disgusting especially because they say they are "out of monthly passes" - yeah ok. Keep raking in the dough because I'm not paying you another dime. Absolutely disgusting. -- Original Review From Mid 2017 -- Their machines were down so it would not process anybody's tickets and they still made everyone pay and caused a huge line. This has happened 3 times in 2 weeks. Had to park here again recently and the ticket machines were down once again, but this time after putting my card in twice it charged me, then said my card was invalid! So I paid $60 to get out and it didn't work the first 2 times. They will not answer the phone so I'm going to call the bank on these fraudsters

I checked the rate before going on a cruise and website was showing $20 per night. When i went there a lady told us the cruise special is 140 a week. But when we were leaving they charged us 175. And the attendand said that the website has old information. Will not park there again.

Parked here yesterday while we were visiting harpoon brewery. Put ticket in machine and first of all got overcharged...should've been $10 total machine was asking for $20. Proceeded to put credit card in machine and it proceeded to say checking credit card and then said credit cards not accepted...tried more and boyfriends card. I got charged $24.74 on my card and was still trapped at gate...had to back up and go to other exit and still my card wouldn't process...his did.. All in all we paid $64.75 to park there for under 3 hours.

******DO NOT PARK HERE ***** Worst parking, they're sign lies about the rates. You need to be out by 5am or else they just continue to charge you. There are cheaper rates near by at other garages. I only parked there for a total of 15 hours over 2 days and I was charged $100 total.

Parked here on a Sunday night into Monday to avoid $55/day valet charge at a nearby hotel. Max daily rate posted is $30. Seemed like a steal. We entered at 7pm on Sunday and exited at 10am on Monday to go to the beach. Max, we expected to pay $30, the daily rate, since it was less than 24 hours. We were charged $50. I called the number on the ticket and a woman explained that the "day" resets at 5am and it's not based on the 24-hour period from when I parked. So because we entered on Sunday evening, we were charged the max $30 for that time until 5am when the clock reset and then we were charged $20 for the time on Monday from 5-10am. This is not how any garage I have ever been in works and the posted sign doesn't mention a 5am reset time? (Not that I recall.) I have heard parking in Boston is insane though and $30/day seemed totally reasonable for me coming from Philly so I guess it's my mistake/naivete! I guess if we leave our car here the whole trip and don't use it, we would only be charged $30/day, rolling over at 5am, and that would overall beat hotel valet prices for a week (maybe, I have to do the math on being charged for 2 days today and 2 days tonight...) But if you're planning to park overnight only, you'll end up getting charged for 2 days each time and for all that you might as well pay the valet. That said, it's a clean and seemingly safe facility and seemed easy enough to get in and out of.

Due to water leak, the garage build was closed. It is okay to shut down the building, but no body is around both front and back of the entrance to explain what is happening and where monthly paid customers can park instead. The employees should have been at the entrance and should have posted "big signs" where the cars can be parked. The service is unbelievably poor.

I love this parking garage. There is always ample spots and it's conveniently located across from Harpoon brewery. Can walk into the city (though it is a bit of a walk) and definitely one of the cheaper options for parking throughout the city. I feel safe leaving my car here knowing it is in a less populous area

They are thieves and scammers. At the moment I am entering to the garage, a very rude guy appears saying a rate that was not the price that was published at the entrance. This subject was so violent in his manner that I was a second away from getting out of the car to break his teeth. He was saved from receiving a beating, because I am not from this country and I don't want troubles with police and because I was in the car with my wife and I did not want to give her a bad time. ADVICE: Avoid this garage at all costs

$12 to park for 20 minutes and the spaces are very small. Many people were parked taking up two spaces.

Twenty-five dollars to park here for an event at LeaderBank Pavilion. I saw a sign for a different lot that stated $55, so this was a relative bargain. There is a bathroom, too, if you need one, but its door is not marked. A helpful employee manning one of the entrances told me that there was one and that it was "(my) right" to use it, so I did. (A woman nearer to it had told me there was no public toilet.) The place had plenty of parking spaces the night I was there; I got one on the ground level.

I was working in the area and refused to pay the Homewood Suites $$$ for valet. Luckily I was staying for 6 weeks and was able to go to the office on the first floor and sign up for monthly parking. If you sign up more than half way through the month the initial monthly charge is cut in half. Word of warning, if you do the monthly parking you need to give written notice 30 days prior to cancelling. Just an FYI to be aware of. Overall the monthly parking rate was $415 plus a $15 charge for the access card but that was an acceptable amount for the month of in and out access due to the monthly parking option. Just be aware of the other reviews about the daily rate resetting everyday at 5 am. If you park the night before and go to leave in the morning it'll be $50 minimum of you leave at 8 am, $30 daily till 5 am + $20 for 3 hours. I would recommend this garage for monthly parkers. If staying at the hotel nearby for a short time, it's best to do the valet if you are going to be in and out. Otherwise you'll end up paying more than the valet rate to use this garage.

Greedy greedy greedy… monthly rates went up $50 in under a year. Lines are painted so close together, you can’t get out of your car if an SUV parks next to you. Construction vehicles also park here and always takes up two spaces. Place is not maintained well, either, with leaks and burnt out light bulbs being a daily thing here.

πŸ‘ Had no issues with parking at all. Used the ParkWhiz app and paid only $23 for the entire day. To get that rate out must arrive by 9:00 am. After that it will be $32 for the day. Garage was clean well lit and organized nicely. Parked there 4 days in a row while we visited Boston. No issues at all....
