I gave 1 star but actually I have to give 0 I visit Inland imaging inside of pacific medical center and now I received two bills for one ultrasound. I called Inland imaging and pacific medical center and both of them ask me to call the other one! I a always on time to pay my bills so when I received a bill from pacific medical center I paid it immediately because I thought it is all I have to pay and two weeks later I received a bill from Inland imaging! and they said one is because doctor write a report (I did not see any professional report) and the other is because Inland use the equipment at pacific center and I don't know I as customer I have to pay these high bills for this strange agreement between them! It is my first time that I visit them and it is my first time in my life that I faced with this problem and of course this is my last time that I went there. I was happy to find them close to my house but now I prefer to drive 1 hour and get a better service. I wish I read the reviews before I go there. I also was waiting over 3 months to see a doctor and now I am in the first step and should find another doctor because she can't do anything for me. So be very careful about set any appointment for imaging because you will be charged for unnecessary bills. If it is their policy, they have to inform patients clearly but they don't do it because if they talk about it I am sure nobody will choose to use their services. The only thing that IS NOT important for them is patients. Pacific says Inland should inform you about it and inland says pacific should inform you about it and poor patient is the person who has to pay for all of this inconsistency. And it is not only my problem because Inland imaging billing department said I am the 16th phone call today asking about the second bill that it shocked me.

I was looking for a new PCP and since my case is difficult I wanted to find a PCP that was knowledgeable. Then I found Dr. Ruchi Sharma, MD. When I met her Tuesday, I told her my concerns and was excited to see if there is some update on my condition and treatment. When I had to explain my condition to her, I knew this will not work. She knew nothing about what I was telling her. To make it worse, she was cold, rude and combative the whole way through the exam, when I mentioned what worked for the condition in the past. She made me feel like I was making things up and was crazy. She did not address any of my concerns and asked “why are you seeing me?”. Who was your last PCP? Did they do something unethical?”. When I read my mychart, there was inaccurate information that we did not discuss, and things that we did, was not in my report. To make things worse, I asked if the medication that she wanted to prescribe, will have a reaction to my current one,she said the medication has “no side effects at all”. I went home and researched myself and found out there was a reaction. And more inappropriate questions to follow. To make things even worse, she sent the medication to a pharmacy I did not want because it was already closed. I have never had this experience before with such an incompetent doctor who was so cold and rude. I guess the next step would be to find a new PCP somewhere else.

After waiting for 6 weeks for my appointment with Dr. Wolf, I just got a call saying that they had accidentally opened his schedule and had to reschedule my appointment. When I called, I was told I'd have to wait another month to see the doctor! Really??? When I told them that I couldn't wait that long, the person on the phone literally told me "there's nothing I can do, my hands are tied". I have never had to deal with such an unprofessional medical center. If they can't even manage someone's calendar, I don't even want to guess how they take care of their patients.

This place is garbage medicine The doctors are constantly leaving, so good luck with ongoing care for any chronic conditions. I’ve seen numerous doctors here across many specialties, and with rare exception (like Parul Sharma, who is way better than this trash heap), I wouldn’t recommend them. I saw one of their doctors for chronic nerve pain, and the procedure she performed on me, a basic block, was botched. UW did it for me with no issue several times. Today was the straw that broke the camel’s back. After my last doctor left Pac Med, I was left without a PCP. I made an appointment to establish myself with a new doctor (had to wait many weeks to get in), and when I showed up for my appointment, they’d canceled me without notification. No other doctor could see me. Just so unprofessional, and honestly if you want proper medicine, I’d recommend an Evergreen provider.

Closes 15-20 minutes ahead of posted times. Labcorp here leaves even earlier in my experience. Nobody will be in the lab even when they should be. They'd rather leave early than help people. Doctors will not take you seriously either, I had to beg to even get tested (which came back positive). Do not go here if you need care.

The appointment scheduling person doesn't care about neurology patients. After much effort I was forwarded to someone from the referral processing department and that guy did not care to listen, was very frustrated, impatient and blindly booked my appointment with some RN instead of booking my appointment with a neurologist. My ENT clearly stated in referral that I need a neurologist doctor. The medical staff at pacific medical just do not put any effort, do not listen to patient, do not read referral text.

It is worst place to visit. They charged unnecessary bills and if we contact them they don’t have any proper answers , clinic says to contact billing department and billing department says it’s come from the clinic. Doctor said you were not supposed to charge and billing department saying clinic supervisor finalize the chart for the charge. It’s worst customer care and worst service ever. I am never going back again.I just asked doctor’s suggestion about dandruff shampoo, they charged $630 and states that scalp issue, the worst part doctor didn’t even look at it. Dr.Ashu Verma.

Very good experience, normally don't have to wait long and doctors and staff are very nice. Didn't give it 5 stars though because the lab is unprofessional. 2 lab workers, me and another woman were waiting as one of the lab workers stood back there and talked with a patient the other lab worker was working on... She was very aware we were waiting, just continued to talk and laugh and ignore us. It's very irritating, especially when you have other things that need to be done

This morning we had a pretty disappointing visit. I brought my son in for his scheduled appointment for a follow up vaccine. Not an MD visit, just a simple injection that would take no more than a couple minutes. We waited 30 minutes before I had to revisit the front desk to inquire about the delay. The front desk contacted the medical staff which told her that they were running behind. After a few additional minutes the issue was brought to the supervisor who ends up telling me that the vaccine needed for today's appointment wasn't even in stock. As a solution, the supervisor stated she would have someone reach out once the vaccine had been restocked and to reschedule today's appointment. I expressed my frustration that this mistake could have been easily avoided and was a complete waste of my families time frankly. Poor communication on PacMeds end.

I have received excellent care here! I've never waited longer than 5-10 minutes to be seen for a scheduled appointment. I appreciate being able to have labs, MRIs, ultra sounds, stress tests and mammograms - all under one roof! I do get frustrated if it takes too long to get an appt - but this is an issue everywhere in the medical world.

We went to see optometrist here. The scheduling and team was first very nice. Dr was nice but the aid team was not nice to my son during visit. After recieving the biils, we just realized that they were not working with insurance before accepted us as a new patient. Although it was clealry stated that our insurance was covered and accepted on there website. I was trying to work with insurance and them that's not working . Also after visit there is no follow up on prescription and results. Its really hard to contact them too. After spending 448 dollars on our side we don't even get the copy of prescription. That/s why it leads me to write a review here.

This place is literally out of order. Have been trying to get an appointment for so long. All they have done is transfer us from one person to another. This is the most unprofessional center I have dealt with no empathy for their patients. Authority needs to monitor this and start taking action.

I waited hours to be seen by a doctor for five minutes. Pretty standard for doctors offices, but this particular doctor (Dr. Koh, specifically) misdiagnosed me (and gave me the wrong treatment for the “condition” that I didn’t have) which I learned whilst seeking a second opinion. Care was shoddy and incomplete, my diagnosis was incorrect, and while I have called over ten times to dispute my bill, I can’t get anyone with any authority to speak to me. They keep promising to call me... and then not. It’s been months, they keep sending me bills, it’s a nightmare. For the love of your own sanity and medical wellbeing, please avoid PacMed like the plague.

My issue is the elevator almost never works, and then the stairs goes up to only the2nd floor. My feet hurt, so the stairs are inconvenient. There are lines to get on the half functioning elevators at Canyon Park. Then a few of the staff assistants/ phlebotomists are rude if you’re a minute late. if your facility worked properly and If your building was accessible - we wouldn’t have an issue with getting to the infusion lab on time. Also don’t make patients wait for 30mins to “teach them a lesson” when your facility & access isn’t up to Par. I try to be considerate as I know times are hard, but it takes no extra work to simply show kindness or at least empathy.

I'd made a mammogram appointment for my mom for Saturday. We were waiting for a confirmation call from them and my mom had asked for a few hours off to come to the appointment. However, the voicemail on Friday said her appointment was for the following Monday instead. Again, my mom had to put aside her work for Monday and showed up at her appointment as stated in the voicemail. When she checked in, they said her appointment had been scheduled for the past Saturday. My mom showed them the voicemail, they had nothing to say. They asked to reschedule my mom to Tuesday instead. This was very unprofessional and careless about patient care. I would not recommend this place. If it was not because it was close to my mom's work, I wouldn't have scheduled her here.

Update: They probably got so full of themselves in the last 16 months that they became a disaster now. No one ever picks up the phone and never returns your messages. On My Chart, they sound like angels because it is official. Remote consultations are poor in the extreme, don't even try it...it is a waste of money. About exam setup they say will call you and never do...you want forever and ever... if you want to make anything happen with this clinic you can't be nice and sweet... put your foot on the door...that's how they like it... even feedback requests they don't send me any more. Looking for another spot...opened for recommendations.

Do not expect to attend any appointments at your scheduled time. Staff turnover is very high, meaning nurses and doctors will often leave you while your months-long wait for an appointment is rescheduled again and again. I cannot recommend this provider.

I've had many mammograms over the past 20 years and the experience today with Debra was by far the best. I got right in - no huge room full of waiting women and no questionnaire to fill out. She showed me the xrays and answered all my questions. She's kind and very knowledgeable.

I have had gossiping nurses and reception share information about myself to others as well as patients there. I didn't like how some of the patients said aweful things and the staff there laughed at there bigot jokes. Doctors and specialist were no different, either some though it was normal and did nothing or joined in. If you can tolorate this it would not bother you, but I suppose I should not have given a second chance. As being Vietnamese, I highly recommend not going here. Patients here and staff are generally hateful towards Vietnamese saying racists things.

Good luck getting any specialist appointments less than a month away. I see lots of terrible reviews here for Dr. Sharma and I have to agree. I had her as my primary and her husband as my rheumatologist and she bashed every single thing he said about my condition and the care he recommended. Her bedside manner is terrible, she's cold and rude. No patient deserves to be exposed to marital issues between their doctors.

Dr. Park is the best doctor on this planet. I wish she could deliver my baby and do all my prenatal care. It is literally impossible to be sad about anything when you go see her. Kayla Matsunaga is an awesome physical therapist and I'm happy to report I'm definitely improving. The office folk are all really nice. LabCorp there is great. There was an issue with PacMed's systems for a while, but it's resolved and I'm happy to remove my prior complaint about it. If you want good all around care in one place, this ia a great one stop.

I saw Dr Sharma today for a full physical. When she came in the room she was rather cold but it was my first time meeting her so I brushed it off to give her the benefit of the doubt. I felt rushed as we discussed a potentially very serious issue. When I brought up the fact that I was also having headache’s her response was “Are you here for a physical or to talk about other issues?” I was speechless. She said if I wanted to talk about anything else I needed to make another appointment. The rest of my visit was very uncomfortable!!! The facility was fine, they got me in on time. The nurse I saw before the Dr was very nice. I will say the front desk ladies could be a little more friendly but they were not rude.

Charged me almost $1,000.00 for a 20 minute visit. Only thing they did was put lidocaine in my nose and take a small scope and look up it. Literally, about three minutes of actual medical work. Said I had a deviated septum then talked to me for ten minutes about my options. If they think that is worth $1,000.00 then they really are not in the medical field to help people. I will never return.

I've had an extremely terrible experience after listing Dr. Sharma as my primary care provider. I have been to the ER 4 times in the past month for tachycardia and because I have not seen her in 2 years no one is willing to even look at the papers I need to take a leave from work. I needed some time off for my medical condition and it is appalling that no provider at PACMED is willing to help in this process. This has all been the worst experience and PACMED has only made it worse.

I took my mom to see Dr. Minter on 2/1/2023 @ 1:30. There a nursing assistant or whatever her job title was, name Wendi or Wendy, first off she didnot help me sit my mother down and cover the paper sheet on the chair and while I was helping her and cover the paper sheet over the chair proceed to order and boss me that she needs the weight of my mom, and that the scale is over there, and told me to write it down for her. In my mind I was like wow how lazy can this person be, she's making me do her job which she is getting paid to do. I really don't know what schooling academy or training Pacific Medical Center provided for her but that's not how it works. So she came back and sat on the chair by the computer and asked me for the weight AND I TOLD HER..."THATS YOUR JOB NOT MINE". She asked me if I was a caregiver or family member, I said family member. She was Rude, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND HAVE A BAD ATTITDUE. It doesn't matter if I'm family member or caregiver, it's her job to take the weight and assist my mom to scale NOT ME. JUST FYI, WHAT IF I HELPED HER AND SHE FELL...I WILL DEFINITELY SEEK LEGAL DAMAGE FROM PACIFIC MEDICAL CENTER AND SHE WONT BE HAVING A JOB. YOURE WELCOME WENDI, I JUAT DID YOU AND THIS COMPANY A FAVOR, SHE SHOULD GROW UP AND QUIT BEIN A BULLY TO OTHER PEOPLE. I HOPE THE CLINCIAL MANAGER I SPOKE TOOK THIS SERIOUSLY AND REALLY TALK TO HER ABOUT THIS SITUATION! BESIDES THAT DR. MINTER IS AN AWESOME DR., SHES KIND, CARING, AND JUST A GREAT LADY.

I don't have any debilitating disease or issue - only light things that require light check ups and light medication, so it's not like I need to come here very often. Even so, I have never been happier to come to this facility. The front desk is so welcoming and helpful, and my doctor, Dr. Park, has been the most helpful and engaged doctor I've ever had in my life (I've had a lot of bad, uninterested doctors that just treat me as another number). I'm extremely happy with how I've been treated, cared for, and checked up on.

I saw Dr. Sharma for a back injury and was able to get in the day that I called. That is very impressive as I have never had that experience with other providers. She was very attentive and caring that I had fallen. The medical assistant also informed me she was running late, but was in the room within 5 minutes. I appreciated being able to get my x-ray right there in the in facility and not having to go somewhere else.

For my usual preventive visit, I was sent an invoice for a bloodwork. I called my insurance about it since it should have been covered under my preventive examination. They asked me to call the Lab then after 30 minutes wait, I was told to call the PMC billing. I called PMC billing and then after 10 minutes wait she transfered me to the scheduling. (I don't know why). The scheduling tried to call the doctor's office and then she told me I should call the Lab. You see what's wrong here? PS: I now spoke with the front desk and she said she will send a message to the doctor's medical assistant and reach out. How can a simple matter like this can be handled efficiently? Followup: I have raised my Stars from 1 to 3. Part of it is because, I received a follow-up call on the same day. One suggestion, please train your phone attendees. If the billing personel is unable to help with billing questions or transfers phone call to irrelevant numbers , its just waste of time and hence frustation.

Please remind the CMA's they are not MD's, and they need to climb down from their pedestals . I called the Dr. to see what the hold up was on my med. refills, the CMA rambled off question after question over the phone, and copped an attitude when she looked at my file and noticed I haven't seen the Dr. in a couple of months---- well hello ! the meds are working , besides the Dr stated I didn't need to go back until the 6th month but the CMA was hell bent on lecturing. Sadly, they are pretty impressed with themselves, especially the CMA. Be aware when you check in your private information will be broadcast-ed for all to hear , the front staff will repeat your private information with total disregard for who's listening . Their lack of confidentiality is a shady person's dream situation.

She gave me a lot of attention when I was talking about my problems/concerns. Last two years I am with Dr.Ruchi Sharma. My experience with her is very good. I will definitely refer Dr.Ruchi to my family and friends. Last year and this year my experience of this center/Clinic is good. All protocols of Covid-19 was followed so I felt safe during my visit. I was very disappointed in how dr sharma treated me yesterday for my appointnent and then today for my son's appointment. I went in for a yearly health check, and she only spoke to me for maybe 15 minutes if that. She didn't address my concerns and abruptly left the room without saying if she was coming back, then she didn't. I go to high heck that you ask don't bill me for a longer appointment, if you do its fraud! She did fill out a paper for me i needed to pass along however. Her lack of empathy is appalling and her bedside manner was stone cold. I had to bring my special needs son and she was very rude about him being there, even though he was wearing a mask! Her effort was poor and unmotivated. She seemed to have anything but her patient on her mind.

I'm surprised at all the negative comments here. My wife and I have been using Canyon Park since it opened, for optometry, mammograms, ECGs and other specialty clinics. We've never had a long wait, and are actually usually seen a few minutes early. I've never had a bad experience there. My most recent visit there was for an ECG, followed immediately with an appointment with the cardiologist. Very short wait in between, and the cardiologist had the results of my ECG even though my appointment with him with just 15 minutes after the exam. Totally satisfied with the treatment we've had at this clinic.

Dr. Michele Pulling has been great, but she is leaving for Swedish in a few months. The support staff in the Gastroenterology of PacMed is not as sophisticated as Swedish, so I don't blame her. A week after a MyChart message that Dr. Pulling would submit an request for my new prescription, I still don't have a preauthorization, prescription, or anyone else to hold accountable for the delay. It seems it took 4 days for the support staff to enter in the prescription. As long as it isn't urgent, that might be okay, but hard to believe it takes so long normally. On the plus side, mine was supposed to be urgent, so I just have to wait now.

Not sure what the other reviewers experienced, but I have been extremely pleased with Dr. Ruchi Sharma for more than a year, switching to her after my previous PCP retired. She listens well to what I have to say, and has succinct and knowledgeable advice and treatment plans. My husband saw her when his own PCP was unavailable and thought she was very good, as well. The front desk people have been very good, and have improved since this clinic first opened. Much better than the PacMed Totem Lake front desk, and light years ahead of Virginia Mason -Lynnwood. The mammogram facility is very efficient and accommodating. As other reviewers have noted, the blood draw lab leaves a lot to be desired (not a lot of privacy for patients or sense of urgency of the staff), causing me to deduct a star. Also, wish they'd have a "no pets" waiting area for those of us who are allergic (and are there for allergy treatment) when people insist on bringing their dogs with them to the doctor's office.

We were delayed for our first appointment by 15mins for our 2 week old but were seen by the doctor without any hassle. Receptionist was an elderly lady who only told us not to delay next time. We were half expecting to be sent back. Our doctor and nurse are very sweet.. calm and pleasant to talk to... Dr. Akiko Hall explains everything clearly and provides medical knowledge in a way that we understand. She spends much more time answering our questions and alleviating our concerns. We even got a Saturday appointment for my little one's cold and cough within 2 hours and the other pediatrician was also great to talk to. I didn't like it when we didn't get a call back from nurse on Friday but they had been trying a different number. It's a human error and doesn't affect how i feel about the doctor and the service we are getting for our 7 month old...

😠 I'm done. 1) I've spent 2 hours on the phone with 5 different agents--in order to figure out how to pay them. I was disconnected twice and am at square one. Their website won't allow me to register. If it's this challenging to give them money, I don't want to know how hard it is to file a claim. 2...

😠 I was booked for a general wellness exam that was supposed to be 30 minutes. I waited for over an hour and was seen for less than ten. Dr. Powell saw me and was rushed and abrupt, blaming me for making the wrong type of appointment. This was in spite of the fact that I told her that I’d made an appo...

🫤 I can say enough great things about the service from my primary physician. Highly professional and attentive, great listener and sincere. The 2 stars score is due to a very negative experience with incompetent doctors that practice here. "Inability to perform medical care and use good judgment has...
