PHARMACISTS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND wouldnt pick up the phone over a 48 hour time period when I decided to have the perscription transfered. The pharmacist said it would take 2 hours then when I said I would wait got upset and the decided they didn't lhave any in stock after being told to say that by the male pharmacist. Then told me my insurance wouldn't pay for it which was completely erroneous when I called my provider. Then when I was frustrated the male pharmacist said "Does she think if she stared at me it'll be done faster". These pharmascists should be fired

I visited Dr. Jeffery Lewis to establish a new primary care physician as my previous provided had retired. Dr. Lewis was very understanding and answered all my questions. He showed no signs of being in a hurry and seemed genuinely interested in my health. I was relieved to learn that he also does not believe in poly-pharmacy. I feel that I am going to well taken care of under his supervision.

I have been using the UCH boulder facility for years, mostly very satisfactorily. However, after my PCP provider retired, I was having considerable difficulty finding a good replacement. I even had a couple of bad experiences, one here and one in longmont. Eventually, through a recommendation from another caring provider in the system, I have now found Dr Walker. She is wonderful. She is competent, respectful, present, responsive, not in a hurry to get away, listens to you, and proactive. I feel grateful and tremendously relieved to have finally found her and for having been able to fill this very important piece re PCP.

Dr. Banks is an amazing provider. She has investigated everything related to your illness/injury before you even step in the room. Best Dr. I have ever had.

Low quality patient care. They were pretty good when I first started with them 4 years ago but they've lost it.

It is part of a big medical network with all the advantages of the latest medical infrastructure and support systems but functions very much as family Dr. office. Highly recommended.

Dr. Heather Banks is my primary provider at UC Health. She is caring, professional and knowledgeable. She allows plenty of time for appointments and gives you her undivided attention. She even makes follow-up telephone calls. Dr. Banks gets an A+ in my book!

Went in to setup care with a new primary doctor. Sara Pope is great. She’s fun, engaging and caring. Get start to a fist visit. The offices are nice and everything was quick and efficient. Would recommend them.

Physicians (Dr. VanBaak and Dr. Pope) have been knowledgeable, thoughtful , respectful and recommended treatments were effective. I was able to get an appointment quickly, too.

UCHEALTH in Boulder is the best. They scheduled me right away and addressed all of my concerns in a thoughtful, kind, professional and empathetic manner. I have seen dozens of doctors in my day, and Dr. Lewis is by far the best. I recommend Dr Lewis and UCHEALTH to anyone seeking a Primary Care Physician in the Boulder area.

Dr. Walker is an excellent doctor! I had taken a blood test that day, and she called me at 9pm on a Friday night to let me know that one of the tests was not a normal range and to request that I go to the ER that night to have an additional test. I don’t know of any other doctor that cares so much about their patient’s health!

Dr. Lewis and UC Health generally are first rate.

Was very easy to make an appointment as a new patient. All the welcome staff was very warm and kind and instantly put me at ease when I arrived. Nurse was very sweet and patient, very attentive and caring for my needs/worries. Dr. Walker was just incredible. She was very patient and knowledgeable. Fantastic listening skills. I left the room feeling 100% confident that she would have all of my problems solved and I had a feeling she deeply and sincerely cared about helping me. 10/10 will recommend at all friends/family.

UC Health provides outstanding care. Doctors, Nurses and Staff demonstrate the highest degree of professionalism, courtesy and care possible.

Dr Granston made up and recorded information that was never discussed. He decided to rely on his faulty memory from 20 years ago rather than listen. I respectful requested he correct the information and he instead he was right without consulting the records which would prove otherwise. If he is that burned out, perhaps it's time to retire. Also wrongly reported the kind of visit l which effects billing. He also failed to fill out paperwork correctly. I have used this facility for decades and was very happy, but this kind of gross malfeceancese, and not the first time, means I will be finding a new provider and filing a grievance.
