Absolutely dreadful. We paid full price for this in-fact we actually paid more than most hotels in the area as we where expecting a Mercury service after a long drive from the UK. We arrived to find the restaurant was closed despite it being listed as open. There where only 2 members of staff in the hotel. One on reception, the other in the bar, occasionally. The only food option was a knocked together bar menu. There where no children’s options, this is a family hotel. Half the food on the 8 meals listed where not available. When we did order a hot meal it turned up in a jar not warm. So we had to send it back. Staff had no warmth, like the food, and looked like would rather be anywhere but in that hotel, and having now been we can sympathise. DO NOT STAY HERE it’s a shambles.

Nice location you can easily walk in to Bourg en Bresse. The room was very comfortable with twin beds and a large bathroom with a really nice shower. The breakfast had plenty of choices with fruit, cold meats and cheeses, assorted yoghurts there was bacon , sausage and scrambled egg and cereal etc. Something for everyone, would recommend this hotel. It's ideal if your heading for Italy via Mont Blanc tunnel.

Room was small, poor view of pipes on roof top. Shower not very warm. Awful noise of some sort of boiler or heating . pipes. Really nothing like the usual Mercure standard probably been better in the Ibis ,& much cheaper .

Everything we needed on a long journey. Comfort nice food and drinks friendly staff.

What a lovely hotel! Another oasis of calm. Friendly staff who were welcoming, polite and efficient. Pleasent gardens with tables and chairs. Large car park. Free Wi-Fi (if you need it!). A nice restaurant too. Super choice for breakfast.

A good business hotel, with clean rooms and efficient service, at which I have stayed over the years. The restaurant menu can be particular, but on my most recent visit was respectable. The bar was clean and not busy, and the club smoked salmon sandwich I had there was excellent. Local wines and respectable prices.

Great location for stop over on way to Italy. Great restaurants in B en B but not at this hotel.

Sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft für eine Zwischenübernachtung. Es gibt Zimmer mit Schlafmöglichkeiten für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder auf einem ausklappbaren Schlafsofa. Das Restaurant haben wir nicht genutzt, war abends aber sehr gut besucht, was wohl für gutes Essen spricht. Leider gab es nur einen Stellplatz mit Wallboxzugang, welches die ganze Nacht von einem Auto mit normalem Steckdosenanschluss blockiert worden ist.

Auf der Reise nach Le Pradet haben wir hier übernachtet. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Die Zimmer entsprechen dem. Sterne - Niveau!!

Hundefreundliches Business Hotel in der Peripherie. Nettes Personal. Leider ein kaputter, schmutziger Kühlschrank im sonst makellosen Zimmer.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, ordentliches Bad, sehr freundliches Personal, überwachter Parkplatz, gute Lage für die Durchreise.

Haben einen Zwischenstopp im Hotel verbracht. 2 Erw. 2 Kinder, die Schlafcouch war schon zum Bett umfunktioniert und vorab wurde per Mail gefragt ob wir ein Babybett bräuchten, das fand ich sehr nett. Die Mitarbeiter mit denen wir Kontakt hatten (Rezeption und Frühstück) konnten einwandfrei Englisch sprechen. Frühstück war für die Kinder kostenlos.

Lovely hotel! Good food from the limited menu. Very comfortable room. Located a bit of a walk from the town centre, but not too far. Ample parking in a gated (but not fully secure) car park.
