Basically we shared the location with a larger group of party people playing music at the max from 8:30 PM till next day at 10:00AM when we fled the place as soon as possible. The rooms were clean ant the chief of the restaurant was trying to make a good impression. Overall, based on my experience, there is no rational reason to go there for team building purposes and if you still consider the Casa Vlasia for an event (ex: low prices, availability, etc), make sure you don't have to sleep overnight because you might not be able to sleep.
