I was insulted by your security who told me to drop my bag at the door before going in to shop. That is not my first time of shopping at the place. I have shopped in many shopping malls I have never encountered this kind of bad customer service relationship. It will be the first time I am experiencing this type of humiliation in my life. I don't know if this is your new policy which will definitely affect your patronage negatively. Maybe your preferred customers are car owners that can drop their bag in their cars before shopping with you.

You can always find what you need, and at a reasonable price. The place could be cleaner, though. Close to the library and University, so ideal for students (walking distance - approx 5 minutes).

50/50 on the meat, somedays are good someday the meat can have a weird smell and does not last long. In terms of groceries it is ideal and sometimes have good offers on.

Been around for a long time. Could do with updating. Nice service from staff who will take shopping to the car if needed. Disappointed with the meat section, Did not cut meat as requested and lamb trotters hair not properly singed. Had to throw a lot away..

Very good verity off fresh and frozen food very freindly

This is my local place to shop halal food, but I do not shop for meat anymore here because of the smell, the smell when the meat is OFF. They need to sort the fridge an freezer temperatures coz their meat is not staying fresh. Please deal with it because there's many more like me that don't shop there anymore.

Some good fresh produce at the front of the store but the quality/availability depends on the latest delivery. Great meat counter at the back & loads of canned/tubbed staples. Summer sees mangos & watermelons out of the front.
