Made the trek from out of town because this seemed like a good option for our family's summer day. However, we arrived to find a sign that said the waterslide was closed, the mini putt has no carpet greens and the batting cages are broken. There are also many lights burnt out in change rooms that add to the dilapitated, run down feel . Overall, a poor value for basically just a lazy river. Should have stayed home and gone to a free wading pool and splash pad. Don't waste your money.

We LOVE this park. It's clean, staff is friendly, and lots of space for each family to picnic. The lazy river is always a hit for my family.

It was okay. The price is really good. The kids had fun. The only think I Wishing hey would clean the pool and yhe lazy river a bit better. The walls are dirty and the area around the pool could take a good scrubbing. The slide was closed for maintenance so it couldn't be used.

This place really is a hidden gem! The admission price is great, the food and drink prices are very good compared to other places. If your kids love the pool then they will enjoy this place all day. Be warned though there is no playground, only a lazy river and big pool. I gave it a 4 starts because the washrooms can be dirty and the lazy river needs to be cleaned every couple of hours as it can get dirty and I saw a dead baby frog in there(lazy river) and was praying that it didn't go anywhere near me while I and my kids were in the floats. I was highly grossed out. Also some of the employees can stand to be nicer to customers! Overall besides these 3 negatives I mentioned, the place is great!

The wait to get in was hilarious slow moving. Poor girl working there didn't seem to know what she was doing. Supervisor informed everybody in line they are closing early that day. By the info we were already over 30 mins in line. The lazy river was very dirty - would be moved to be cleaned doing the opening hours as well. Splashpad was clean. The reading Atea was also mostly clean, some places were a bit smelly. The slide is like slow motion moving with a long wait as well. No real pool to swim. Very busy - to busy for my taste to enjoy. A visitor limit would have done well here. The mini put in the centre of the lazy river isn't a smart idea either as I got almost hit with a ball in the lazy river. I'm sure that wouldn't have tickeled. It's an old pool to get there once or twice will keep the kids happy but for my own entertainment I could happily miss out on this place.

My kids and I had a blast we showed right at open and stayed until close leaving 1x for our dentist apt. We had an issue with an older guest hitting my son with the pool tube about 6 times at once and staff addressed it right away even getting the supervisor for support . They educated my son who can't swim of safety with the big slide and gave him numerous attempts to pass the swim test...maybe next year.. a great day great staff and a clean environment.

We had a great time. The pool closed early and we had two hours of floating in the lazy river.

Oh my gosh, I don't even know what to say about this place. It's a very fun place for families mostly but anyone could come here and have fun. We recently took my little cousin here for the day and he had a lot of fun there, the food they have is good but their stock isn't that great overall but that's not a very big problem. If you need to have a day of fun but don't want to leave town this is for sure the place you should go, there are pretty much activities for all ages there and that's what makes this place amazing. I think if the city put some money into this park it could be much better but it's already good as it is. I recommend this whether you have a lot of kids or you don't and you just want to have some fun.

My wife and I came to play miniature golf and after 3 holes it started to rain heavily. So we went inside and relaxed. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. An awesome place to bring your children 😀. It's truly a fun place to come and enjoy yourself!

Such a fun park! We went on a Friday around noon and it wasn't too busy. Tickets are so affordable and the food prices were decent. Kids loved the slushies. Staff was friendly, they're all just teenagers working a Summer job so they're what you'd expect. Lifeguards are attentive. The lazy river was so fun! It's dirty because it's outdoors and everyone is climbing in with tree bits and grass on their feet but the kids didn't care one bit. The pool was nice and warm and the park and splash pad were fun too. Slide was great, lines were short. There are lots of picnic tables and shady grassy spots to sit so bring a blanket or chairs. Brought a picnic lunch and rented some tubes but there are quite a few free for use already in the river. Mini putt was ALWAYS busy and we didnt want to wait in the heat so we didn't end up going. Around 3:30/4 it got busy so the pool was overcrowded but it was time to go for us! Such a lovely park. We will he back!

My 4 year old enjoyed this park so I guess that's all that really matters. But if you're looking for amenities or anything other than Lazy River or a smallish pool, then I'd go somewhere else. Lockers were not "working" or available. Water slide isn't working, no mini putt. But considering the price it's a good place to stop for an hour or two to cool off in this heat 😎

One of the best places in town to take the kids on a hot summer day then again it is one of the only places of its kind in town to take the kids but none the less it is quite a fun place to go, it cost only 35$ for a family splash pass for the day. They have the lazy river, okay size pool, splash pad, a little park, lots of benches to sit. Decent concession stand. They also have mini putting which is under renovation but still open for play. The only downside at the moment is the water slide is down at the moment but still lots of fun to be had. Definitely recommend this place. Opens at 11am.

Great price for admission, snack bar had great pricing fairly cheap and not gouging which is nice when you take the whole family. Was not crowded like most pools, amusement , lazy rivers. Couldn't rent tubes at a cost of 5.95 per tube as staff said they were all rented out, and the few they had needed air and the staff said they didn't have time. Lazy river was not crowded which was nice, however could use cleaning a little more as there was grass and leaves floating around. Mini-golf did not have turf only cement. However I did see people playing. Not sure if the batting cages were open. As for bathrooms and change rooms, music was little loud, actually had to almost yell whom you were talking to in the change room. As well as change rooms and bathrooms could use a little more cleaning as the floors were dirty and had excessive water on them. Overall great admission pricing, great food concession pricing, pool great and not crowded, lazy river nice not crowded. Sadly water slide was not open. Will probably return because pricing is not gouging.

Not a bad place, it is rather small. I found the concession stand prices were quite good. The waterslide is under repair and may be open during 2023 season. The mini put is being repaired but still somewhat usable.

Popular spot for families with small children with a medium sized wading pool, slide, lazy river and splash pad. Plenty of shady picnic areas and shelters for rent. Staff are great. There is mini-golf and batting cages as well. Adding another water slide would make this place 5/5.

It was a nice place. Could have had more variety of stuff. Mini putt course had a few holes that were flooded.

My guppies are always happy going there. No deep areas for adults and good area that’s fairly shallow for kids side. Lazy river is fun even without floats and lucky for busy families that there’s food to purchase available.

Its Dated. Very retro feel. However I thought for the price, It was a cute day trip. Facilities seemed clean to me. The pool was nice and warm. The lazy river and splash pad not so much but those facilities are hard to heat. Older kids looking for a bit of a thrill may be disappointed but overall pretty good!

Earl hag is an inexpensive and great place to take your family swimming. The food is inexpensive And they also have Mini golf splash pad and a water slide. The lifeguards are always watching and making sure people are safe and do their job very well. I highly recommend Earl hang if you do not have a lot of money and want to get a day of fun in with the family

Kids and I had a blast! And the park was very clean, even having the camps, and being very full!

First time in Brantford and it was worth the drive. I'm giving it 5 stars because you get what you pay for. Yes, there were a few loose band aids but the price was so reasonable. The lazy river was great, plus you have a slide and pool, splash pad, etc. Definitely bring a picnic blanket and lawn chairs, and you are allowed to bring snacks inside but they do have a concession stand.

Such a lovely place in Brantford to come with kids or just by adults. Adequate parking space is available. There are different types of fees - general admission which does not allow someone to enter into any of the water activity, and another for water activity. You can top it up later if you wish to play golf. There is a play area with swings and slides, splash pad. The two water areas are one is a lazy river where you can either use your tube or rent one from the premises and float around. It can fit an adult and a child comfortably ($4.50 per tube with $10 deposit, which is returned after the tube is returned). The pool has a big slide and kids are expected to pass a basic swim test. The water areas are not deep and hence no diving is allowed. 4-5 lifeguards are watching near the pool area. There are plenty of benches out which can be used to sit down and have a meal. However, the area is very well maintained and hence camping chairs or just mats will stretch legs and relax. The changing rooms and washrooms are reasonably clean. Life jackets and tubes are available to rent and a first aid counter is there too. A cafeteria with barbecue is available for some snacks and drinks are. Parking is free. The park closes by 6pm and announcements are made in advance which is very helpful to plan your exit.

It is decent place with decent crowd. You can spend around 2 hours here. Service is great. Even food is too cheap. And its around $11 per day. That’s amazing. Special thanks to MISS.SOPHIA who helps us a lot as it was out first time. Definitely will come back with friends and recommend to everyone.

Made a visit with my husband and two kids today. It was fun! Lazy river was nice, very refreshing on a hot day. Main pool was nice, heated I assume as the water was pretty warm. Great pricing for a family of four, for the whole day. It's nice that you can bring your own food and drinks in. After a bit the main pool was a little crowded. The staff can be a little nicer too. Over all it wasn't a bad day. We'll probably return again.

Visited Earl Haig on Saturday August 12 with a group totalling 5 - our group arrived at 11:30 a.m. and departed at 2:30 p.m. Upon entering we were met with very well trained and knowledgeable staff, they were able to answer all the questions we had during our entire visit. We were pleased that this venue accepts the Access2Entertainment card, making this a very inclusive water park for those with disabilities. Food was reasonably priced and made fresh, there is also a section you can dress with condiments. Hotdogs are $2 and Hamburgers are $3. The water park during our visit had a perfect amount of swimmers, not too many, the number of swimmers increased as the day aged. The water was a perfect temperature in the pool but it was a little colder in the lazy river. Our group also purchased a round of mini golf, prior to our arrival it rained and 2 holes were flooded and unusable. We had issues with some of the double holes and the ball not making it through to the other end when entering tunnels. Overall, despite the minor inconveniences we had a great time with mini putt. We did also run into an issue with the lockers in the women’s washroom eating quarters and not allowing the user to retrieve the key, the front desk staff assisted in finding us usable lockers. Sadly we also wanted to experience the batting cages which we were advised is broken, with no ETA for repair as “there is no one to call to fix it” , this was also a huge bummer. What made up for everything was definitely the free parking! Overall 4.5/5 ⭐️
