Lack of professionalism to schedule a client at 9 in the morning and then not answer the phone or wapp.

I am coming back after 1 year with the experience in this salon. All the procedures I did at Mrs. Alexia had results. It is quite difficult to find in this city a salon and staff that will get involved in performing the sessions well in order to maximize the results.

Probably the best place to get your treatments, the staff and the owner are very welcoming and professional. Been coming here once a week now for one month for velashape 3 and i assure you that you will not find a better place. The place itself is extremely clean and very professional looking, it is everything you would expect from a top place.

Amazing place located in Floreasca. I have been getting all my treatments there for a few months and the results are incredible. Alexia is very professional and knowledgeable. She talks English too, which is very useful for me because I don’t talk Romanian. I am currently doing the laser epilation, microneedling / LaseMD and Hydro facial treatments. Before and during the treatment, she is cautious of how I’m feeling and she answers any questions I ask. So every time I’m very comfortable with the procedure and My skin has never been better !
