I have visited their Cluj Location after having had laser in the UK with no results and a lot of pain as well. I have found their Instagram page to be very helpful in understanding the way the Alexandrite Laser works, risks and benefits, plus potential results. I visited them for the first time in Spring 2022 and since then I have had 3more session and can say, hand on heart, they are the best in town. From the reception staff, to the staff carrying out the treatment and the derma doctor, everyone has been super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Furthermore, I have had AMAZING RESULTS (painfree too) from the first session. I have had a session every 6months and more were not needed due to lack of hair growth, so I am beyond pleased with the services and results. I had the easiest summer going to the pool, beach and not having to worry about shaving or waxing for the first time in my life! Couldn’t recommend them more!

I was visiting the salon frequently for laser hair removal and everything was on point: from the girls who take care of you serving a glass of water, to explaining all the procedure steps with a lovely and friendly attitude the whole time, to the cleanliness of the salon, the affordable prices and most important- the after treatment results (which are visible and durable). I totally recommend this place for anyone who wants to try face/body treatments and have proper results after all.
