I am going through a difficult period, so I sought help at the RENIA clinic. I was surprised and I am more than satisfied with the interaction I have with the therapist. She helps me to heal wounds that I have carried for a long time and I feel that the therapist is with me, she is patient, she is warm and involved in my healing process. I recommend with confidence!

An exceptional experience from the reception desk through Dr. Daniela Coman which is my therapist. Everyone there is full of positivity and really nice people. When I first went there I had no hope for finding myself but Daniela understood me, made me feel comfortable, gave me different techniques, and helped me through my process. I definitely recommend Renia!!!

I needed a psychiatric consultation and I was pleasantly surprised by the promptness with which I managed to get an appointment on the same day. The location is not very easy to find, but the place seems well organized. These would be the only positive things. I arrived on time and was surprised to see that I was asked for my bulletin without being presented with a data processing agreement. Also, when I made the appointment, the confirmation message stipulated that I must notify at least 24 hours in advance if I cannot make it to the appointment, if I do not have to pay the cost of the consultation. I waited 30 minutes to meet Mr. Augustin Gupsa who didn't even bother to introduce himself. The interaction with the doctor was particularly unpleasant. Without giving too many details, I came to the conclusion that his professional expertise is limited in part by his attitude as a plumber (he was more concerned about the circumstances that brought me to his office and not the problem itself) and the level of knowledge ( he put two psychoactive substances that are regulated differently in Romania in the same pot - it doesn't seem ok to me). Doctors who do not value the interaction with the patient are a relic of the 20th century and it is remarkable that we still tolerate such behaviors (especially in the private environment). The doctor-patient relationship is no longer based on blind obedience, it is a partnership. Statistically speaking, not all the doctors we meet finished with 10 on the line, but it is more than reasonable to expect to be treated with respect, empathy and care; ironically, these are also the values ​​you find on the clinic's website. I received my money on the consultation and was immediately called by a person from management. He had to call me the next day. He didn't call again. This is better. I leave this review in the hope of helping those who want to seek specialized help. I see that there are many positive reviews related to the psychotherapy part. Maybe it's better there. I do not recommend this place.

A warm, pleasant and quiet atmosphere where you feel listened to and supported. It has been more than 1 year since we arrived at the clinic without a prior recommendation, having as initial criteria the proximity to the house and the presentations of the therapists, found on the website. After the initial contact, we were pleasantly impressed by the speed of reaction with which we managed to make a first appointment. Then, the relationship established with the therapist was a pleasant and reliable one, which is why we continue to cross the threshold of the clinic weekly, confident that we have the right therapy partner.

A very good experience overall, felt patience and a genuine desire for helping me. Went to Luminita Lisca for therapy and she is great, at least for me. She's very hard-working and empathetic, actually interested to help. Had a bit of a bumpy interaction with dr. Andrei Barbu when I wanted to change my psychiatrist to this clinic because it's easier for me to reach it, though I would mention I was in a low mood and he did try to help, but I felt his approach was a bit on the unempathetic side. Discussed afterwards and decided it was best for me to find someone else.

I recommend the location, I was always welcomed in a pleasant way, and the appointments were respected. I needed to reschedule a session and I received very quick support from the clinic, even on the weekend. Mrs. Gina always came with good advice and working with her helped me a lot.

I recommend 100% In short, I am always impatient for Wednesday to come when I have the meeting with Daniela Coman 🥰 I hold the sessions online because I don't live in the country, but I had the opportunity to meet the staff and the doctor when I visited Bucharest and they are super professionals. In the sessions with Daniela Coman, I express myself freely, I don't feel tense or too formal, I appreciate her to the max. I'm sorry that the time spent with the doctor during the sessions goes by hellishly fast and it seems like it's never enough. Dear Daniela Coman, you are a special person and I thank you so much for "putting up with me" for 2 months. 😘

It was a wonderful experience, which I highly recommend! Daniela was by my side every step of the way, she helped me realize how strong I am and I want to thank her in this way as well :). I felt safe and the most important thing is that I learned to appreciate myself. I answered all my questions, I managed to define my goals (personally) and I managed to trust myself.

My psychologist gave me the tools to deal with anxiety and stress. It helped me understand the deep roots of my problems and find lasting solutions. I highly recommend his professionalism.
