I stopped for lunch at Grill and Burgers and decided to order the Soho burger. It was amazing! They have so much more on the menu besides burgers too. The staff were so friendly and I appreciated the conversations in English. We also compared notes on the Romanian language vs Spanish language. How fun!

We had a lovely time in grill and burgers! All our burgers were perfect, I recommend the Piccadilly burger and the Hampstead burger. The service was also great, Mihai was amazing at looking after us! Would definitely come back when in town

Quattro formagi pasta were greasy, there was a pool of oil on the bottom of the plate. The burger meat was bland, and so were the other dishes we tried. The bolognese pasta tasted like storebought sauce. The “papanaș” was soggy with oil an uncooked. Horrible!! There are so many other better places you can eat at, in the area. Also pretty expensive for the food you eat… way below average!

As a foreigner travelling throughout Romania, I've only ever been greeted with kindness. This location was the only one to disappoint. Absolutely disgusting service and attitude from the waitress who should be ashamed of herself. 7pm and we sat down asking for a few beers and a clătite (pancake dessert) to be given a snarky comment in return stating "this is a restaurant, you can't just come and order only pancakes and drinks. If you want that go outside on the street and have it". If providing something that's on the menu is so difficult, and you can't treat customers nicely. Don't put it on a menu and decide to work in / run a restaurant bar. Simple.

A shame for Brasov and the old town. Avoid!! We came here today to order couple of drinks and some dessert only to be “welcomed” with the most disgusting attitude. The waitress was passive aggressive, angry and full of disrespect. She told us “ This is a restaurant, you must order food here. If you want desserts go outside in the street and eat them from there”. We asked if this was a problem and she kicked us out. Funnily enough, there were a lot of empty tables. Seems like this DISGUSTING service keeps customers away. Besides this, we also came here yesterday for drinks and the other waitress on shift didn’t have any issue. Places in central areas like this should respect themselves enough to hire respectful staff.

Besides that the food was absolutely delicious, this place is very cozy and the host is friendly too. I’m sure we will eat here again next time we visit Brasov.

Really appreciated the nice hot veg soup & wedges on this cold, rainy day. Really lovely. But the icing on the cake was the lovely smiling service by the young lady Madalina. Cheerful, alert yet not overwhelming with too much attention, very comfortable with English. On the ready with their veg options as soon as I asked. What more can one ask for...

A really unprofessional place. We waited 1hr20 for the food, the waiter was a creep, telling my 20 y.o friend that she's sexy and attractive (he's more than 40), we had to go down to demand the food, and then he told us that 10% is mandatory "by the government" and started shouting and getting really agitated. I dont recommend this place, avoid it at all costs.

The food was tasty and well-cooked. I had pork ribs with wedges and BBQ sauce and it was really good. The waiter was nice and friendly and we only had to wait about 10 min for the food to be ready. Nice restaurant overall. Highly recommended.

The grilled meat we had was delicious, also the mashed potatoes and the grilled veggies. The place was baby friendly, we were there woth our toddler and we had a great experience from the service to the food we ate. Totally recommend!

I was in Brasov for three days and went here three times 😬 Alexandra is the absolute best! I highly recommend their pasta and burgers in particular. If you’re there in the summer and sitting outside you will also get to listen to the street musicians who play nearby while you eat. There are also all sorts of shops and restaurants for desserts, drinks, and souvenirs. I hope to return to this city, and I will undoubtedly (and excitedly) go back here to eat and say hi :) thanks for some lovely meals and great company!!

We went there, the waiter put on a 10% tip on our bill without even asking us and when we asked how come the bill is more expensive, he made a big scene with bad language. Also we waited about an hour for burgers!!! Not recommended.

It Is a really good place ajete you can Eat. Alexandra, the waitress was a increible person and gave us a fantastic service. I’d recomended if you are ever on Brasov.

I have to start by saying that the waitress is amazing. This is one of very few restaurants in Brasov that allows puppies inside. We came with our 7 month cocker spaniel and they took us upstairs and gave her water. The food is amazing. Definitely the first place we'll return to when back in Brasov.

The service was so bad. The waitress was like a ghost, I asked about 3 times for an ashtray and when she finally remembered about it for some reason her face expression was something like here's your damn ashtray. I've been extremely polite towards her all the way through however all I got back was some weird face expressions. Also the lemonade was 99% water with dirty lemons inside it. I really suggest people should avoid this place unless you want to receive a terrible experience.

Classic example of a company renting a nice location in a tourist-frequented old city center, then serving execrable food at high prices. Unfortunately there are more and more examples of this lately in Brasov.

Apparently, the breakfast is not served in the morning, there is no schedule pointing out the hour you can eat it, the staff is not friendly at all, if you pay a bigger amount of cash than the actual bill, they consider the rest like a tip so you won t receive the remaining cash and the you have to wait very long to be served. All in all, disappointing experience.

The waiter was lovely but the food was mediocre at best. The burger had buns which looked bought from the supermarket and the "cheese" was some gross nacho cheese sauce. Also, the music was terrible. At first, they were just letting ads from a radio station play, then the news started, then I asked them to switch to music, they put some dance pop stuff which was a bit better but still not suitable for a restaurant.

Nice terrace resturant, at the old centre of Brasov. Generous plates, fresh vegetables and delicious old recipes.

The Bruschetta was not autentical, but you can eat them. The Capuccino is good, not so especial. I also ordered an Omellete, was fine.

It's OK. The chicken breast was a bit overcooked, I don't know for what reason they left it that long, there where not so many people anyway. The beef soup on the other hand was very delicious. The waiter was toooo serious, it's like I was attending to a funeral. Small tip for him. In the future I will look for a better restaurant.

The food was awful, my chicken was burnt not grilled and the pork ribs, my husband's meal, should be grilled only, not boiled and grilled after, the bbq sauce was a common one not the one for the pork ribs. Very disappointing... Almost to forgot, it is very expensive for what they offer. At the women toilet was no seat on the toilet, the door was impossible to lock...

Prices to big for what they offer, i give them 2 stars because the serving was ok ( the girl really give as a great atention and she was smiling all the time ). So in conclusion the place was good , serving great but the prices are to big and the food is not so tasty . Dissapointing ..

Very disappointed! Especially the staff so slow, I’ve asked to pay more than 4 times and they came after 30 minutes. No polite the young lady, she has rude attitude. In the end they charged me extra for something that I didn’t ask, and at least they removed it as I was complaining about it. 5 Days In Romania, eating in many restaurants, no one ever did something similar. ( tourist scam ) I asked the meet to be medium and it was well done , already grilled . They just heated it up a little bit and bring it to me. When many restaurants in same country are so nice there is a big difference in one that isn’t . I’m not usually writing bad reviews, but this time I think is for a good purpose.

Disappointed! The oil in which the meat was dried was old, the horseradish without any taste, the non alcoholic drinks had too much sirup. And the cherry on top of the cake: the toilets!

Best burger I've had in many years (Chiswick Burger). Not a fan if the staff asking us how we will be paying for the tip & how much, would have been 5 stars

The food was ok, we had polenta with cheese (it was very salty) and mushrooms with chicken and garlic. I didn’t like that when we left the restaurant we were heavily smelling like food 😕

My wife and I stopped in for a late night bite and some “hair of the dog” on New Years Day. The food was good and the restaurant was cozy. Alexandra was our waitress and she was super welcoming and friendly. (Her sister works across the street at Vito Bistro, another restaurant experience we enjoyed.)

We had an amazing time for my dad’s birthday .I would love to give them a five-star review! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was perfect and the service was outstanding. I would highly recommend their restaurant to anyone looking for a great place to celebrate a special occasion. Thanks for making my birthday dinner so special!
