Be aware that Ando's upstairs and downstairs are two separate restaurants. If you are part of a group that sits in the restaurant upstairs you will not be allowed to take food upstairs to eat as well. The downstairs is the fast food style stuff like burgers and kebabs whereas upstairs you gets a more Italian restaurant menu such as pasta and pizza. The main draw here I guess is the price, apart from that the food we had was pretty bland and you could not really get the taste of the ingredients in the pizzas. We came in a large group of 30 and they got a lot of our order wrong but I don't think they are used to big groups coming in.

Good,cheap and fast food (gyros, shaorma,grilled). You can take food to go until later in the night.

You get what they give you whatever that so called Sharma was. Sour pickles, chips, some meat sos that makes no sens..It is cheap however not worth it. Two bites and out to the bin

Called there to order a pizza for pick up. They told me 30 min. No problem. Got there in 25 min and I’ve been told that will take another 30 min. Finally the pizza is ready but the lady from the counter was arguing with me , telling me that it was on time which was not true definitely. I had the phone conversation and everything. The worst part is that she was very very nasty , rude and unprofessional. ZERO customer service training. The place is a bomb anyway and most of the workers don t have a proper work contract. I ended up leaving the place without the pizza because that sour lady was still trying to convince me that white is black and black is white. I guess they never heard about customer satisfaction

Ordered with glovo, order was close to delivery and after 30 minutes delivery was cancelled, verry unprofessional, I'll never use ando's and glovo again.

Best food for the money you pay. Also, the staff is very friendly.

Order came after 1 h 50 min. The crispy menues were cold already, of course. When asked what had happened, delivery guy said: " well, when I got to the adress, I noticed I only brought the crispy menus, and left the pizzas back there so I had to go after those." No "Sorry for the inconvenience" or whatever. It was not the first time the food was cold. Really the last time for me ordering from them.

when we're eating I put the schnitzel in the sauce and when I took it out a hair was hanging out. HORRIBLE from this point of view. I do NOT recommend

Staff is rude and oportunist. Be careful when paying, they make a habit of tricking you if they feel you're not paying attention. Food is mediocre at it's best. -5 în 10, would not recommend even if starving.

Excellent french fries & garlic sauce! Food in general is great, prices are really decent. I dare you to try this great place in Brașov!

I am giving 5 stars, as the place is exactly what you expect. A good fast food joint. There is a nice outside seating area at the back, the cashiers are nice, the food is good.

I am not sure what 24h means for this country but, this morning 6:30AM was at those doors yet nobody was there to attend. I think the schedule needs an update. Regarding the food, since I've eaten here before, not bad, it used to be better. Evolution and getting better doesn't seem to be getting along with this place. Sad....😞
