Oh, McDonald's- what would I do without you while visiting Europe 🇪🇺. Inwas so grateful for this location adjacent to our hotel- a place that I could always find American Food amd Clean 🚻Restrooms. This restaurant is practicing COVID compliance, checking everyone's temperature upon arrival.

Everything is fine, but the gypsies whining over the tray should be removed. Long queues, toilets with passwords, gypsies, no machines for ordering, long queues, poor cleaning

The staff was very kind and helpful. The food is the same as any other Mc food. I liked the Gouda pillows. The space seemed kinda crowded though. There were only a few couches and they seemed very small and very close to each other. The think that I didn't like was that you had to keep your receipt to be able to use the bathroom. There is a code on it that you have to type for the door to open. I didn't know that because there isn't any sign on the walls or something and I didn't have mine anymore. Some people next to me were nice and offered me theirs. The code didn't even work, though. Me and the other ladies had to wait for someone to get out, so we can go in. There wasn't any toilet paper to use and it was very very dirty, a lot of trash thrown around in the bathroom cabin.

Very clean and super conveniently located at the very center of old town Brasov. Staff nice. Historic building is a plus :)

It's McDonalds, and that should say everything. This place is filled with childhood memories, it's somewhat nostalgic to eat here. Never been disappointed here, the food is as fresh as it gets for a Mcdonalds, can be crowded due to it's location. The tables are a little bit small😁. Try this place.

I don't like this mcdonald's location at all, it seems dirty and things are not customer oriented, they were laughing and joking with each other while the customer was in front of them.

Simple and easy eatery. Pretty clean for this type of establishment, we were served by a lovely chap who used to work for a pharmaceutical company in London, he was fun to chat to and helped us with our order. Thank you!

Big, clean place. But I don't know why salt was spread in my tray.

Well located on central part of the city (Strada Republicii). The service was fast and the employee though could not speak english, was fast to get my order. The place seemed narrow (with two exits) but has plenty of seats. The space for the queue could be optimized, since most of people wehn entering the place will immediately clash with the waiting line when during lunch hours.

Regular McDonald's restaurant, with specific food. Clean, mostly busy and can find a waiting line. Employees though try to keep up with service as good as they can.

The potato dipping stripes are so good, but the burgers are meh and they don’t have self service kiosks.

Staff and atmosphere nice, food not edible.

I decided to try yet again and see if the food improved. No. I couldn't even finish a Burger. The only thing I liked were the fries. And that was a stretch. The employee was nice. But I am never gonna eat from this place again.

I'm not going to judge the quality of the food. It's McDonald's, so you know what you've chosen the momen5 you walk in. The waiting time is too long considering it should be a fast food. And the fact that the location has not had any improvements in the last 8 years since I've last visited is depressing.

Coffee latte is barely worm. Not hot as it should be. Tastes like 1 star out of 5. Service is slow. Double cheeseburger is like everywhere else - good. French fries - good. No self service screens to place an order.

Best food ever imagine not eating mcdonalds. I am eating at mcdonalds 50 times a year and i never get fat

Mini Big Breakfast Price is 13.70 RON! I don’t know why it charge me 19.80 RON? Whatever I just paid and definitely not coming to this McDonald’s again!

Chicken wings meals used to be my favorite! Unfortunately this time they tasted very funny, lots of oil was dripping from them! Couldn't even finish my meal as the smell coming from the toilet was awful. Cannot even begin to explain the state of toilet. Such a disappointment for a fast food that is in an amazing location.

As for quality goes it's fine for a McDonald's but the waiting times are huge for this one for sure. Delivery is even worse. Only one person working on them and that usually also does normal orders to so not the best decision

Always too full always a long queue. Proof that bad food is something the young generation craves. Even the beggars outside ask you to buy them a burger instead of asking the McD manager to give them one from the many they have. They have no quals pestering the clients instead of staff.

It's time for renovation! Cafe looks like brought up from my childhood in Odesa end of 1990s.
