Arriving at the hotel, I had a really tough time to find parking, and this was a Monday night: not a busy day of the week by any standards. There is no designated hotel parking and most parking spots are reserved by residents from neighboring buildings. The lobby seemed nice and clean, but whatever fragrance they use is overpowering and if you stay long enough in the lobby might make you sick. The front desk lady was nice and helpful. Getting to the room: it’s small and you can’t use part of it because the roof slopes in to the room....I’m guessing is not the same with all the rooms, but mine wasn’t a good set up at all. Because of the sloped walls/ceiling, I had no use of the windows and I had the view only of the sky. The bed seemed somewhat comfortable but the pillows were just the worst. First of all they only had 2 pillows on a queen bed (I know some of you will say it’s enough) and that would’ve been OK, but these pillows were so bad that I had to fold some clothes and set them under my head to have proper support. The worst ting about this stay was the smell of MOLD coming from the bathroom. I only stayed one short night, if I had to stay more than that, I would’ve definitely changed hotels.

The service is very rude with you and when I asked if someone is going to clean the room or take the garbage out, they said at me mad that is not a 5 star hotel and I should go and take it out. "Slippers in the room" where? You have to ask for it or you won't get it... The bed was comfortable, the food was ok, bad service and not all of the room is clean, the chairs were dirty, the vault wasn't working, the door from the shower was very hard to open and you can hear everything from the other rooms. I don't recommend it, don't come here with a family with kids or better to say never come here is disgusting compared to other hotels.

This hotel is a very good option for business trips! It is close to drive to most places in Brasov and just 30 mins walk from the historical center. The personnel is nice and the rooms are clean and many are also quite new.

The room is pretty big but, the room is not cleaned every day and there's lack of soap and shampoo, the bed is not made and the glasses of water are not changed. The receptionist blamed my child for not responding to "Do you need anything?", how could possibly the child know what to answer? There's a safe vault but no air conditioner! One of the snuff's is placed right apove the bed, the curtain is kinda taken apart, I don't recommand this hotel. I had found a USED soap in the bathroom, the receptionist was very rude, It's a 3 star hotel!!!! It needs improvement and nicer staff. [...] Don't actually come to this hotel, the staff treats us as poor people, the boss' helper made fun of how we had two toilet paper rolls at the bathroom. I think they haven't learned rules, they haven't greet me for a while just me saying "Good afternoon" or "Good morning" or "Good evening" they haven't actually greet me back, the location is just the worst thing that could be, its 26 minutes from the Piața Sfatului fountain, I don't think it's a good location, couldn't give this hotel 3 stars, only one star I guess, I saw many ogher rewievs and alot of the people that gave one star were people that were, of course, on floor three. No one should come to this hotel, even if it's a day only.

We attended an event there. The reception was ok, the food and drinks was good. There were a few parking places, not enough for all the invites. The facilities were a little outdated. But overall was a nice experience.

Clean rooms on a decent price. Good and fast service. Breakfast is a little poor on diversity but good never the less.

A great place to spend the night in Brasov. All COVID-19 protection measures fully taken. We arrived late and had an issue with our Booking rezervation, however the hotel's staff was super friendly and accommodating (especially the manager), and even helped us fin a parking space on the hotel's premise. The room was very clean and had everything you need. The breakfast was classic (a choice between Continental, English or European), however the staff once more accomodated a special request, no extra charge. Pricing was on par with the quality offered, and competitive on the market. Highly recommended!

They first gave us a room at the last floor, with the ceiling right on top of the bed that you could hit your head into. After that we asked for another room which also looked bad, with a cricked chair and a bathroom that the tub had stains in. In the morning when we went to breakfast it was a very poor one, might I add, they started arranging a party around us, while we were eating, and people kept walking in with different objects and taking loudly around us, we couldn’t even enjoyed our meal. They also told us we were having a balcony which was basically a door with a railing.

It was good. I liked it, rooms are spacious and comfortable. What was confusing, is that they had a party both on Friday and Saturday night, till midnight, my friends apartment was right above the hall,they had a really hard night. And we hadn't been announced nor before check-in nor in that very day, nor somebody worried to ask if it was disturbing! They need to rethink they attitude towards their clients!

Very Nice place to celebrate everything. Even for a small group and even for a big. Clean and you can get almost what you want. Depends on you chooses. Gentle staff . I would recommend to all my friends about this place. Kind regards .
